설탕 및 사료의 파지혼용 크라프트 지대 개선에 관한 연구

This study was carried out to investigate improvement of kraft paper sack mixed with recycled paper for sugars and assorted feeds. Four Plies of kraft paper mixed with recycled paper(basis weight : $80g/m^2$) were taken place of two plies of kraft paper made from all pulp(basis weight : $98g/m^2$) and one ply of kraft paper mixed with recycled paper(basis weight : $80g/m^2$) for sugar 30kg. Three Plies of kraft paper mixed with recycled paper(basis weight : $80g/m^2$) were taken place of two plies of kraft paper made from all pulp(basis weight $98g/m^2$) for sugar 15kg and assorted feed 25kg. Physical properties, tensile strength, internal tearing strength and bursting strength, were improved by exchanging kraft paper mixed with recycled paper for kraft paper from all pulp and so kraft paper sacks made from all pulp were no damage in handling. They had so high friction coefficient that there was no danger of collapse on pallet by slipperiness in transportation and handling. And they had high printability so disappearance of printing by the contact with other paper sack in transportation was not found.

가전제품의 하역 중 낙하충격에 관한 연구

This study was carried out to investigate dropping shock of household electric appliances during materials handling. Microwave oven($18{\ell}$), TV(16") and washing machine(6.2kg) were singled out as the study items. From the results of dropping test by KS A 1026(General Rules of Performance Testing for Packaged Freights), relative equations were gained as follow : y=0.0863x+10.032 for microwave oven, y=0.136x+7.85 for TV and y=0.214x+5.8 for washing machine (where y is G-factor and x is Dropping height). The maximum values of dropping shock during materials handling were measured to be $11{\sim}14G$ for microwave oven, $12{\sim}15G$ for TV and $10{\sim}12G$ for washing machine. The maximum shocks of microwave oven, TV and washing machine during materials handling were corresponding to dropping shocks of dropping height 45.98cm, 52.57cm and 28.97cm by KS A 1026.

We report a case of symmei.rical peripheral gangrene in a 22-day-old female associated with dissem-inated intravascular coagulation, which probably occured from septicmia of Enterobacter aerogenes. The skin lesions showed well-defined blackish gangrene surrounded by purpuric patches on the whole fingertips and toes except the loft thumb. Histopathologically, there were epidermal necrosis, diffuse extravasation of RBCs, mild petivascular inflammatory infiltrates and delated and RBC-filled vessels in the dermis. But, there was no definite evidence of vasculitis. In spit,e of aggressive antibictics therapy and other supportive measrres, she died at 39th day after birth. (Kor J Dermatol 1994; 32(1): 158-162)

개혁신학에 "중간 지식"의 자리는 있는가 -티센의 "중간 지식 칼빈주의" 주장 철회과정을 중심으로

Debate between God’s foreknowledge and human free will has long history. A very attractive attempt to solve this debate was the Middle Knowledge theory, attributed to Luis de Molina, in which God knows what a man would do in any given circumstance. This knowledge is logically placed in between natural and free knowledges of God and got its name. Middle knowledge, however, had long been rejected by the Reformed Church due to its critical problem that makes God’s foreknowledge meaningless. Recently, Terrance Tiessen insisted that if we assume God has the counterfactual knowledge of what has not happened but could, and take this as conditional statements in the subjunctive mood, then this differs from God’s natural or free knowledge. Furthermore he proposed “Middle Knowledge Calvinism” after replacing the libertarian human freedom of Molinism with the freedom of spontaneity. The logical order is natural knowledge(“could do”), middle knowledge(“would do”), the decree and then free knowledge(“will do”). But he withdrew his proposal in 2 years saying that if we do not assume man has the power of contrary choice, the “could do” and “would do” can not be different. The proposal and withdrawal of middle knowledge by Tiessen reflects the strong demand of a logical explanation on the relationship between God’s foreknowledge and human free will.But he did not discard the concept of counterfactual knowledge to the last moment and conclusively I propose that if we continue our study on counterfactual knowledge it will expand our horizons of understanding of God and man.

체조선수들의 운동열정이 마루운동 연기구성에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 체조선수들의 운동열정이 마루운동 연기구성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 스포츠 능력믿음과 스포츠수행전략의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 대한체육회에 선수등록 된 선수들 중 제72회 전국종별체조선수권대회 마루운동 종목에 참가한 남․여 체조선수 280명 중 불성실한 응답자 13명을 제외한 총 267명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 운동열정 마루운동 연기구성에 미치는 영향에서 스포츠 능력믿음은 부분적으로 매개효과 있는 것으로 나타났지만, Sobel Test 결과, 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 운동열정이 마루운동 연기구성에 미치는 영향에서 스포츠 수행전략은 완전매개효과 및 부분적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 이와 같은 내용을 바탕으로 현장에서는 지도자들이 심리적 훈련기법과 병행하여 심리 행동전략 특성으로 나타나는 선수 개개인의 행동을 관찰하고 연기구성의 수준을 고려한 선수 개인별 심리 행동전략에 세심한 지도가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of exercise enthusiasm on the composition of floor exercise and verify the mediating effect of sports ability belief and sports performance strategy. Method: The subjects of this study were 267 respondents among 280 male and female gymnasts who are members of the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee participating in floor exercise at the 72th national gymnastics tournament, 13 insincere respondents were excepted. The results are as follows. Results: First, in the effect of exercise enthusiasm on the composition of floor exercise, although the sports ability belief was partially mediating, the Sobel test results were not statistically significant. Second, in the effect of exercise enthusiasm on the composition of floor exercise, sports performance strategy showed a full mediation effect and a partial mediation effect. Conclusion: Based on these findings, it is considered that the leaders should observe the behaviors of the athletes with psychological behavioral strategies in parallel with the psychological training techniques, and careful guidance is required on the psychological behavior strategies of the athletes considering the individual performance level.

Acne Keloidalis Nuchae 3예

We report three cases of acne keloidalis nuchae which showing typical clinical and histopathological findings. A 61-year-old man showed well-defined child-fist sized erythematous to skin-colored hard plaque on his posterior scalp since two years ago and was treated by surgical excision and skin graft(STSG). A 22-year-old man showed discrete pinkish to erythematous pea sized follicular papules and pustules on his occiput since seven years ago and was treated by intralesional injection of triamcinolone for several times with fair response. Finally, a 38-year-old black man showed variable sized hard round follicular papules on his posterior scalp with several grouped hairs on the center of papules and was treated by intralesional injection of triamcinolone effectively. Histopathologically, common findings were follicular and perifollicular inflammation with the infiltration of plasma cells, neutrophils, lymphohistiocytes, massive dermal fibrosis resembling scar tissue, and diminished sebaceous glands. Background : Pathergy, or skin hypersensitivity to needle puncture has been reported as a diagnostic test for Behcets ciisease. But the positivity of pathergy test in recurrent aphthous stomatitis which can be a comporent of Behcets disease is obscure. In recent years it has been noted that the positivity of the test has decreased. It is possible to say that the disposable needles used nowadays are less trauniatic to initiate the reaction than are the nondisposable ones used in the preAIDS ara by some uthors. Objective : It is the porpose of this study to clarify the value of pathergy test in differentiating Behcets disease from recurrent aphthous stomatitis and to evaluate the difference of positivity using various kinds of needles, and finally to suggest the most profitable one. Methods : 34 patients with Behcets disease according to the diagnostic criteria of Shimizu(revisecl) 25 ones in case of applying that of International study group for Behcets disease(ISG) and 21 ones with recurrent aphthous stomatitis, and 25 normal controls were selected. A pathergy test, i.e., intradermal injection of 0.1 ml physiological saline by using 26 gauge k 20 gauge disposable needles and l.6 gauge R 20 gauge nondisposable ones were given and the evaluation was made after 24 hours and 48 hours. Results : 1. The positive rates of pathergy test using all kinds of needles in Behcets disease were significantly higher than thoen recurrent aphthous stomatitis and normal controls(p=0.00000-0.03600). The sensitivity were 29.4% 64.7% (Shimizu) and 32.0% 76.0% (ISG), respectively, and the specificity were 91.3%-100.0% for all of them. 2. In Behcets disease, the positive rates of the pathergy test using 26 gauge disposable needles were not significantly different from that of using ZO gauge disposable needles in total and active patients after 24 and 4.3 hours and so were 26 gauge R 20 gauge nondisposable ones(p=0.40134 -0.80603(Shimizu), 0.37551-0.77078(ISG) ). 3. In Behcets disease, the positive rates of pathergy test using 26 gauge nondisposable needles were 59%-68%(Shimiu) and 64% 79% (ISG), which were significantly different, from the test using 20 gauge disposable needles, i.e. 29%-36%(Shimizu), 40%-46%(ISG) in total and active patients(p==0.00753-0.01512) after 24 and 48 hours except for those by the criteria of ISG after 24 hours(p=0.14573-0.15597). Conclusion : This study shows that the pathergy test is obviously useful in differentiating Behcets disease from ecurrent aphthous stomatitis and we recommend the intradermal injection of 0.1 ml physiological saline by using 26 gauge nondisposable needle and the evaluation after 48 hours as a standard mithod of pathergy test. 백금전극을 이용한 ISFET 포도당센서의 성능개선 연구

An ISFET glucose sensor containing a platinum working electrode have been prepared and characterized. The conventional ISFET glucose sensor determines the glucose by measuring the pH variation due to the dissociation of gluconic acid generated by the enzyme(GOD) reaction. Because of the low dissociation constant, however, it has some problems such as low sensitivity and long response time. In this paper, the platinum working electrode was introduced to the ISFET glucose sensor to solve these problems. H₂O₂, which is the other product of the enzyme reaction, is then electrolyzed on the platinum electrode, so that the concentration of hydrogen ion is increased. Fabricated glucose sensor containing a platinum electrode had a higher sensitivity(56mV/decade) and wider linear response range(10∼1,000 mg/dl) than those of the conventional sensor.
