This paper proposes various methods for constructing a HWIL simulation system including Inertial Navigation System(INS) and Guidance Control Unit(GCU) under the assumption that the INS identifies the initial attitude of an aviation body through its own alignment and that it is a package consisting of an inertial sensor and a navigation computation module. This paper also presents a real-time computing technology and a way to calculate the command of the Flight Motion System(FMS) analogous to the acutal flight environment. The proposed HWIL simulation system is constructed by applying the above-mentioned methods and the results of running a series of simulations confirm high effectiveness and usefulness of the system. Finally, minor error factors that could be acquired only in HWIL simulation Environment are analyzed.

원전사고, 핵실험, 방사성 폐기물 처분 등에 의하여 다양한 방사성 핵종으로 토양오염이 발생하고 있다. 방사성 핵종 중 <SUP>137</SUP>Cs은 고에너지 β입자와 γ선을 방출하는 반감기 30.2년의 유해한 방사성 원소이며, 토양입자에 고정되기 때문에 추출이 어렵다. 본 연구는 세슘 오염토양 복원기술 개발을 위한 기초연구 일환으로 기반암이 화강암인 국내 원자력 발전소 부지의 지질학적 특성을 고려하여 화강암 기원 토양의 세슘 흡착 및 탈착특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구에 사용된 토양 시료는 대전에 분포하는 중생대 복운모 화강암에서 발달한 토양의 모재층(C층)에서 채취하였다. 시료의 토성, 광물 조성, 유기물 함량, pH, EC, CEC, 수용성 양이온 및 음이온 함량을 분석하였으며, <SUP>133</SUP>Cs을 이용한 흡착속도실험(1 mg/L, 30 mg/L에서 1주 반응)과 등온흡착실험(1~300 mg/L에서 24시간 반응), H<SUP>+</SUP>, Na<SUP>+</SUP>, K<SUP>+</SUP>, Mg<SUP>2+</SUP>에 의한 탈착실험(10 mg/kg, 420 mg/kg <SUP>133</SUP>Cs을 spiking한 토양)을 진행하였다. 토양 시료는 유기물이 0.53% 함유된 사양토(sandy loam)로 pH 6.73, EC 24.52 μS/cm, CEC가 1.34 cmolc/kg인 특징을 보였다. 주 구성 광물은 quartz, feldspar, mica이고, 점토 입자는 mica, HIV(hydroxy-interlayer vermiculite), vermiculite, kaolinite로 구성되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. <SUP>133</SUP>Cs 흡착속도실험 결과, 반응 초기(6시간)에 빠른 흡착을 보이다가 반응 속도가 점점 감소하면서 48시간 이후에는 흡착평형 상태에 도달하였다. 등온흡착실험 또한 저농도에서 고농도로 갈수록 비선형적으로 증가하였으며 이는 dual site Langmuir 모델과 가장 잘 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 탈착실험 결과, 저농도 <SUP>133</SUP>Cs 흡착 토양에서는 이온의 종류와 농도에 관계없이 흡착된 <SUP>133</SUP>Cs의 약 50%가 탈착되었고, 고농도 흡착 토양에서는 탈착 이온의 농도가 높아질수록 탈착되는 <SUP>133</SUP>Cs의 양이 K<SUP>+</SUP>, H<SUP>+</SUP>, Mg<SUP>2+</SUP>, Na<SUP>+</SUP> 순으로 증가하였다. 이러한 세슘 흡착 및 탈착 양상은 복운모 화강암 기원 토양의 광물학적 특성상 다양한 흡착 자리를 가지고 있는 풍화된 운모의 영향임을 지시한다. 즉, 저농도에서는 흡착에 비가역적인 풍화된 모서리(frayed edge)에 의해, 고농도에서는 가역적인 외부 표면 자리나 층간 자리에 의해 좌우되는 것으로 확인된다.

Objectives : Atractylodis rhizoma Alba has been traditionally used as a medicinal resource that is used for enhancing Qi (氣) in traditional medicine in Korea, China, and Japan. This study investigated the protective effects of Atractylodis rhizoma Alba extract (ARE) against trimethyltin (TMT), a neurotoxin that causes selective hippocampal injury, using both in vitro and in vivo models. Methods : We investigated the effects of ARE on TMT- (5mM) induced cytotoxicity in primary cultures of mouse hippocampal cells (7 days in vitro ) and on hippocampal injury in C57BL/6 mice injected with TMT (2.6 mg/kg). Results : We observed that ARE treatment (0 - 50 μg/mL) significantly reduced TMT-induced cytotoxicity in cultured hippocampal neurons in a dose-dependent manner, based on results of lactate dehydrogenase and 3-4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assays. Additionally, this study showed that orally administered ARE (5 mg/kg; between -6 and 0 days before TMT injection) significantly attenuated seizures in adult mice. Furthermore, quantitative analysis of allograft inflammatory factor-1 (Iba-1)- and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP)- positive cells showed significantly reduced levels of Iba-1- and GFAP-positive cell bodies in the dentate gyrus of mice treated with ARE prior to TMT injection. These findings indicate the significant protective effects of ARE against the TMT-induced massive activation of microglia and astrocytes in the hippocampus. Conclusions : We conclude that ARE minimizes the detrimental effects of TMT-induced hippocampal neurotoxicity, both in vitro and in vivo . Our findings may serve as useful guidelines to support ARE administration as a promising pharmacotherapeutic approach to hippocampal degeneration.

Hibiscus syriacus is rarely used herb. For finding up new applications of this herb, the medicinal parts and expected efficacys that recorded in 24 classics of oriental medicine were inquired. As a result of the literature review, medicinal parts and expected efficacys of Hibiscus syriacus were as follows: The medicinal parts were mainly flower and bark But the root, branch, leaf and fruit were mentioned too. Some unidentified medicinal parts seemed to be branch or bark. The mentioned symptoms that prescribed Hibiscus syriacus are intestinal 'wind', red-white dysentery, thirst with fever after dysentery, insomnia, 'wind' syndrom, leukorrhea, regurgitation, etc. And this herb was mentioned that applied externally for scabies, hemorrhoids, prolapse of the rectum, headache, extracted tooth, etc. Therefore, bleeding intestinal diseases, insomnia, vaginal or uterine hemorrhage(for internal use), scabies or mycosis, hemorrhoids, anal fistula, prolapse of the rectum, headache(for external use) were presented as expected efficacys of Hibiscus syriacus. In future, studies for verifying the efficacys are needed.

This study was investigated to determine the quality monitoring of distributed materials from Glycyrrhizae Radix (26 samples), Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba (24 samples) according to storage period after 1-3 year. We have estimated by identification, purity, loss on drying, ash, acid insoluble ash, extract content, essential oil content, assay and microbial contamination, As a result, Glycyrrhizae Radix (26 samples) were satisfied with the standard of KP. (Korean Pharmacopoeia) and WHO's microbial contamination limit standard. In the Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba (24 samples), 2 samples were not satisfied with the standard of KP.(Korean Pharmacopoeia) and WHO's microbial contamination limit standard. The results make practical application of the basic data for the quality control of herbal medicine in storage.

Haedae(海帶, haidai) is representative herb from seaweeds. but its origin is still confusing. Thus we analyzed its origin on the basis of classics of oriental medicine. The scientific name of Haedae corresponds to Zostera marina, according to the folkloric use. But, it is Laminaria japonica. according to its habitat, morphological feature, and the korean name on the medical books in Joseon since 17c. In the remote past, it seemed that two groups were segragated by the name of Zostera marina Haedae and Laminaria japonica Haedae. However, it is thought that this two trends were mixed up when medical knowledge was compiled in Song Dynasty era. Documental support inclined to Laminaria japonica, but it is too early to conclude that Laminaria japonica is the Haedae. To prove this hypothesis, further study is required to investige whether Laminaria japonica or Zostera marina has mentioned efficacies of Haedae used for the treatment of wen. San syndromes, edema. scrofula, etc. And we have need of research that solve the origin problem of Gonpo(Laminariae thallus) on the assumption that Laminaria japonica is Haedae.
갯방풍의 기내부정아 형성에 미치는 식물생정조절물질의 영향

Petiole explant of Glehnia littoralis Fr. Schmidt was in vitro cultured MS plant medium(DUCHEFA co.) supplemented with various plant growth regulators and examined to find out their optimum combination and concentration for plantlet regeneration. We investigated optimal condition for efficient plant regeneration through adventitious shoot formation on MS plant medium with various kinds of plant growth regulators. Embryogenic calli and adventitious shoot formation were greatly influenced by plant growth regulators. Embryogenic calli induction showed a good response on MS medium supplemented with NAA and BA than others. Especially, combination of 1.0 ㎎/L NAA and 0.5 ㎎/L BA on MS medium led to the greatest frequency in adventitious shoot. The results suggest that plant regulator selection be important factor to achieve an efficient regeneration.
