In this paper, authors propose a new buck-boost converter of discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) added electric isolation. The proposed converter with DCM eliminates the complicated circuit control requirement and reduces the size of components. The general converters of high efficiency are made that the power loss of the used switching devices is minimized. To achieve the soft switching operation of the used control switches, the proposed converter uses a lossless snubber capacitor. The proposed converter achieves the soft-switching for all switching devices without increasing their voltage and current stresses. The result is that the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of converter is high. The soft switching operation of the proposed converter is verified by digital simulation and experimental results.

In this paper, voltage-fed high frequency resonant inverter of instantaneous current phaser control method used to DC voltage source separated is proposed. In the output control method, a novel circuit type of phase shift driving signal method with CVCF illustrated, also the operation principle of the proposed circuit is described in detail and its characteristics are presented as to normalized parameters. According to the each mode, in order to the circuit analysis and characteristic evaluation of the state equation are derives and present used to normalized parameter In the future, this proposed inverter show that it can be practically used as power source system for the lighting equipment of discharge lamp, DC-DC converter etc.
디젤기관 대체연료 미강유의 분사율 및 배기 배출물 특성

In order to investigate the effect of heated temperature on fuel injection rate for fuels such as light oil, blend of rice bran oil and light oil, and pure rice bran oil as a parameter of injection pump rack stroke, tests are performed by an injection pump tester at three kinds of cam shaft speed. In this study, also, the effects of rice bran oil properties on the fuel economy and exhaust emissions are experimentally examined by a single cylinder, four cycle, direct injection, water-cooled diesel engine operating at several engine loads and speeds. The fuel injection timing is fixed to 22° BTDC regardless of fuel types, engine loads and speeds. The kinematic viscosity of rice bran oil is very high compared with light oil. Also, the oxygen is not contained at all in light oil, while the oxygen contents of 10.7% are included in rice bran oil. In this study, results show that fuel injection rate increases as injection pump rack stroke and cam shaft speed are elevated at the same conditions, and as heated temperature is elevated with the exception of light oil. It is also found that brake specific fuel consumption rate and NOx emissions increase, while soot emissions decrease as the blending rate of rice bran oil is enriched. Thus we can conclude that the combustion process which affect the fuel economy and exhaust emissions of diesel engines using rice bran oil as a fuel is controlled by the differences of chemical and physical properties.

This paper is study on a high efficiency DC-DC converter of discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) added electric isolation. The converters of high efficiency are generally made that the power losses of the used semiconductor switching devices is minimized. To achieve high efficiency system, the proposed converter is constructed by using a quasi resonant circuit. The control switches using in the converter are operated with soft switching by quasi resonant method. The control switches are operated without increasing their voltage and current stresses by the soft switching technology. The result is that the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of the system is high. The proposed converter is also added electric isolation which is used a pulse transformer. When the power conversion system is required electric isolation, the proposed converter is adopted with the converter system development of high efficiency. The soft switching operation and the system efficiency of the proposed converter are verified by digital simulation and experimental results.

In this paper, we propose a intelligent controller design method for the water level control of the power plant drum in the form of nonminimum phase system. The proposed method is based on T. Takagi and M. Sugeno"s fuzzy model. And we illustrate the improved characteristics as the simulation results, comparing with the conventional the PID and LQ controller design method.
