한국적 사회자본이 주민의 정치참여행태에 미치는 영향

  본 연구는 한국적 사회자본이 정치참여 행위에 미치는 영향력을 분석하기 위하여 사회자본을 민간제도 신뢰, 공공제도신뢰, 정치인에 대한 신뢰, 사회일반적 신뢰로 세분화하였으며, 네트워크는 1차, 2차 네트워크 참여, 규범은 법 제도적 규범과 정책참여규범으로 세분화하여 정치참여 형태(순응적, 적극적, 항의적) 별 행위에 미치는 사회자본의 영향력을 분석하였다.<BR>  연구결과를 보면 정치참여형태별 행위에 따라 각각의 독립변수가 미치는 영향력에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰는 적극적, 항의적 정치참여 행위에는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 순응적 정치참여인 투표행위에는 영향력이 적은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 신뢰가 높은 사람일수록 정치참여에는 소극적 참여를 의미하는 부정적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰를 세분하여 살펴보면 민간제도에 대한 신뢰가 높은 사람일수록 정치참여 행위는 부정적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회 일반적 신뢰와 정치참여 상호간에는 그 영향력이 매우 약한 것으로 나타났다. 사회 네트워크참여가 정치참여 행위에 미치는 영향력을 분석해보면 내부지향적인 혈연, 학연, 지연 중심의 1차집단에 참여하는 시민들보다는 2차집단에 참여하는 시민들이 적극적 정치참여와 항의적 정치참여 행위에 미치는 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났으나, 순응적 정치참여에는 1, 2차 집단 참여자 모두 부정적인(-)음의 값으로 나타나 선거참여 행위에는 부정적인 것으로 분석되었다.   This research is to analyze the relationships between the social capital and the behavior of citizen"s political participation depends on the pattern of political participation. To scrutinize the relationships between them, this research broken down the social capital variables into 9 categories and 3 categories(voting, active and protesting) of patterns of citizen"s political participations. Socio-economic variables, also, used to control the both of the dependent and independent variables.<BR>  The resultsof this research show that the highest level of trust in social capital was indicated at the old age group, the low income level, and the low level of education. The most active group of social network participation has revealed in the male group, middle of thirty to fifty, and the higher level of education and income. The impacts of socio-economic variables were statistically significantly different from the citizen"s network participation levels.<BR>  The results of multiple regression analysis were found out that the impacts of trust were different depends on the types of political participation. One of the interesting research results was to indicate the people who were showing the higher level of trust has been appearing at the lower level of political participation. This study found out that the participants of second social network group were more lively participating into active and protesting political participation against negative effects on the voting participation.

1970년대 한국 정부의 상·하향식 농촌개발전략 분석

본 연구는 1970년대 새마을 농촌개발정책의 하향식, 상향식 집행관점에서 정부와 관료의 역할 그리고 정책참여의 유인 수단 등 정책집행 환경을 분석하는 것이다. 새마을 농촌개발정책이 하향식으로 집행될 수 있었든 원인으로는 명확한 정책목표와 전담부서의 지정, 일선 읍-면 단위까지 잘 구축된 행정체계를 바탕으로 정책의 본질이 변함없이 잘 전달되었으며 정치적 지지를 바탕으로 정부 부처 간의 강한 통합성을 확보함으로써 밑으로의 정책집행이 가능할 수 있었다. 새마을 농촌개발정책이 상향식으로 추진될 수 있었던 근거로는 일선 공무원들의 행정지도와 새마을지도자들의 주민설득 능력은 정책 순응을 확보하여 주민참여를 끌어냄으로써 상향식 정책집행이 가능하였다. 본 연구는 단순한 행정추진체계의 제시보다는 그러한 체제가 작동할 수 있었던 환경을 분석하고 상향식 정책집행의 기본전제라고 할 수 있는 이해관계자들의 참석이 가능할 수 있었던 보다 근본 원인을 찾고자 노력함으로써 기존연구와의 차별화를 시도하였다. This study is to analyze the roles of government, bureaucrat, village leader and social capital which effects on the top-down and bottom-up policy implementation. This study concludes the followings. In terms of top-down approach, hierarchically well structured administrative system and strong willingness of the president make easy to transfer the policy goals into the village level. In a bottom-up approach, there are village leaders and street level public officials who can move up the people into the policy implementation process and make them cooperate each other. There are important roles of public extension service from the street level officials and sacrificing of village leaders persuading villagers to participate into the Saemaul development projects. This study do not insist on a superiority of a certain implementation approach but try to suggest meaningful information to choose optimum implementation strategy faced on various circumstances of each country and region.

The present study presented two experiments and a series of demonstrations to test models on Muller-Lyer illusion. Experiment 1 compared measures of illusion between adults and children. Adults showed more illusions of length than children. Experiment 2 manipulated the experiences of building pictures within children. The experienced condition immedietly produced significant illusions. The results of experiment 1 and 2 suggested that the perceptual experiences produced illusions not because the learned mecvhanism of distance-size correction was acquired, but because the possible built-in mechanism was activated. A series of demonstration verified the fallcy of the distance-size correction model based on Constructualism and proposed the stimulus-relation analysis model based on Gestalt.

빅데이터 분석을 통한 수영 인식변화 연구:한국과 중국을 중심으로

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in perception of swimming based on big data analysis and provide basic data for policy establishment for the development of swimming. Methods: To this end, data will be collected from Naver, Google, Baidu, and Daum, the representative portals of Korea and China, for five years from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2020. In addition, frequency, connection centrality, and semantic network analysis are conducted using social matrix program Textom, Ucinet6 for network analysis, and NetDraw. Results: As a result of the analysis, first, as a result of analyzing frequency and connection centrality through keyword analysis, words such as swimming pool, value, survival swimming, health, and safety were found to be the most searched in Korea. Second, as a result of the Korean analysis of connection centrality, it was analyzed as swimming pool, exercise, value, survival swimming, and safety. As a result of Chinese analysis of connection centrality, it was analyzed as games, sports, swimming pools, and sports. Third, as a result of the analysis of the Korean network, it is a change in the swimming recognition process that the public has changed from exercise and learning to survival swimming, health, and safety awareness during the total survey period. Conclusion: First, the Korean public is paying more attention to safe swimming as well as learning to improve their physical health. Second, China's public perception has changed from elite sports to daily sports, and public participation in swimming is increasing. Third, as a result of the network analysis, the public's perception of swimming changed from swimming to safe swimming. 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 빅데이터 분석을 바탕으로 수영에 대한 인식변화를 분석하고 수영발전을 위한 정책수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 방법: 이를 위해 2015년 1월 1일부터 2020년 1월 1일까지 5년간 한국과 중국의 대표 포털인 네이버, 구글, 바이두, 다음에서 데이터를 수집하였다. 또한 소셜 매트릭스 프로그램인 Textom, 네트워크 분석을 위한Ucinet6, NetDraw를 이용하여 빈도, 연결 중심성, 의미 네트워크 분석을 수행한다. 결과: 분석결과, 첫째, 키워드 분석을 통해 빈도와 연결중심성을 분석한 결과, 수영장, 가치, 생존수영, 건강, 안전 등의 단어가 국내에서 가장 많이 검색된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연결중심성에 대한 한국적 분석결과수영장, 운동, 가치, 생존수영, 안전성으로 분석되었다. 중국인들이 연결중심성을 분석한 결과 게임, 스포츠, 수영장, 스포츠로 분석됐다. 셋째, 한국 네트워크를 분석한 결과, 총 조사 기간 동안 국민들이 운동과 학습에서 생존수영, 건강, 안전의식으로 변화한 것은 수영 인식 과정의 변화이다. 결론: 첫째로, 한국 대중들은 그들의 신체 건강을 향상시키는 것을 배우는 것뿐만 아니라 안전한 수영에 더많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 둘째, 중국의 대중적 인식이 엘리트 스포츠에서 생활체육으로 바뀌면서 수영에대한 대중의 참여가 증가하고 있다. 셋째, 네트워크 분석 결과 수영에 대한 대중의 인식이 수영에서 안전한수영으로 변화하였다.
