The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the physical environment and mental health of the adolescents in urban and rural areas. This study was performed using the questionnaire survey method. The research subjects were high school students in Seoul and Jeollabuk-do rural areas. The questionnaire inquired about the housing, neighborhood, and school environments, and these contents were depended on previous studies. The survey was conducted from August 27 to September 6, 2013, and 446 data were collected. They were analyzed with the SPSS 12.0 program. The main results are as follows. 1) The urban adolescents evaluated physical environment to be better than rural adolescents. Specifically, the urban adolescents evaluated 'facility/accommodation', 'security/health', 'amenity' of the housing environment, 'disorder', 'comfortability', 'nature awareness' of the neighborhood environment, and 'noise', 'overcrowding', and 'security' of the school environment to be higher. 2) The urban adolescents' self-esteem was significantly higher than rural ones. 3) The physical environment factors, which had effects on adolescents' mental health, are different depending on the areas, and so adolescents' physical environment would be designed by the local environment conditions.

Nineteen (50%) patients with high SCOPA-AUT scores above median value (12.5) were assigned into the PD-HSAS group and others were assigned to the PD-LSAS group. Compared with the PD-LSAS group, the PD-HSAS group exhibited slower gait, shorter stride, decreased cadence, increased double support phase, decreased swing phase, and increased variability in swing time. Total SCOPA-AUT score showed significantly positive correlations with gait variability and instability but a negative correlation with gait hypokinesia. In subdomain analysis, urinary dysautonomia was highly associated with impairment of gait dynamics. All significant results were found to be more remarkable in backward gait than in forward gait.

This study was performed to investigate the effect of low power laser irradiation on epidermal growth factor(EGF) expression in the burned skin of the rats. Burns of about 3cm in diameter were created with 75'c water on the back of the rats, and the lesion of experimental group were irradiated on days 1, 2, and 3 postwounding. Control tensions were not irradiated. After burns, low power laser irradiation was applied by using 1000Hz, 830nm GaAlAs (Gallium-aluminum- arsenide) semiconductor diode laser. The expression of epidermal growth factor evaluated immunohistochemistry on mouse anti-EGF. The results of this study were as follows 1. In expression of EGF, the lesion of experimental group made EGF to more induce significantly than control tensions. 2. EGF immunoreactivity in burned skin were increased markedly 3 days after burns, and increased gradually from 1 day to 2 days in burns which is laser irradiation These data suggest that low power laser have wound healing effect in the burned skin of the rats.
신생흰쥐의 알콜성 뇌손상 후 환경강화가 BDNF 발현 및 운동수행력에 미치는 영향

Alcohol exposure during development leads to significant long-term neurobehavior dysfunction and central nervous system alteration. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of enriched enviroment in developmental period through motor behavior test and expression of BDNF. Neonatal rat exposed to alcohol on postnatal days 4 through 10 were studied. Female Sprague-Dawley pups were assigned to two groups. Experimental group(EG) via 4.5 g kg-1day-1 of ethanol was housed in enriched enviornment for 9 weeks. The main result of this study were as follows: 1. There was significant difference in the mean of weight change between control and experimental group. 2. In motor behavior test, there was significant difference in the mean of weight change between control and experimental group. 3. Regarding the immunoreactivity of BDNF were higher appeared experimental group than control group. In conclusion, the present results reveals that enriched enviroment in developmental period is to be extremely useful in neuronal reprganization and motor behavior improvement after alcohol exposure.

In this paper, we analyzed the navigation error of TERCOM (TErrain COntour Matching), which is TRN (Terram Referenced Navigation) batch processing, caused by scale factor error of radar altimeter and proved the possibility of false position fix when we use the TERCOM’s feature matching algorithm. Based on these, we proposed the new TRN batch processing algorithm using the slope measurements of terrain. The proposed technique measures on periodic changes in the slope of the terrain elevation profile, and these measurements are used in the feature matching algorithm. By using the slope of terrain data, the impact of scale factor errors can be compensated. By simulation, we verified improved outcome using this approach compared to the result using the conventional method.

우리는 단일 모션 클립에서 매개 변수화된 모션 집단을 학습하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제시한다. 각 동작은 심층정책 네트워크로 표현되며, 연속적인 동작 공간을 탐색하여 사용자 입력 및 환경 상호 작용에 대응하여 물리 시뮬레이션 상에서 모션을 생성한다. 모션 매개 변수화와 동작 추적의 동시 학습은 학습된 모터 기술의 성능과 시각적 품질을 크게 향상시킨다. 우리는 매우 역동적인 동작들을 작업 목표, 신체 비율, 물리적 수치 및 환경 조건에 대해 매개 변수화하여서 알고리즘의 유연성을 입증했다.
헤드라인의 선정성과 기만성이 뉴스 이용의도에 미치는 효과

이 연구는 일명 ‘낚시기사’로 불리는 클릭베이트 뉴스(clickbait news)의 헤드라인을 이용자를 자극하는 선정성과 이용자를 속이는 기만성으로 개념화하고, 헤드라인 선정성과 기만성이 뉴스에 대한 태도(뉴스 품질 평가, 정서)에 미치는 효과와 선정성과 기만성이 뉴스에 대한 태도를 매개로 클릭베이트 뉴스의 이용의도에 미치는 효과를 규명했다. 이를 위해 뉴스 이용자 512명을 대상으로 온라인 실험 및 설문을 진행했다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 클릭베이트 헤드라인은 뉴스 품질 평가에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 뉴스 이용자는 헤드라인의 선정성과 기만성으로 인해 정확성, 진실성, 정보성 등의 뉴스 품질을 부정적으로 평가했다. 선정적, 기만적, 선정적이면서 기만적인 헤드라인에 노출된 뉴스 이용자는 본문을 요약·전달하는 헤드라인에 노출된 이용자와 달리 동일한 본문을 읽은 뒤 짜증과 실망, 허무함 같은 부정적 감정을 강하게 느꼈다. 둘째, 헤드라인 선정성과 기만성은 뉴스 품질을 매개로 클릭베이트 헤드라인 뉴스의 이용의도에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인됐다. 이러한 결과는 언론이 이용자 유도를 목적으로 헤드라인을 제작하고, 이용자가 헤드라인에 이끌려 뉴스를 선택하지만 결과적으로 헤드라인으로 인해 클릭베이트 뉴스를 다시 이용하고 싶지 않다는 사실을 보여준다. This study, based on online experiments, examines the effects of sensational and deceptive headlines on users’ perceptions of news quality, news-induced emotions, and intentions to use news further. This study examines how the quality of the same news stories is perceived differently and how the emotions induced by the news stories vary depending on sensationalism and deceptiveness of the headlines. This study seeks to prove that exposure to either sensational or deceptive headlines, so-called ‘clickbait’ headlines, has a negative effect on using further clickbait headline news stories. The results are as follows: 1) Compared with control groups exposed to headlines neutrally summarizing the news stories, the participants under the conditions of sensational headlines, deceptive headlines, and both sensational and deceptive headlines assessed the qualities of news more negatively and felt more negative emotions such as irritation, disappointment and futility after reading the same news stories. 2) The mediation effect was confirmed only with perceptions of the news quality. Assessments of the news quality negatively contributed to the intentions of using clickbait headline news further.
