        광양 재래종 복분자의 항산화 활성

        본 연구는 광양 재래종 복분자의 항산화 활성을 평가하였다. 주요 유리당으로는 글루코오스와 과당이 각각 2.83±0.01%, 3.49±0.17%로 분석되었다. 복분자의 항산화 활성을 나타내는데 기여하는 비타민 C는 0.04 g/100 g, 비타민 E는 0.01 g/100 g으로 분석되었다. 항산화 기능을 대표하는 광양 재래종 복분자내 안토시아닌 함량은 2.41±0.01 g/100 g으로 분석되었다. 열수추출물과 80% 에탄올추출물의 폴리페놀 함량은 열수추출물 5.99±0.15%, 80% 에탄올추출물 6.20±0.41%로 통계적 유의 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 라디칼 소거활성을 평가한 결과 동일한 농도에서 DPPH 라디칼 소거활성은 80% 에탄올추출물이 89.29±0.68%, 열수추출물이 65.04±3.95%로 나타났고 ABTS 라디칼 소거활성은 각각 30.22±2.91%, 47.65±0.45%로 나타났다. 지질과산화 억제 활성은 80% 에탄올추출물이 23.27±0.17%로 열수추출물 3.58±0.21%보다 높게 나타났다. 안토시아닌을 다량 함유한 광양 재래종 복분자는 이를 함유하는 식품의 가공 및 천연 색소로의 이용이 가능할 것이다. 본 연구의 재래종 복분자의 이화학적 특성은 재래종 복분자 식품의 개발에 활용될 수 있고, 항산화 활성이 높은 80% 에탄올추출물은 건강기능식품의 소재로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. In other to promote the utilization of native Gwangyang Rubus coreanus Miq. as an antioxidant material in functional food, its general composition, free sugars, vitamin C, vitamin E, and anthocyanin content were examined. Free sugars were mainly 2.83±0.01% glucose and 3.49±0.17% fructose. Native Gwangyang Rubus coreanus Miq. included higher vitamin C (0.04 g/100 g) and E (0.04 g/100 g) contents than other Rubus coreanus Miq. Anthocyanin was detected to be 2.41 g/100 g. Two extracts from native Gwangyang Rubus coreanus Miq., hot water extract (RCW) and 80% ethanol extract (RCE), were prepared by reflux, filter, and freeze-dry. The phenolic compound levels of RCW and RCE were 5.99% and 6.20%, respectively. In DPPH- and ABTS-radical scavenging activities, and lipid peroxidation formation inhibitory activity, RCE exhibited relatively high activities when compared to RCW (89.29% vs. 65.04%, 47.65% vs. 30.22%, 23.27% vs. 3.6%, respectively). Based upon these results, it is suggested that RCE from native Gwangyang Rubus coreanus Miq. possesses the antioxidant potentials for radical scavenging and anti-lipid peroxidation activities.

        중학생의 방과후 스포츠활동 참여정도와 공격성 그리고 학교폭력태도간의 관계

        본 연구는 이에 본 연구는 중학생의 방과후 스포츠활동 참여정도와 공격성, 그리고 학교폭력태도를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 서울시 중학교에 재학중인 학생 211명을 표집하여 설문응답을 받은 후 SPSS20.0 & AMOS 18.0. 프로그램을 통하여 분석하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생의 방과후 스포츠활동 참여정도와 공격성 및 학교폭력태도에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 중학생의 스포츠참여정도는 학교폭력태도에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그러나 공격성를 통하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 공격성은 학교폭력태도에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 중학생의 방과후 스포츠활동 참여정도는 청소년 개인의 공격성에 따라 학교폭력태도가 달라질 수 있음을 확인하였다. 그러므로 중학생에게 공격성을 조절할 수 있는 스포츠활동 참여를 장려함으로써 학교폭력에 민감하게 반응하고 서로 배려하는 학교를 만들 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was examination of model among extra-curricular sports participation degree and aggression and school violence attitudes in youth. For the study subjects, a survey was conducted on the up to students in middle school in Seoul, and total 211 questionnaires were used. For the data treatment, the statistical methods used for analyzing the data were the frequency, reliability, correlations, confirmatory factor analysis & structural equation modeling by using with SPSS20.0 & AMOS 18.0. The finding of this study were follows. First, the extra-curricular sports participation degree in youth positively affected the aggression. Second, the extra-curricular sports participation degree in youth didn t affected school violence attitudes. but it affected school violence attitudes indirectly. Third, the aggression positively affected the school violence attitudes.

        유아체육수업에서의 상호작용유형에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to in-depth analyze the interaction pattern in Kindergarten physical education class. To accomplish the above purpose, the study was conducted the 6 years old physical education class of Boram kindergarten in Seoul. Collected data from participation observation, in-depth interview and related documental data with coding process were analyzed through field and classification analysis. And in collecting and analyzing the data, the validity and ethics of study were continually testified. The results from analyzing and explaining the collected data are as the following. Adaptation interaction pattern can be classified as chatting the personal miscellaneous and culture background, answering the open question, leading a laugh and imitating each other. Compromise interaction pattern could be classified as compensating, leading the participation, working together and suggesting. Enforcement interaction pattern could be classified as scoring, frightening, applying the rules, giving the expression right and restraining the action. Enforcement and refusal pattern could be classified as sitting, crying, pushing with avoiding teacher`s eyes, running away, trying to read teacher`s mind and ignoring. In these four interaction, when providing the adaptation and compromise appropriately during the class, it showed the interaction in the positive atmosphere, but when often appearing the enforcement and refusal feeling, it showed the negative interaction pattern.

        레스토랑 디자인에 나타난 문화적 정체성 표현특성과 영향인자에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study were to examine the characteristics of elements composing the cultural identity of Chinese architectural and spatial design, and to analyze the expression characteristics and influencing factors of contemporary restaurant design. With these purposes, first, this study reviewed related literature in order to find the characteristics of tangible elements and space expression characteristics forming the cultural identity of China. Second, this study conducted a case study in order to understand the expression characteristics of the design of Chinese restaurants in Shanghai and to find factors influencing the design. In order to sample the subjects of the case study, the researcher selected 18 restaurants that were recommended repeatedly in books on Chinese restaurants and tourism and major internet sites or highly evaluated by visitors, and then choose 15 of them that were found to be fit for the purpose of the survey. According to the result of the survey, the restaurants were largely grouped by type into 10 cases of fine dining, 3 of middle class casual dining, 1 of fast food, and 1 of luxury tea house serving traditional tea and snacks. Of these restaurants. 46.7% (7 cases) were of CM-CM-CM type, namely, using contemporary simple elements in all of external spaces, indoor spaces, and decorations, 20% (3 cases) were of CM-CM-CT types, using contemporary and simple external and indoor spaces, and traditional furniture or articles, 20% (3 cases) were of CT-CM-CT type, using traditional external spaces such as traditional building, contemporary simple finishing of indoor spaces, and traditional articles such as palace lanterns and traditional doors and windows, and 13.3% (2 cases) were of CT-CT-CT type, using traditional elements in their original forms in general. Through this research and survey, cultural identity showing Chinese traditions observed in the expression characteristics of restaurant spatial designs was confirmed, and it was also found that the identity was underlain by ideologies, lifestyles, etc. that had long accumulated through the long history of the country and exerted a great influence.

        화장품 중 유용성감초추출물의 유통기한 예측을 위한 가속수명 시험연구

        유용성감초추출물(oil soluble licorice extract)은 미백에 효능이 있는 원료로서, 미백 효과가 최적으로 유지되는 유통기한을 알아야 할 필요가 있다. 실온 상태에서의 화장품 유통기한을 측정하는 것이 제품의 개발 기간에 비해 상대적으로 길기 때문에 가혹 조건하에서의 성분 변화 실험을 통해 실제 유통기한을 예측하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유용성감초추출물의 수명과 가속 온도 스트레스와의 관계를 아레니우스식에 의해 분석하였다. 가속 온도 스트레스 설정 시 화장품 제형이 변하지 않는 온도 범위 내인 50, 55 및 60 ℃로 설정하였고, 이 구간 내에서 일정 스트레스 부과 방식을 설정하여 실험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 화장품 중 유용성감초추출물의 수명은 초기함량의 10 %가 감소되는 시간으로 정의하였으며, 각 온도에서의 유용성감초추출물의 수명은 50 ℃에서 580 h, 55 ℃에서 319 h, 60 ℃에서 166 h로 측정되었다. 실험 결과값을 아레니우스 모델에 적용하여 유용성감초추출물의 수명과 온도 사이의 수명 관계식[log(수명) = - 35.0243 + 1.15322 × (11604.83/온도)]을 도출하였고, 이 식에 의해 25 ℃에서 유용성감초추출물의 수명은 26 개월로 예측할 수 있었다. 예측 결과는 유용성감초추출물을 실온에서 측정한 결과로 검증하였으며 95 % 신뢰수준에서 수명 예측값과 실제값은 유의하지 않았다. 이 연구 방법은 주름 및 미백개선용 기능성 화장품들의 유통기한을 빠르고 정확하게 예측하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. Oil soluble licorice extract (licorice extract) is an officially approved cosmetic component as a whitening ingredient in Korea. The durability of licorice, during which the whitening effect can be maintained in optimum condition, must be accurately defined. Since the cosmetics durability under real condition is relatively longer than its development time. It is needed to predict the real durability interval from the experimental measurement under simulated operating conditions. We analyzed the relationship between the licorice lifetime and the high temperature condition by using Arrhenius equation. We have established the constant stress test with temperature of 50 ℃, 55 ℃, and 60 ℃ condition, within which no formulation change of licorice products is expected for the accelerated stress test. In this paper, the lifetime of licorice in cosmetics was defined as time period for its 10 % contents reduction. We observed that the lifetime of licorice is 580 h at 50 ℃, 319 h at 55 ℃ and 166 h at 60 ℃. Using the above experimental data, we obtained the equation for the relationship between the licorice lifetime and temperature as follows; log (lifetime)= - 35.0243 + 1.15322 × (11604.83/temperature). From this equation, the lifetime of licorice at 25 ℃ can be estimated as 26 months. The estimated result was verified by measuring full lifetime of licorice. In fact, there was no significant difference between the estimated lifetime and real measurement within 95 % significance level. This study can be applied to other useful cosmetic components for the fast estimation of the exact durability.

        부부 댄스스포츠 참가자의 참여동기와 부부친밀감 및 참여만족의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among the motivation of participation, marital intimacy and participation satisfaction of husband and wife dance sports participants. For accomplishing this purpose of the study, the 182 subject were selected by the systematic stratified cluster random sampling method from the husband and wife of dance sports participants in Seoul. And answered the given questionnaires by self-administration method. The tool on motivation of participation used the questionnaires scales which developed by Jung(1997) and the measuring tool in marital intimacy used the questionnaire on marital intimacy by Lee(1998) was the questionnaire modified. The tool on participation satisfaction used the questionnaires scales which used by Kim(1996), Park(1996), Lee(1992), and Min(1992). To analysis the data collected for this study, using the SPSS/PC+ 15.0 version program, statistical methods utilized for testing the hypotheses were Cronbach`s α, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and standard multiple regression analysis and Amos 5.0 version statistical package. From the analysis of this study, the following conclusions were obtained: Firstly, the motivation of participation partially influence on the marital intimacy of husband and wife dance sports participants. Secondly, the motivation of participation partially influence on participation satisfaction of husband and wife dance sports participants. Thirdly, the marital intimacy partially influence on participation satisfaction of husband and wife dance sports participants. Fourth, there exist causal relationships among the motivation of participation, marital intimacy and participation satisfaction of husband and wife dance sports participants. This causal model fits well with empirical data.

        푸드 편집숍 컨셉의 셀렉다이닝 특성에 관한 연구

        Select dining of a new restaurant concept that appeared as an alternative to the global food service market, emerged at the time when differentiated competitiveness of restaurants is required for consumers due to the rapid inflow of information through various media and the entry of global food service enterprises into the market. This study theoretically reviewed and summarized the concept of food curation shop and select dining through media and the literature research, and based on it, this study attempted to analyze the characteristics and types of select dining through an actual case study. The results of the study are as follows. All select dinings in the survey were located in the downtown office market and were targeted at young employees in their 20s and 30s. The types of select dinings were divided into a single type, a separate type, and a combination type depending on the characteristics of the store establishment, order and payment system, space configuration, and service operation mode. As the space plan of select dining was based on the customer"s journey including access space, dining space, order and payment space, and cooking space, etc., and was targeted at young employees, the space design was modern and vintage and was produced in a luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere. Service and operation types were selected according to the types of self service and table service. In the future, it should be planned not with the evolved form of food court, but with menu items and designs for the differentiated concept and theme. Also, it should be reborn as a complex food service culture space to attract visitors to a variety of destinations. Also, it is advantageous to attract customers, so it solves vacancies of office buildings and raises the value of buildings, and at the same time, it helps to activate the commercial street of office street where the floating population of the weekend is small, but as shown in the complex commercial shopping mall area, it is necessary to establish a linkage strategy not only for malling inside the building, but also for coexistence with neighboring areas.

        현대 베트남 대중 레스토랑에 나타난 전통적 표현특성에 관한 연구

        The Purpose of this study was to investigate that to see how their traditional characteristics were reflected and expressed in Hanoi vietnamese contemporary public restaurants. For this, We visited Hanoi twice to have on site research in August 2012 and 2013. According to the results of surveying Vietnamese public restaurants, all of the 12 cases had humane characteristics reflecting Vietnam traditional culture, showing Vietnamese unique traditional characteristics including intangible elements such as natural environment, life culture elements such as food culture, and formative aesthetic elements using indigenous ornaments. Different from luxury restaurants that had trade names on the theme of historical stories related to people or places and expressed various concepts formatively using photographs of Vietnamese politics and history or places and expressed various concepts formatively using photographs of Vietnamese politics and history and ornamental elements such as tableware, however, the public restaurants were simple in theme or concept. It is probably because most of the surveyed cases were situated in the old quarter to the north of the Hoan Kiem Lake and in the area to the west of the lake and their target customers were local people, so they reflected the Vietnamese traditional residence style and common people’s life rather than designing the restaurants intentionally with specific concepts. As to the spatial expression characteristics of the surveyed cases, casual restaurants in Hanoi expressed only basic structure using basic construction materials and techniques with outdoor spaces in the form of Vietnam traditional tube house, and therefore, the overall atmosphere was contemporary. In indoor spaces as well, the general level was low, using uncharacteristic common design and color and cheap finishing materials and furniture. 83% of all cases showed the pattern of VM-VM-VT, being mainly contemporary by partially adopting Vietnamese unique ornamental elements for their outdoor and indoor spaces and using traditional elements supplementarily.

      • 언어 지연 아동의 감각처리 능력에 대한 연구

        연구목적 언어발달 지연이 있는 일반아동들의 감각처리 수준을 알아보고 이들에게 나타나는 특징을 살펴보고자 하였으며, 언어지연의 정도와 감각처리 능력의 상관성에 대해 알아보고 이것을 치료에 적용할 수 있는 기초를 마련하고자 하였다. 연구방법 언어치료를 받고 있는 만 6세-11세 아동 61명을 대상으로 언어지연과 감각처리과정의 관계를 파악하기 위해 아동의 성별, 연령, 조산 여부와 같은 일반적 특성에 대해 조사하였다. 작업치료사는 감각프로파일 평가를 실시하였으며, 언어치료사는 어휘력 평가를 실시하고 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 언어지연 아동의 감각프로파일을 분석한 결과 감각처리능력과 언어 어휘력의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 표현언어와 다감각처리능력, 활동수준에 영향을 주는 움직임 조절능력 항목에서 상관관계가 나타났으며. 수용언어는 정서반응에 영향을 주는 감각입력 조절과 시각입력 조절 능력에서 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 감각처리 요소와 어휘력간의 상관관계 조사에서는 표현언어는 부주의/산만함 항목과 유의하게 관계가 있으며, 수용언어는 감각추구 항목과 상관관계가 나타났다. 결론 언어 발달 지연 아동과 감각통합 능력이 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 언어 지연 아동의 언어수준과 관련이 있는 감각영역과 감각요인을 파악하여 문제항목에 대한 중재전략과 계획을 설정하는 데 도움이 되리라 생각된다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to sensory processing level of a typical children there is a delay in language development, and let`s take a look at the features that appear in these persons, Learn more about the correlation between the degree of language delays and sensory processing abilities. Methods : The subjects of this research were 61 children aged between 6 to 11 years old. By using a questionnaire it was examined for the general characteristics of the child, Occupational therapists who are responsible for sensory integration therapy Sensory profile evaluation was carried out. In addition, a speech therapist that children are receiving treatment, using the relationship between the area as an analytical material. Results : The results of this study are SP section analysis of the language area vocabulary scores and correlation, the raw score was found to be expressed in the sub-region of Multisensory Processing, Modulation of Movement Affecting Activity level differ significantly and two different items of sensory profile, the raw score accommodate sensory profile of the sub-region in the Sensory input Affecting Emotional Responses, Visual input Affecting Emotional Responses and Activity level 2 different items and the significant differences that appeared to be. SP factor analysis results of region and language vocabulary scores and correlation, the raw score expression showed a significant difference in the sub-region of Inattention Distractibility entry in the sense of the profile, : the raw score accommodate other items except Sensory seeking item in the sub region of the sensory profile was found not greatly significant. Conclusion : In the future to study the properties of the sensory profile according to a language problem set the basic guidelines for sensory integration therapeutic approach for many children with language problems, it will have to be applied in the treatment.
