        복합훈련 프로그램이 단거리 여자선수의 무산소성 능력과 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of complex training on anaerobic power and average power and minimum power and isokinetic muscle strength in women sprinters. Fourteen sprinters participated in this study and divided into interval+weight training group (n=7) and interval+body pumping training group (n=7). The complex training was conducted three times a week through 12 weeks. Isokinetic muscle strength was measured using Cybex isokinetic instruments to assess the peak-torque power in relation to weight. The results of the 12 week complex training assessment on anaerobic power and isokinetic muscle strength are as the following. Maximum power and average power in anaerobic power saw an increase in the body pumping group, while the PTP related to weight saw significant improvement in both groups. In comparison between the groups, body pumping group saw significant increase in left-extension muscle at the angle speed 60°/sec. Therefore, besides the regular weight training and/or circuit training exercise regimens, improvement in muscle strength and power can also be seen in body pumping training, which uses change in speed and low weights.

        8주간 복합운동이 비만여대생의 신체구성, 대사증후군관련요소 및 아디포사이토카인에 미치는 영향

        The present study examined the effect of a 8 week, 5 times week exercise program on body composition, metabolic syndrome related factors in obese college women distributed into combine exercise group, and control groups. The subjects were 28 obese college women(exercise group=14, control group=14). The exercise program composed warm-up(10min), main-exercise(40min), cool-down(10). To analyze exercise effects of test results, two-way repeated measures ANOVA was carried out each variable. The statistical significance level was set for α=.05. The Conclusions were as following. The interactive effect were shown significantly between pre-and-post tests and between groups in variables(weight, BMI, fat%, waist circumference, Glucose, Insulin, HOMA-IR, TG, HDL-C)

        문항반응이론을 적용한 골프운동중독 척도의 문항적합성

        The purpose of this study was to investigate item goodness-of-fit of Golf Exercise Addiction Scale, Rasch rating scale model was applied to 5 dimensions 18 items of the Golf Exercise Addiction Scale(Ji, 2013). A survey was conducted on 300 people who participated in golf practice room in April till July 2014. WlNSTEPS 3.65 program is used to test the goodness-of-fit of items. The results of this study were: First, 3-point rating scale was appropriate for the Golf Exercise Addiction Scale. Second, 18 items of the Golf Exercise Addiction Scale were suitable in item fitness and item difficulty to subjects. Third, Golf Exercise Addiction Scale was suitable in item reliability of person separation but person reliability of item separation was not. Fourth, the person attribute score of the Golf Exercise Addiction Scalc was not distributed appropriately, also the difficulty level was not distributed suitably.

        12주 복합훈련 프로그램이 단거리 여자선수의 무산소성 파워와 혈중 피로물질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to assess the effects 12 weeks complex training on anaerobic power and blood fatigue material in women sprinter. Fourteen sprinters participated in this study and divided into interval+body pumping training group(n=7) and interval+weight training group(n=7). The complex training was conducted 3 times a week through 12 weeks. As supramaximal exercise test using bicycle ergometer, it is forced to completed when the subjects become state of 30 seconds. Measuring the fatigue materials were CPK, LDH, ammonia and lactate were analyzed when the blood were drawn at rest, all-out, after each of 5, 10 minutes recovery. Anaerobic power and fatigue material were analyzed before and after complex training. Anaerobic power test showed body pumping training group(peak power, mean power) significantly increased than weight training group. The interaction effect between groups and time showed significant difference in peak power, mean power and lactate. It is suggested that when we consider body pumping training programs for sprinter, there should be enough exercise dose for complex training.

        바디펌프 운동이 비만 여대생의 신체구성 및 인슐린저항성에 미치는 영향

        The present study examined the effects of a 8 week, 5 times a week exercise program on body composition, insulin resistance in obese college women distributed into body pump exercise, aerobic exercise, and control groups. The subjects were 28 obese college women(body pump=10, aerobic=9, control=9). The exercise program was composed warm-up(10min), main-exercise(body pump;40min, aerobic;50min), cool-down(10min). The physical characteristics analysis was used one-way ANOVA and the difference between the groups when measured of the item(body composition, skinfold & subcutaneous fat, insulin resistance) was used two-way ANOVA . The post-hoc was used Duncans`, significance level was α=.05. The conclusions were as following. Changes in body composition saw significant decrease of body weight, %fat, body fat mass, and skinfold thickness(supralium, triceps, total measurement) in the body pump and aerobic groups after the completion of the exercise program. Abdominal subcutaneous fat measurements using ultrasounds showed that body pump and aerobic groups had significant decrease compared to the control group. Insulin and HOMA-IR showed a significant decrease in the body pump and aerobic groups after the completion of the program.

        마른비만과 비만 여대생의 영양 섭취 상태 및 식사의 질 비교

        The purpose of this study was to evaluation of nutrient intake status and dietary quality in university female students with normal weight obesity (NWO) and Obesity. The term “NWO” described those individuals with normal weight and BMI (< 25kg/m²) with increased BF% (>30%). The subjects were 27 obese university female students (NWO n=14, Obesity n=13). The dietary intakes were obtained using a food frequency questionnaire. Metabolic Syndrome risk factors were no significant difference. Waist Circumference was higher than 85cm in both groups. All nutrient intake were significantly higher in obesity groups than NWO groups (p<.05). Balanced energy ratios of carbohydrate, protein and fat were noted in both groups. There is a big difference between energy of most intake on weeks and energy of the least intake on weeks (p<.001). With regards to dietary quality, Nutrient adequacy ratio(NAR) in NWO group was significantly lower than Obesity group (p<.05). MAR values for NWO group and Obesity group was 0.61 and 0.78, respectively and revealed a statistical significance (p<.01).

        삶의 질 향상을 위한 웰빙관광과 웰니스의 매개효과: 숲치유프로그램 이용자를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 웰빙관광만족도와 삶의 질사이에서 웰니스의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 웰빙관광이 삶의 질에 최근 웰빙관광이 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 웰빙관광의 동기요인들을 통한 웰빙관광의 만족도가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 부족으로 인해 각 변인간의 영향 관계를 살펴보았다. 위와 같은 연구결과를 얻기 위하여 본 연구는 2021년 5월 10일부터 5월 21일까지 웰빙관광을 경험 해본 수도권 지역의 일반인 총 236명을 조사 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 웰빙관광동기요인은 웰빙관광만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 웰빙관광만족도는 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 웰니스는 웰빙관광만족도와 삶의 질 사이의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 웰니스의 매개변수를 활용하여 웰빙관광이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 통해 웰빙관광이 웰니스를 추구하는 웰빙관광객들에게 긍정적인 영향을 주어 삶의 질이 제고된다는 것을 확인하여 일상생활의 피로감이나 코로나 장기화로 인한 피로감을 해소하는데 웰빙관광이 효과적이라는 점을 밝혀냄으로서 웰빙관광 활성화에 기여하였다. This study aims to analyze the impact of well-being tourism motivation on quality of life through well-being tourism satisfaction, focusing on wellness mediated effects. Recently, despite the growing number of well-being tourism pursuing wellness, the lack of research has led to a close analysis of the impact of well-being tourism motivation on quality of life through well-being tourism satisfaction. For this study, a total of 236 people who have experienced well-being tours in the metropolitan area were surveyed from May 10 to May 21, 2021. First, well-being tourism motivation has a positive effect on well-being tourism satisfaction. Second, well-being tourism satisfaction has a positive impact on the quality of life.Third, Wellness has a positive indirect effect as a partial mediator between well-being tourism satisfaction and quality of life The implications of this study are to demonstrate the impact of well-being tourism on quality of life using Wellness mediators This study suggests that wellness tourism plays an important role in improving the quality of life. It was analyzed that well-being tourism had a positive effect on improving the quality of life at a time when the fatigue of daily life was increased due to prolonged COVID-19. In addition, Wellis analyzed that it is an important factor in enhancing the quality of life for well-being tourists. This contributes not only to the academic contribution to the revitalization of well-being tourism, but also to the development of stress improvement routes to improve peoples lives nationally.

        보건소 건강운동교실프로그램이 여성 고령자의 신체구성, 기초체력 및 혈중지질성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for guiding and managing the exercise promotion projects being conducted by public health centers as well as developing an elderly exercise program out of the national health promotion projects being implemented at national level. This study selected 40 elderly women aged 65 or older and divided them into two groups of a control group and a test group each with 20 people. The test group was taken into a 12-week exercise program combining aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Then the effects of exercise on body composition, fitness, and hematological change were compared and analyzed. The exercise group showed positive effects of somewhat decreasing weight, %body fat and body mass index. There found positive changes of improvement in muscular endurance, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular endurance in the exercise group. Total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were improved after the 12-week combined exercise program, which was a positive change. In conclusion, the exercise that combines aerobic and anaerobic exercises positive effects on body composition and enhancing fitness necessary to display overall athletic ability. In addition, the 12-week combined exercise program caused a positive influence on the decrease of blood lipid. These results will help encourage elderly women to exercise, contributing to improving the ability to do daily activities, promoting health, preventing the occurrence of chronic degenerative disease, and enhancing the quality of life. Furthermore, it is required to do more research on the exercise programs in which physical ability and physiological characteristics of the aged are reflected.

        8주 스포츠마사지 처치가 출산 후 여성의 신체조성, 골반정렬, 요통 및 산후우울증에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 스포츠마사지가 출산 후 여성의 신체조성, 골반정렬, 요통 및 산후우울증에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 출산 후 36개월 이내 해당하는 만 20~40세 여성으로, 연구 시행 전 에딘버러 산후우울증 검사 총점이 19점 이상인 34명을 선정하였다. 모든 피험자는 스포츠마사지가 적용되는 집단(실험군, n=17)과 스포츠마사지가 적용되지 않는 집단(대조군, n=17)으로 무작위 구분되었고, 실험군은 총 8주 동안 주1회, 매회 40분간 전문 자격증이 있는 마사지사에 의해 처치를 받았다. 중재 측정 변인으로는 신체조성(체지방률), 골반 좌·우 기울기와 앞·뒤 기울기가 포함되며, 요통과 산후우울증 정도를 평가하기 위해 설문지 검사를 시행하였다. 그 결과, 스포츠마사지 실험군의 신체조성, 골반정렬에 유의미한 차이가 나타났고, 요통 및 산후우울증 지수가 감소한 반면, 대조군은 변화가 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 적용한 스포츠마사지는 출산과 관련된 여성의 신체적 문제를 완화하여 산후우울증을 예방하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of sports massage on postpartum’s back pain and depression after childbirth. The subjects were women within 36 months of postpartum, and 34 people with a total score of 19 or more were selected for the Edinburgh postpartum depression test. All subjects were randomly classified into a group to which the sports massage treatment was applied (SMT, n=17) and a group to which the sports massage was not applied (CON, n=17). Sports massage intervention was treated once a week for 40 minutes each time for a total of 8 weeks, and changes in body composition(body fat percentage), pelvic tilt, back pain, and postpartum depression were analyzed as pre- and post-mortem measurement variables. As a result, there were statistically significant differences in body composition, pelvic tilt, back pain, and postpartum depression tests in the SMT group, while there was no change in the CON group. Therefore, treating postpartum women with continuous sports massages has the effect of reducing back pain and depression, as well as preventing various joint diseases related to childbirth. As a result of this study, sports massage treatment is effective in postpartum body composition and pelvic tilt recovery, and is thought to help prevent back pain and postpartum depression.

        방과 후 운동프로그램 참여가 과체중 및 비만여고생의 성장관련인자, 인슐린 저항성, 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the present study was to investigate the influence of a 12-week after-school training program on the body composition, growth-related factors, insulin resistance, and blood lipids in overweight and obese high school girls. A total of 28 subjects were selected among students at C girl’s high school. The subjects were randomly assigned to the training group (n=14) and the control group (n=14). The training group received combined training three times a week for 12 weeks. The training included aerobic exercise (THR: 40-80%) and resistance exercise (%RM: 40-70%). The data averages (M) and standard deviations (SD) were calculated using SPSS version 18.0. Two-way ANOVA was used to compare differences of change ant pre and post after combined exercise training program within and between groups. All statistical significance levels were set α=.05. The results identified after the combined training treatment were as follows: Body weight BMI, and body fat were significantly reduced (p<.05) while lean body mass was significantly increased (p<.05); GH and IGF-1 were significantly increased (p<.05); and glucose was significantly reduced (p<.05). There were no significant differences found in TC, TG, LDL-C, and HDL-C after the combined training. In conclusion, the combined training program appears to positively influence overweight and obese high school girls’ body compositions, growth-related factors, and insulin resistances.
