        IT운영리스크 최소화를 위한 피해저감모델 구현에 관한 연구

        To minimize IT operational risks and the opportunity cost for lost business hours. it is necessary to have preparedness in advance and mitigation activities for minimization of a loss due to the business discontinuity. There are few cases that banks have a policy on systematic management, system recovery and protection activities against system failure. and most developers and system administrators response based on their experience and the instinct. This article focuses on the mitigation model development for minimizing the incidents of disk unit in IT operational risks. The model will be represented by a network model which is composed of the three items as following: (1) the risk factors(causes, attributes and indicators) of IT operational risk. (2) a periodic time interval through an analysis of historical data. (3) an index or an operational regulations related to the examination of causes of an operational risk. This article will be helpful when enterprise needs to hierarchically analyze risk factors from various fields of IT(information security, information telecommunication, web application servers and so on) and develop a mitigation model. and it will also contribute to the reduction of operational risks on information systems.

        IT 리스크 평가 연구사례: 국내 건설사 적용 사례

        실시간으로 기업영리활동을 추구하는 기업환경하에서 정보시스템의 사고발생은 조직과 고객 모두에게 막대한 손실을 야기시킨다. 그 손실에는 간접적인 브랜드 이미지의 손상, 고객이탈 및 직접적인 기업이익의 감소들이 해당된다. 따라서, IT 리스크와 기업활동의 중단으로 인한 손실을 최소화 하고, 사전에 이에 대비하는 것이 필요하다 본 연구에서는 IT 리스크 평가방법과 리스크 예방차원에서 실행할 수 있는 리스크 과리방법을 제시하고자 한다, 제시된 방법을 국내 건설사에 적용한 사레를 제시함으로써 실제기업에 대한 적용 가능성을 확인하고자 한다. Organizations and customers lose if business activities are discontinued by an incident of information systems under the current business environment because they pursue real time enterprise and on demand enterprise. The loss includes the intangible decline in brand image, customer separation, and the tangible loss such as decrease in business profits. Thus, it is necessary to have preparedness in advance and mitigation for minimization of a loss due to the business discontinuity and IT risks. This paper described a IT risk assessment case about domestic construction company.

        개인정보보호를 위한 리스크 모니터링: 경고맵

        본 연구에서는 최근 사회적 이슈로 등장하고 빈번하게 대형 사고가 발생하는 개인정보 보안 사고에 대하여 사전에 탐지하여 예방할 수 있는 개인정보보호를 위한 리스크 모니터링 모델을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 개인정보 및 개인정보보호 업무를 정의하고, 개인정보 생명주기에 따른 리스크를 식별한다. 식별된 리스크는 전문가 설문을 통하여 우선관리대상 리스크를 선정하고, Fishbone Diagram을 활용하여 리스크 요인을 도출한다. 리스크 요인들은 지표로서 각 측정 단위와 임계치를 보유하며, 개인정보보호 업무와 리스크에 따라 지표의 값을 가지고 판단하는 경고맵을 개발한다. Personal information security has been as risk ever since the development of information technology increased its internet use. As personal information security is compromised there will be a rise in personal privacy conflicts and this will become an important social issue. The following research is a presentation of the warning map for risk monitoring on personal information security. First, the personal information security process is identified then defined. Second, in order to achieve the personal information security 's objective, a survey was taken and the data was collected. Third, factor in the Fishbone Diagram's analysis and figure out the key indicators that include metric and threshold. Last, develop the warning map which has the matrix table composed of the process and the risk. It displays the warning based on the threshold and the value of key indicators re lated to risks.

      • 골판지 제조업체의 컨베이어 시스템 성능평가 사례연구

        A conveyor system in corrugated manufacturing industry may be in charge of carriage/storage, and may control logistics flow and production activities of products in a manufacturing process which consists of corrugators, conveyors, and printer-slotter system. It identifies problems that the conveyor system in this case study is overloaded and often operated manually. This research is to evaluate the conveyor system through simulation model of technological evaluation beyond economic and qualitative one. The rate of operation and the load of the conveyor system are used as parameters in the simulation. This paper suggests a direction to a new conveyor system implementation on the basis of the results that are derived by new alternatives based on current model. The best alternative is supposed to be the number of conveyors and the operation times of the printer-slotter that may be increased at the same time.

      • 온라인 데이터베이스 서비스의 원가계산과 가격결정에 관한 실증적 연구

        Based on previous research for end-users information needs, this research is to investigate DB costing method decision-making on pricing of DB service by critical factors. The first phase of the research classifies the elements of DB product cost accounting by activities of the circulation system of information in DB service. The second phase is to develop model based on results of DB product costing in the first phase of research. The third phase of research is to present the process of DB product cost accounting by applying the model to an on-line service company. Finally, the research develops the pricing decision model to determine the priority of each factor by survey from major on-line service companies in America and Japan. It is essential to research further regarding the DB product costing and pricing methods in order to determine a proper DB service charge. The right pricing decision in the DB service charge will contribute to the growth of the DB industry.

        소셜커머스 사용자의 지각된 특성이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This studies aims to examine the factors that affect continuous usage reliability of social commerce users that has been really active recently based on using EDT (Expectation Disconfirmation Theory) and extended ECM (Expected confirmation Model). With a statistical analysis, this paper suggests a conceptual model, based on the empirical evidence from this study. The result reveal that perceived usage easiness has a positive effect on meeting the expected confirmation and satisfaction. As perceived quality, social influence and price appeared to reflect a positive effect on fulfilling expected confirmation. This implies that users consider perceived usage easiness, perceived quality, social influence and price important in using social commerce persistently and that as their expected confirmation fulfillment and satisfaction increase that leads to further rise in their future intended continuous usage.

        텍스트마이닝 기반의 인적재난 사고사례 신뢰도 측정연구

        Deducting the risk level of infrastructure and buildings based on past human disaster risk cases and implementing prevention measures are important activities for disaster prevention. The object of this study is to measure the confidence to proceed quantitative analysis of various disaster risk cases through text mining methodology. Indeed, by examining confidence calculation process and method, this study suggests also a basic quantitative framework. The framework to measure the confidence is composed into four stages. First step describes correlation by categorizing basic elements based on human disaster ontology. Secondly, terms and cases of Term-Document Matrix will be created and the frequency of certain cases and terms will be quantified, the correlation value will be added to the missing values. In the third stage, association rules will be created according to the basic elements of human disaster risk cases. Lastly, the confidence value of disaster risk cases will be measured through association rules. This kind of confidence value will become a key element when deciding a risk level of a new disaster risk, followed up by preventive measures. Through collection of human disaster risk cases related to road infrastructure, this study will demonstrate a case where the four steps of the quantitative framework and process had been actually used for verification.

        내진성능 미확보 학교시설의 보강 우선순위 결정 연구

        이 연구에서는 내진성능확보가 요구되는 국내 초, 중, 고등학교를 대상으로 내진보강사업 착수 이전에 효율적인 사업 추진 우선순위를 결정하기 위한 영향요인을 도출하고, 이를 통해 우선순위를 결정하는 방안을 제안한다. 학교시설 내진보강 대상인자 그룹은 피난위험, 이용자위험, 시설위험, 지역위험으로 구분한다. 피난위험에 영향을 미치는 인자들은 기계/전기설비, 건물내화성능(화재등급), 피난 장애물, 위험 시설, 공지거리, 교통, 운동장이다. 이용자위험 인자들은 도시지역/ 그 외의 지역, 학급 수/ 학생 수, 그리고 학교 급별이다. 시설위험에는 구조요소, 건설재료, 건물형태, 건물층수, 건물규모 인자들이 포함된다. 지역위험 인자는 단층대와 과거 지진발생 지역이다. 내진보강 우선순위결정 계층적 구조 모형에 따라 위험유형과 영향인자의 가중치를 산정하였다. 시설위험 가중치가 제일 높으며, 다음으로 이용자위험, 피난위험 순으로 지역위험 가중치가 제일 낮다. 내진보강 우선순위를 결정하기 위한 영향인자들을 가지고 학교시설을 평가하기 위해 평가영역, 평가지표, 5점 척도 그리고 판단기준으로 구성된 평가표를 제시한다. projects for elementary, middle, and high schools in South Korea. Seismic reinforcement factors of school facilities are classified into evacuation, user, facility, and local risks. The factors that affect the evacuation risks are mechanical/electrical equipment, building fire performance (fire grade), evacuation obstacles, hazardous installations, spatial distance, transportation, and playgrounds. The user-risk factors are urban and other areas, number of classes, number of students, and school ranking. The facility risks include structural factors, construction materials, building types, number of floors, and building-scale factors. The local-risk factors are the presence of fault zones and past seismic areas. The risk types and weights of the influencing factors are calculated based on a hierarchical structural model of seismic-retrofit priority. Facility risk accounts for the highest weight followed by user, evacuation, and local risks. To determine the seismic-retrofit priorities, the influencing factors are used to evaluate school facilities. This study provides the scope, index, five-point scale, and decision-making criteria for school-facility evaluation before implementation of seismic-retrofit projects.
