A novel single-stage half-bridge high frequency resonant inverter using ZVS(Zero voltage Switching)with high input power factor suitable for induction heating applications is presented in this paper. The proposed high frequency resonant inverter integrates half-bridge boost rectifier as power factor corrector(PFC)and half-bridge resonant inverter into a single stage. The input stage of the half-bridge boost rectifier is working in discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) with constant duty cycle and variable switching frequency. Simulation results through the Pspice have demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed inverter This proposed inverter will be able to be practically used as a power supply in various fieleds as induction heating applications, DC-DC converter etc.

In this paper, the vibration characteristics of a 2-phase Hybrid type Linear Stepping Motor(HLSM) are analyzed using the ACSL, A magnetic equivalent circuit is based on the structure of the HLSM, and then the electric equivalent circuit of the HLSM is derived by solving equations for the magnetic equivalent circuit A normal force is calculated using FEM(Flux2D). And the vibration characteristics of the HLSM are simulated by the ACSL with the voltage equations, the thrust equation, the normal force equation and the kinetic equation.

This paper presents a PM type BLDC (Brushless DC) Motor servo drive system using high performance DSP TMS320F2812. The DSP controller with 150MIPS enables an enhanced real time implementation and increased efficiency and high performance for motor drive. The suggested drive system consists of PI action for the constant speed control and PID action for the current control with only 3 Halls, no encoders. The developed servo drive control system shows a good response speed characteristics at high speed up to 10000 [rpm].

In this paper, we propose a intelligent controller design method for the water level control of the power plant drum in the form of nonminimum phase system. The proposed method is based on T. Takagi and M. Sugeno"s fuzzy model. And we illustrate the improved characteristics as the simulation results, comparing with the conventional the PID and LQ controller design method.

This paper is study on a high efficiency DC-DC converter of discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) added electric isolation. The converters of high efficiency are generally made that the power losses of the used semiconductor switching devices is minimized. To achieve high efficiency system, the proposed converter is constructed by using a quasi resonant circuit. The control switches using in the converter are operated with soft switching by quasi resonant method. The control switches are operated without increasing their voltage and current stresses by the soft switching technology. The result is that the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of the system is high. The proposed converter is also added electric isolation which is used a pulse transformer. When the power conversion system is required electric isolation, the proposed converter is adopted with the converter system development of high efficiency. The soft switching operation and the system efficiency of the proposed converter are verified by digital simulation and experimental results.
