        다문화가족 청소년의 개인적, 심리적, 건강행위와 주관적 건강상태

        Purpose: This study investigated general, psychological, and health-related factors related to subjective health status reported from adolescents in multicultural families. Methods: Data from the seventh Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (2001), collected by the Korean Center for Disease Control, was statistically analyzed using the t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and multiple regression analysis. Results: The average points reported for subjective health status was 3.73 SD=0.87)out of 5 points. A major factor accounting for differences in the subjective health status reported was gender. In addition key differences related to psychological and health-related factors were cognition of stress, satisfaction with sleep amount, and moderate physical exercise. Conclusion: The findings suggest that tailored intervention programs should be provided to prevent adolescent problems in multicultural families. We also recommend the development of a program that can help control the variables identified in this study.

        근대 보건간호의 역사적 고찰

        본 연구는 지역사회보건사업의 한 영역인 보건간호의 근대 역사를 6개 시기로 구분하여 고찰하고 보건간호가 나아갈 방향에 대해 제안하였다. 태동기는 1908년부터 시작되었으며 선교사에 의해 보건간호가 시작되었으나 귀국 조치되면서 위축되었다. 기반형성기는 대한민국정부 수립 후 중앙정부조직과 보건관련 법령을 체계화한 시기로 1956년 보건소법 제정으로 보건소의 법적 근거를 확보하였다. 기반조성기에 정부는 가족계획사업을 정책사업으로 수행하였고 기생충질환예방법, 결핵예방법, 모자보건법 등이 제정되면서 보건소 사업이 증가하였다. 의료법 개정으로 업무분야별 간호사 자격이 인정되어 보건간호분야 간호사가 인정되었으며 조산원이 읍면동에 배치되어 임부의 분만·출산을 돕는 등 보건간호가 활성화되었다. 분야별 정비기에는 보건소 건강증진사업이 새롭게 영입되고 정신보건센터가 전국적으로 설치되면서 국민건강의 분야별 사업이 정비되었다. 또한 지역보건의료계획을 작성하게 되어 지역주민들의 요구를 반영한 사업을 할 수 있게 되었으며 정부는 국민건강증진종합계획을 설정하여 이를 보건의료 사업의 목적으로 삼았다. 보건소 기능확대기에는 건강형평성 확보를 위해 전국 차원의 맞춤형 방문건강관리사업을 실시하였고 도시보건지소와 건강생활지원센터를 설립하여 주민들에게 접근성을 높인 일차보건의료서비스를 제공하였다. 앞으로 보건간호는 우리나라 보건의료전달체계의 특성에 알맞은 보건간호체계의 구상과 설계, 간호 인력에 대한 동기부여, 역할개발과 훈련, 새로운 보건체계와 보건간호서비스에 대한 종합적 평가 등을 통해 발전해 나가야 할 것이다. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the modern history of public health(PH) and suggest a way forward for PH nursing(PHN). Methods: This paper is a review article that derives results from literature review. Results: In the period of beginning (up to 1944), PHN began as the PH Department was created in the Hygiene Bureau in 1908 and tasks about nurses were legislated. PHN was limited to infectious disease tasks and performed mostly by missionaries. In the period of foundation formation (1945 to 1961), the Republic of Korea was founded, and PH policies and tasks were defined with the establishment of the central government organization and the applicable laws. In the period of foundation establishment (1962 to 1979), the Regional PH Act was amended, and as a result, PH Centers(PHCs) spread across the country. In the period of foundation expansion (1980 to 1994), the PH referral system of PHCs, PH Units, and Primary Health Care Post was established. In the period of organization in each area (1995 to 2005), PH programs reflecting changes in disease structure and public needs for the quality of life. A regional health care plan was launched. In the period of funtion expansion (2006 to present day), Centers for support health living were established. Conclusions: In the future, PH nurses need to have a macroscopic perspective that views PH through the overall PH system, and to expand from the existing healthcare concept to the national and global healthcare one.

        입원 환아 어머니의 가정간호 요구도 조사

        The subjects of the study were the 120 mothers who had children hospitalized in 6 hospitals in P city during the period from Feb. 1. to May 30. 1996. The purpose of the study are(1) the problems encountered when they carried out Home Care after discharge and (2) the degrees of demand that they had against Home Care Services. In order to investigate the purposes above-mentioned the researchers used the 55 items of Home Care services belonging to 10 areas selected by Korea Home-Care Association in 1994. The items were modified and supplemented to 4-point scale. The selected data were analyzed by SPSS : PC+ and the following results were derived. 1. The subjects payed great attention to 5 items such as 'pain control, OPD visits, diet-control problems' among the 15 sources of anxiety that they had against Home Care services after discharge. Especially, 'OPD visits and knowledge deficit' would to be overcome by the nursing activities of the Home Care Nurses. 2. The acknowledge level of the subjects to the Home Care Project that governmental plans to carry out was surveyed and found as under 50. 0% responded they heard about Home Care Nursing System. 60.8% said that they thought the system was 'very necessary' and 'somewhat necessary'. 65.0% said they would like to use the system. However, the acknowledge level of 50.0% is still low and is thought to need further national promotion and propagation. 3. The demand of the subjects against 55 Home Care Services was investigated and found as <Table 11>. 'Assessment, Lab, basic nursing technology, relay ' transfer, training ' education and curative nursing' showed comparatively high scores. However, the items belonging to pediatric Home Care Services such as 'umbilical cord care, breast-feeding, infant care, and post-partum care & loan of breast-pump' showed relatively low scores.

        에듀테인먼트기반 학습에 따른 효과분석

        본 연구는 효과적인 팀티칭 기반 학습을 통해 수업의 만족도를 향상시키고자, 간호학생들을 대상으로 팀티칭 기반 학습을 운영하고 그 효과를 검정하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 3학년 간호학과 학생을 대상으로 간호조직 관련 내용으로 주 1회 2시간씩 총6시간의 팀 티칭기반 학습을 적용한 후 학습태도, 학업적 자기효능감, 학습동기 조절전략, 수업만족도의 영향요인을 파악한 서술적 조사이다. 연구진행을 위해서 TBL 수업은 선행학습, 준비도 학습단계, 개념적 문제해결 단계의 단계에 따라서 진행하고 그룹간 토의 단계를 거쳐서 진행되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 팀티칭기반 학습을 통하여 간호학생들의 수업만족도에 가장 영향을 미치는 변수는 학습태도(β=.35)였으며, 그 다음으로 학업적 자기효능감(β=.24), 학습동기조절전략(β=.21)순으로 나타났다. 이상의 본 연구결과를 통하여 팀티칭기반 학습은 학생들의 주도적인 학습태도와 학업적 자기효능감을 긍정적으로 향상시키는데 효과적인 학습방법으로 사료된다. 추후에는 학생중심의 학습유형과 개인특성을 고려하여 팀티칭기반의 학습을 운영할 수 있는 경쟁력 있는 교수학습법으로 근거기반의 후속연구가 필요함을 제안한다. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of effects on team-based learning (TBL) program in nursing students. The study population were 287 nursing student in college of Nursing in Seoul. The study tool was a structured questionnaire on attitude, academic self-efficacy, learning motivational regulation strategies, learning satisfaction. The data were collected from April 15 to June 26, 2015, and analyzed by Cronbach"s alpha, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson"s correlation coefficient and multiple regression by using the SPSS/PC+ 21.0 program. The major findings of this study were as follows: a significant positive correlation between attitude and academic self-efficacy(r=.164 p=.000) and learning motivational regulation strategies(r=.370, p=.000) was perceived. Significant factors influencing learning Satisfaction were attitude, academic self-efficacy and learning motivational regulation strategies were perceived. Significant factors influencing learning Satisfaction explained 41.12% of nursing student. This study suggested that we should develop TBL programs as edu-contents to increase the learning satisfaction of nursing student. In conclusion, TBL programs is a useful teaching and learning method on nursing students. We suggest that it is needed to measure the educational effects of TBL against other teaching methods in the future studies.

        국민건강영양조사 제4기 계획

          The general aim of Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) was to assess the health and nutritional status in the Korean population. The KNHANES began in 1998 and has been conducting as a series of surveys: 1998(1st), 2001(2nd), 2005(3rd) and 2007-2009(4th). Specific aims were, in a cross-sectional study of nationally representative samples of the noninstitutionalized civilian Korean population aged > 1 year (4,600 households each year), to monitor trends the prevalence, awareness, treatment and control of selected chronic diseases, monitor trends in nutritional status and risk behaviors, and analyze risk factors for chronic diseases. For these purposes, with standardized high-quality methods, extensive data on health and nutrition are collected by health interview, health examination (physical examination, clinical measurements and tests) and dietary interview. In 2007, the 4th KNHANES became a continuous annual survey by highly trained field staff. In addition, the 4th KNHANES expanded examination components (addition of oral examination, pulmonary function test and laboratory test items such as ferritin, vitamin D, insulin, manganese, and arsenic), simplified survey procedure, and strengthened quality control. Further works will be focused on the selection of new examination and interview components, planning of KNHANES follow-up survey, continuous training of field staff and quality control, and improvement of dietary survey method.
