Along with the rapid growth of shipping and transportation , the size of a ship larger and larger. Low speed maneuverabililty of a full ship has been received a great deal of attention concerting about the navigation safety, especially in the harbour area of waterway. And, the iperation of the full ship in harbour area is one fo tehmost difficult technique. Usually highly experienced experts can make a suitable decision considering various propeller ,rudder actions and environmental conditions. The Artificial Neural Network is applied to the automatic berthing control of a ship. The teaching data are made by the berthing simulation of a ship on the computer. And, the layer neural network is used and the 'Error Back-Propagation Algorithm' is used to teach the neural network. Finally, it is shown that the berthing control is successfully done by the established neural network.
2축(軸)2타선(舵船)의 조종운동 추정(推定)에 관한 연구

1축 1타선에 대한 조종운동 수학모델은 통상적인 경우 이미 확립되어 널리 사용되고 있다. 또한 저속이나 천수역에서의 조종운동계산에도 응용되고, 새로운 국면의 조종운동 해석에도 기존의 조종수학 모델이 근간이 되고 있다. 한편 2축 2타선과 같은 특수선형에 대해서는 Lee 등에 의한 상세한 구속모형시험 결과로 그 특성이 알려지게 되었고, 1축 1타를 기본으로 하는 기존 수학모델에 약간의 수정을 가함으로서 충분이 조종운동을 추정할 수 있음을 보였다. 본 논문에서는 2축 2타선에 대한 Propeller Effective Wake($1-w_p$)와 유효중립타각 (Effective Neutral Rudder Angle) ${\delta}_R$에 대한 추정모델을 제안하고, Hull의 유체력에 관해서도 Inoue의 추정식을 사용하여, 초기설계단계에서 선박의 주요치수, Propeller 및 타 제원만으로서 개략적인 2축 2타선의 조종운동 계산을 가능하도록 하였다. 이 추정법에 의한 조종운동 계산결과를 엄밀한 구속모형 시험 Data에 의한 계산과 비교하여, 본 논문에서 제안된 추정법의 유용성을 검증하였다. While, the mathematical model for twin-screw twin-rudder ship is not presented so much, because that type of ship is not popular. Lee et al. have examined the characteristics of such ship by captive model tests in 1988. This paper treats new mathematical models for propeller effective wake ($1-w_p$) and effective neutral rudder angle ${\delta}_R$ in the case of twin-screw twin-rudder ship. And some maneuvering motions are calculated with proposed models and compared with exact simulations.

Alloy 600 and Alloy 82/182 materials have been used widely in PWR plants. But these materials are known to be susceptible to PWSCC(Primary Water Stress Corrosion Cracking). Recently, there have been several PWSCC events in major components due to repair welding, because repair welding in the dissimilar metal welds during the construction increases residual stress significantly on the inner surface of welds. In this paper, various residual stress analyses for repair welding were performed using FEM to check the effect of repair welding on residual stress distributions in PZR safety/relief nozzle. The results indicate that for inside surface repair welding, high tensile residual stress is developed on the inside surface of the nozzles.
노후도를 고려한 실크기 원형단면 교각의 내진성능 휨실험

노후 교각은 내진설계가 적용되지 않아 소성힌지구역에 겹침이음이 대다수 존재한다. 철근부식은 철근 단면적 감소 및 겹침이음부의 거동저하를 유발하여 교각의 내진성능을 저하시킨다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 노후교각의 특성에 따라 철근부식, 겹침이음, 내진설계 및 내진보강 여부를 고려하여 실험체를 설계 및 제작하고 실험을 통해 그 영향을 조사하였다. 실험결과, 겹침이음 또는 철근부식은 변위연성도를 감소시킨다. 내진설계 상세 또는 강판 내진보강을 적용하면 충분한 변위연성도가 확보됨을 확인하였다. 모든 비내진실험체는 소성힌지구역 내의 횡철근 겹침이음부의 풀림으로 인해 주철근 좌굴과 심부콘크리트 압축파쇄가 발생하였다. 내진설계된 실험체는 철근부식에 의한 소성힌지구역 내 횡철근의 단면감소와 갈고리 풀림에 의해 주철근 좌굴 및 심부콘크리트 압축파쇄가 발생하였다. For old piers constructed when seismic design code had not been developed, lap splices usually exist in plastic hinge region. Corrosion of rebars causes decreasement in cross-sectional area of rebar and deterioration of lap-splice behaviour, thereby reducing the seismic performance of the old piers. In this research, according to these characteristics of old piers, test specimens are designed and manufactured considering rebar corrosion, lap splice, seismic design details, and seismic reinforcement. These effects are investigated through experiments. As a result of these experiment, rebar corrosion as well as lap splice reduces displacement ductility. When seismic design details or steel-plate reinforcement are applied, sufficient displacement ductility is expressed. For non-seismically designed specimens, loosening of the lap splice of transverse rebars caused buckling of longitudinal rebars and crushing of core concrete in plastic hinge region . For seismically designed specimen, area-reducing and untying of transverse rebars due to corrosion of rebars caused buckling of longitudinal rebars and crushing of core concrete.

원자로 상부헤드 관통노즐 균열에 대한 원인분석 및 건전성 평가

This paper presents the results of integrity assessment for the cracks happened in reactor vessel upper head penetration nozzles. The crack morphology for a boat sample from crack area was analyzed through microscope. The stress condition including weld residual stress around crack was analyzed using finite element analysis. From the results of crack morphology and stress condition, the crack was concluded as primary water stress corrosion cracking. The integrity of the cracked nozzle was assessed by the methodology provided in ASME Section XI. According to the assessment results, the remaining life of the cracked nozzle was 1.43 yrs. and the plant decided to repair it.

본 논문에서는 수중운동체의 운동수학모형 정립 및 최적제어 방안 연구를 위해, 수중운동체의 6자유도 운동 방정식을 유도하고, UUV 모형의 사항시험을 통해 6방향의 유체력을 구하였다. In thi per 6-DOF moion eqatons of UUV (Unmanned Undersea Vehicles) are derived. Moreover, th hydrdynmic maneuverng derivatives are found rom the obliqu twing tests of te 2m Manta type UUV model.
