        표면 웹기반 공개정보 수집을 위한 워크플로우 확장 연구

        전통적인 형사 사건에서 조사 대상에 관한 정보는 국가의 합법적 조직이 보유하고 있는 개인정보만이 제공되기 때문에 정보 수집에 한계가 있다. 일반 검색엔진으로 검색이 가능한 SNS와 포털사이트를 포함하는 표면 웹 기반 공개정보(OSINT)는 범죄수사에 사용할 수 있는 의미 있는 프로파일링에 활용할 수 있다. 한국형 공개정보 워크플로우를 사용하면 공개정보 기반의 효과적인 프로파일링이 가능하지만 "개인"의 경우에는 "성명"으로 시작되기 때문에 수집할 수 있는 공개정보가 제한적이고 동명이인의 정보가 수집되는 등의 신뢰성의 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 개인과 연관된 정보 즉, 등가정보를 정의하고 이를 기반으로 효율적이고 정확한 정보를 수집할 수 있도록 한다. 따라서, 공개정보에서 특정인과 연관된 정보 즉, 등가정보를 추출할 수 있는 개선된 워크플로우를 제시한다. 이때 인물의 인지도에 따라 서로 다른 워크플로우를 제시한다. 이를 통해 인물(개인)의 효과적인 프로파일링이 가능하여 수사 정보 수집의 신뢰도를 높인다. 본 연구를 통해 향후에는 해당 워크플로우를 인공지능 기술을 이용하여 수집된 정보의 분석과정을 자동화할 수 있는 시스템을 개발함으로써 범죄 수사에 있어서 공개 정보 활용을 위한 기틀을 마련하고 수사 방식 다양화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. In traditional criminal cases, there is a limit to information collection because information on the subject of investigation is provided only with personal information held by the national organization of legal. Surface web-based OSINT(Open Source Intelligence), including SNS and portal sites that can be searched by general search engines, can be used for meaningful profiling for criminal investigations. The Korean-style OSINT workflow can effectively profile based on OSINT, but in the case of individuals, OSINT that can be collected is limited because it begins with "name", and the reliability is limited, such as collecting information of the persons with the same name. In order to overcome these limitations, this paper defines information related to individuals, i.e., equivalent information, and enables efficient and accurate information collection based on this. Therefore, we present an improved workflow that can extract information related to a specific person, ie., equivalent information, from OSINT. For this purpose, different workflows are presented according to the person's profile. Through this, effective profiling of a person (individuals) is possible, thereby increasing reliability in collecting investigation information. According to this study, in the future, by developing a system that can automate the analysis process of information collected using artificial intelligence technology, it can lay the foundation for the use of OSINT in criminal investigations and contribute to diversification of investigation methods.

        항산화 및 암전이 관련 단백질의 발현에 미치는 콩잎낙엽 에탄올 추출물의 영향

        콩잎은 골다공증 및 유방암 발생을 예방한다고 널리 보고되고 있다. 이를 바탕으로 콩잎낙엽 에탄올 추출물(SBFL)을 제조하여 암 전이와 관련 있는 세포침윤에 대한 효과를 조사하기 위하여 섬유아육종세포(HT1080)에서 SBFL이 항산화와 matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs)에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 활성산소의 소거효과에 대한 SBFL효과는 DPPH radical, 환원력 및 지질과산화실험으로 평가되었다, 본 연구에서 SBFL은 양성대조군으로 사용된 vitamin C 및 vitamin E와 비교 시 우수한 항산화 효과를 보여주었다. 다음으로 SBFL의 세포독성을 측정하기 위하여 MTT assay를 수행한 결과 16 μg/ml 이상의 농도에서 세포독성을 보여주었다. SBFL은 gelatin zymography 실험에서 phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetae (PMA) 혹은 phenazine methosulfate (PMS)로 자극된 암 전이에서 중요한 MMP-9의 활성을 감소시켰다. 특히 SBFL은 단백질 발현 실험에서 SOD-1, p-FoxO-1의 발현을 증가시켰다. 더욱이 vascular endothelial growth Factor (VEGF)로 자극된 세포 침윤이 SBFL처리에 의하여 억제되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 SBFL은 뛰어난 항산화 효과는 산화적 스트레스를 감소시키고 MMP-9의 활성과 세포침윤을 억제시켜 암 전이의 예방을 위한 유효성분으로 이용될 수 있다는 것을 암시하고 있다. Soybean leaves, a Korean edible plant material, have been reported to prevent the development of osteoporosis and breast cancer. Based on this rational, soybean fallen leaves ethanolic extract (SBFL) was used for the experiment of cell invasion related to metastasis and antioxidant activity. The effect of SBFL on matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in human fibrosarcoma cells, HT1080 as well as its antioxidant activity was investigated in this study. The effect of SBFL on scavenging activity of reactive oxygen species was evaluated in vitro using lipid peroxidation assay,DPPH radical and reducing power assay. SBFL showed the positive effects on antioxidant activity, compared with vitamin C and vitamin E used as positive controls. Furthermore, SBFL showed cytotoxicity above 16 μg/ml in MTT assay. In particular, it was found that SBFL decreased the activation of MMP-9 stimulated by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetae (PMA) and phenazine methosulfate (PMS). SBFL treatment increased the expression levels of p-FoxO-1 and SOD-1. Moreover, SBFL inhibited cell invasion stimulated by vascular endothelial growth Factor (VEGF). These results indicate that SBFL could inhibit cell invasion related to the activation of MMP-9 and oxidative stress, suggesting that it could be available as a main ingredient for prevention of metastasis.

        한국, 중국 및 엘살바도르 강낭콩 (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) 유전자원의 농업 특성과 다양성 비교

        This study was conducted to compare the agricultural characteristics of total 444 common bean accessions from Korea(296), China (76), and El Salvador (72). Days to flowering were ranged from 41 to 83 days with an average of 61 days. Days to sowing to maturing were ranged from 86 to 143 days with an average of 104 days. Common beans from El Salvador tend to bloom and mature 3 to 7 days earlier than Korea and China accessions. In growth habit, over 50% of Korea and China accessions were indeterminate and climbing type, but 90.1% from El Salvador were Semi-determinate and climbing type. Qualitative traits were much different among three countries. Eighty-two percentage of immature pod colors were dark pink from El Salvador, but many of those were pale yellow from Korea (77.6%) and China (61.8%). Seed shapes were divided into four types of round, oval, cubic and kidney type, and the highest percentage of those were 30.4% with kidney type. The highest of those was 36.6% with oval type from Korea, 55.3% with kidney type from China and 79.2% with cubic type from El Salvador. Morphological characteristics of common bean from El Salvador were much different from those of Korea and China, which is necessary to collect more germplasm from its native and expand genetic diversity of common beans. Four hundred thirty-five common beans from Korea, China and El Salvador were analyzed using SSR markers. Ninety-two alleles were detected with a lowest of 6 at the BM161, BM181 and a highest of 18 at the BM154, BM160. The average polymorphism information content(PIC) was 0.72. To similar with population size among three countries, 292 Korean accessions divided four replications with 73 accessions. As a result genetic diversity was the highest of 0.73 in Chinese populations, while the lowest of 0.48 in El Salvador populations.

        화학적 분해법을 이용한 난용성 자원으로부터 희토류 회수 특성 연구

        In this study, rare earth elements (REE) leaching from a refractory REE ore containing goethite as a major gangue mineral was conducted, introducing a two-stage method of chemical decomposition-acid leaching. At the chemical decomposition step, using one of alkaline agent, NaOH, the ore was decomposed, changing NaOH concentration from 20 to 50 wt% at 10% (w/w) of pulp density and the maximum temperature achieved without boiling at each NaOH concentration. With increasing NaOH concentration, light REE (Ce, La and Nd) and iron were concentrated in the solid phase which is the decomposed product, while aluminum (Al) and phosphorus (P) were removed to the liquid phase, and their concentrations in the solid phase were down to 0.96 and 0.17%, respectively. In addition, through XRD analysis, it was found that the crystallinity of goethite was considerably decreased. At the acid leaching step, the product decomposed by 50 wt% NaOH was leached at 3.0 M HCl and 80 ℃ for 3 hr, then the REE leaching efficiency was above 94% (Ce 80%), and the leaching efficiencies of Al and P were decreased to 12 and 0%, respectively. Therefore, in terms of both REE leaching efficiency and impurity removal, those decomposition and leaching conditions were chosen as optimum processing methods of the investigated material. In terms of REE leaching mechanism, because REE and iron leaching efficiencies showed the positive correlation each other, so it can be concluded that decreasing crystallinity of goethite affect the improvement of REE leaching.
