미국 파머즈마켓(farmers market)에 관한 연구

본 연구는 미국의 지역시장의 전형이라고 할 수 있는 파머즈마켓(farmers market)에 대한 조사연구로서 선진국의 전통시장의 현대화 혁신사례를 벤치마킹하여 우리나 라 재래시장의 현대화모텔을 정립함에 있어서 시사점을 탐색하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷을 통한 자료검색을 통하여 미국 파머즈마켓(farmers market) 에 현황과 운영 실태를 조사하여 정리하였다. 미국의 대표적인 파머즈마켓(farmers market)으로 Los Angeles의 Gilmore 파머 파머즈마켓(farmers market)과 Seattle소재 의 Pike Place Market을 중심으로 시장경영전략과 운영주체를 고찰하고 운영면에서 고객 중심적 편의성 제고를 통한 혁신사례를 소개한다.

제8장 2007년 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 과학 1 교과서의 비교분석 -생명과학 영역을 중심으로-

본 연구는 2007년에 과학과 교육과정이 개정됨에 따라 2010년에 중학교 1학년 학생들이 과학 수업에서 사용할 17종의 과학교과서의 내용 체제와 학습 목표를 분석하고자 하였다. 우선, 2007년 개정 중학교 과학과 교육과정의 특징을 제7차 교육과정과 비교하여 제시하였고, 2009년 교과서 심사를 통과한 17종 교과서의 물리, 화학, 생명과학, 지구과학 영역별 체제를 지면 수, 탐구 수, 그림 수, 표 수, 문제 수 순으로 조사하였으며, 생명과학 영역의 단원명, 탐구명, 탐구 종류를 조사하였으며, 생명과학 영역에 제시된 학습 목표를 추출하여 클로퍼의 목표 기준에 따라 분석하였다. 그러나 본 연구는 주로 문헌 연구에 기초한 것으로 실제 교육 현장에서 어떻게 적용되는가 하는 실증적인 연구가 생략되었음을 밝힌다. 특히 교과서에 제시된 목표를 분석하였을 때는 연구자의 주관이 개입될 여지가 있음을 지적하지 않을 수 없겠다. This study is intended to analyze the contents and learning objectives of 17 varieties of middle school science 1 textbooks which were revised by the curriculum in 2007 and will be used in 2010. First, it compares characteristics of the revised science curriculum with the 7th National Curriculum and examined the content systems of the fields of physics, chemistry, biology, and earth science of 17 textbooks accepted the textbook test in 2009. Besides, it analyzes the abstracted the learning objectives by Klopfer`s standard. The results are as below. First, the 2007 revised science curriculum follows the main frameworks of the 7th National Curriculum and crystallizes some details. Pursuit of creativity, emphasis on explore learning, appropriateness of the curriculum, strengthening science-technology-society relation of contents, strengthening emotional areas, diversification of developing and operating the curriculum, crystallizing the curriculum, and developing the potential curriculum are included in the study. Second, we found that books on earth science had more pages, charts and pictures than those of chemistry, physics, and biology, and books on physics had more researches and exercises than those of chemistry, physics, and biology. There were few charts in textbooks relatively, because they could be replaced by the pictures. On the other hand, we had much more pictures in textbooks, and they could distract the students` concentration. Third, we found three textbooks arranged the units differently from the curriculum and books on biology still listed too many activities published against the revised curriculum. We should improve this kind of phenomenon and carry essential activities only. Moreover, in the field of biology, the books had 101 observation and experiment activities each and classification, analysis, and discussion were in turn. Fourth, two of the 17 varieties of the textbooks didn`t present the learning objectives by units in the field of biology. The rest 15 textbooks presented 288 learning objectives in total, and among them, A.0 Knowledge and comprehension formed 29.2%, B.0 Observation and measurement 22.6%, D.0 Interpretation and generalization 17.0%, H.0 Scientific attitude and interest 1.4%, and I.0 Inclination 1.7% each. Textbooks should fully include the intention, contents, and objectives of the curriculum and teachers can utilize them through teaching. So, we should develop substantial textbooks with serious consideration. That is to say, a substantial textbook can be developed when it reflects the curriculum well and is examined precisely.

요추간판 탈출증을 동반한 천추 신경초 낭종 : 증례 보고 A Case Report

Study Design : A case report is presented of a symptomatic sacral perineural cyst with lumbar disc herniation that has reported a few case in the literature. We report the case of symptomatic perineural cyst with lumbar disc herniation. Summary of Literature Review : Symptomatic sacral perineural cyst is rare and some cases of sacral perineural cyst associated with disc herniation were reported. But it is not well known that the correlation between clinical symptoms caused by mass itself and concomittant lumbar disc herniation. Methods : A 34-year-old male presented with low back pain, both leg dysesthesia and bilateral radiating pain. Clincal sign and symptom, physical examination, diagnostic imaging studies including MRI, myelography and pathologic findings of surgical specimens were evaluated. Results : After the decompressive partial laminectomy and discectomy, the patient who had diagnosed with herniated nucleus pulposus of L4-5 and L5-S1 complained residual both leg paesthesia and hypoesthesia. Patient's clinical symptom was correlated with sacral perineural cyst. So we removed the cyst. Postoperatively neurologic symptoms and signs were completely relieved. Pathologically, Sacral perineural cyst composed of meningoepithelial cell and neural tissue within cystic wall were confirmed. Conclusion : We could find that sacral perineural cyst sufficiently evoked a clinical symptom. So, careful observation was needed in that case of sacral perineural cyst associated with disc herniation,

삽관 나사못(Cannulated screw)을 사용한 경골 과간 융기부 견열 골절의 관절경적 치료 기법

경골 과간 융기부의 견열 굴절은 비교적 드물지 않게 관찰되는 손상으로, 전위된 견열 골절편은 해부학적 정복과 견고한 고정을 필요로 한다. 그러나 관절경적 수술 방법을 포함한 대부분의 잘 알려진 수술 방법들은 비교적 복잡한 수술 기법과 정교한 수술 술기를 필요로 하며, 이에 따른 수술 시간의 지연과 수술 합병증으로 창상 감염, 조기 성장판 폐쇄 및 조기 관절 운동을 제한하는 고정력의 소실 등이 발생할 수 있다. 이에 저자들은 전외측 및 중앙부, 내측 mid-patella 입구를 사용한 관절경적 기법을 이용하여, 골편의 정복에 삽관 나사못을 사용함으로써, 비교적 짧은 수술 시간 안에 만족스런 정복과 고정을 얻을 수 있었으며, 술 후 조기에 능동적 관절 운동을 허용할 수 있었다. 또한 분쇄 골절의 경우 와셔를 사용함으로써 만족스런 고정을 얻을 수 있었다. 저자들의 방법은 수술 기법의 용이함과 금속 제거 시의 안전성, IV형 분쇄 골절에도 적용할 수 있는 점, 추가적인 피부 절개가 필요없다는 점, 성장기 소아에서 성장판의 손상 가능성을 줄일 수 있는 등의 장점이 있다고 사료된다. Avulsion fractures of the intercondylar eminence of the tibia are not uncommon. In the displaced avulsion fracture, anatomical reduction and firm fixation of fracture fragments are needed but the most of the conventional operative techniques including arthroscopic technique are relatively complex and need. The results were not always satisfactory due to the risk of postoperative complications such as wound infection, premature epiphyseal closure and loss of fixation after early motion etc. So we describe a simple and safe modified method of arthroscopic reduction and fixation for avulsion fractures of the intercondylar eminence of the tibia. In our thirteen cases, we achieved anatomical reduction and secure fixation using cannulated screw through the three arthroscopic portals (anterolateral, medial mid-patellar and central). Postoperatively, immediate limited range of motion of the knee and partial weight bearing were possible. Additional use of the washer afforded safe fixation of comminuted avulsion fracture. The advantage of this technique includes its technical simplicity, easy removal of hardware, ability to treat comminuted type IV fracture with washer, no additional skin incision, no damage to growing plate in growth children and less morbidity.
