Nowadays, ozone is mainly utilized for water treatment and home equipments. Although the demand for ozone is increasing, the ozone yield of silent discharge type ozonizer is low. Therefore, it is expected to improve the energy efficiency and ozone yield of an ozonizer. In this paper, a new ozone generation system is proposed. The 60[Hz] three-phase voltage is applied to three-phase superposed discharge type ozonizer(3PSDO) which has three electrodes(central, internal and external electrodes). There is no discharge pause time when three-phase voltage is applied due to 120-degree phase difference of applied voltage. The synergy effect of the three-phase superposed discharge type ozonizer is investigated by comparing with the three sort of single-phase discharge type ozonizer(1PDO). So, three-phase superposed discharge type ozonizer is able to obtain high ozone yield, and optimize discharge space, because this can increase the discharge power at low applied voltage.

Laser applied combustion diagnostic techniques-laser induced fluorescence (LIF) and coherent anti-Stokes Ramann spectroscopy (CARS)-are demonstrated. The profiles of hydroxyl radical (OH) and temperature in the counterflow burner are measured and compared with the numerical results. OH radical is excited on the Q$_1$(6) line of the $A^2$$\sum^+$$\leftarrow$$X^2{\prod}$(1, 0) band transition (281.1 nm) and LIF signal is measured at the the bands of (0, 0) and (1, 1) transition (306~326 nm). Absolute OH radical is obtained by using the laser absorption technique. The quenching effects are considered. Temperature is measured using broadband CARS system. Two dimensional OH radical profile is also obtained. The profiles of OH radical and temperature are found to agree well with those of numerical calculation.

The effect of equivalence ratio and velocity on the stability of flame in dump combustor was studied in an atmospheric pressure, laboratory scathe dump combustor operating natural gas. Traditionally, peak-to-peak pressure, fluctuation of the heat release rate and Rayleigh index were used to find and control the combustion instability. Cross correlation coefficients, Ci,j which is defined as the normalized value of the integration of the product of two of the mixer pressure, dump plane pressure and heat release rate, are introduced to see whether the flame is stable or not. Ci,j shows more sensitive to combustion status than Rayleigh index in steadily burning flame. Also, the result indicates that the amplitude of Ci,j between heat release and mixer pressure goes up before the flame at the rich de-stabilizing equivalence ratio near $\psi$=0.85. t means Ci:j at this case has a potential to detect the de-stablizing moment in prior to becoming unstable in dump combustor.

Characteristics of the lifted flame which is generated by issuing of the fuel through the miniature nozzle, d = 0.164 mm, are studied using the planar laser induced fluorescence technique. OH radical is excited on the $Q_{1}$(8) line of the $A^{2}$.SIGMA.$^{+.leq.X2}$ .PI.(1, 0) band transition (283.55 nm) and LIF signals are captured at the bands of (0, 0) and (1, 1) transition (306 ~ 326 nm) using the filters and ICCD camera. Hydroxyl radical (OH) profile for nozzle attached flame shows that OH radical populations at the flame sides and flame tip are larger than those at the base. But for the lifted flame (tribrachial flame) case, those are larger at the flame base than at the flame tip and flame sides. The OH radical is more dense near the center line of flame base at the blowing out. This fact proves the Chung and Lee's blowout theory-blowout occurs when the flame is anchored at the flame axis. axis.
과농-희박연료가 교차로 공급되는 상호작용 화염의 화염날림에 관한 연구

It has been reported that partially premixed interacting flame could be sustained till sonic exit velocities if eight small nozzles are arranged optimally and one nozzle on the center is fed small amount of fuel. But the equivalence ratios in this experiments were 20-60. In this research, experiments were conducted to know the effects of lean-rich staging in multiple jet flames on the blowout velocity. The fuel mole fractions in the fuel-air mixture, the nozzle exit velocity and the diameter between adjacent nozzles were alternatively changed. When the lower mole fraction fuel was fed to the nozzles located near the center and small amount of fuel to the center nozzle, flame was not extinguished even at the nozzle exit velocity of 200m/s. Also the interacting flame could be sustained till that velocity when four small size nozzles for lean mixture were located within the arrangement of four nozzles for rich mixture and configured optimally.

After the war, the South Korean government put the construction of a fertilizer plant at its top priority. The reason is that even though Korea is an agricultural country, it does not have a fertilizer factory and therefore imports fertilizer entirely. If U.S. fertilizer aid is suspended in the future, Korea will have to spend a huge amount of foreign currency to import fertilizer. This was bound to worsen Korea's international balance of payments. The South Korean government also had plans to achieve an increase in rice production through the construction of a fertilizer plant and export rice. Thus, the construction of fertilizer plants was a business that could contribute to both import substitution and export growth. The South Korean government's plan to build a fertilizer plant was not a top priority on boosting farmers' economies. FOA raised the possibility that fertilizer to be produced in Korea is expensive. However, the Korean government has indicated that it will endure even if the price of fertilizer production is high. Higher fertilizer production prices forced farmers to naturally increase their economic burden. This shows that the Korean government's fertilizer plant construction was aimed at improving the balance of payments through import substitution and increased agricultural products. And this shows that the construction of fertilizer plants has not deviated from the Korean government's macro-economic policy framework to transfer increased agricultural products through agricultural sacrifice to other industries.

The Election of the Fifth President in 1963 meant that South Korean people elected the President of the Third Republic legally. After The 5·16 coup, Military government which lasted for two years and six months did not obtain state power from the people. Therefore, Military government was an illegal political system, this system was reborn as a legitimate government through The Election of the Fifth President. “Inclination of Cleavages in the city and the village” and “Regionally divided voting phenomenon” were overlapped in the Election of the Fifth President in 1963. The “Regionally divided voting phenomenon” has been estimated the idea argument between Park Chung-hee and Yun bo-sun by researchers. The phenomenon was not only caused by the argument between Park and Yun, but also by the economic concentration on the Yeongnam and Honam regions, the withdrawal of some of the old branches in the Democratic Party(DP) from the Civil Rule Party(CRP), and “The comment of Kim Sa-man in Yeongju city”. The argument between Park and Yun couldn`t affect voters much, because the voters had recognized that both of them were anticommunist. Meanwhile, the phenomenon of “Inclination of Cleavages in the city and the village” means that the election was affected by organizational power, financial resources, and government authority from the ruling party. In spite of this effect, Park won only 150,000 more votes than Yun, which shows that Park was not supported by South Korean people. The result of the election came from social-economic problems, although South Korea had been in worse economic trouble with the Military government. Most of the causes for economic trouble are the failure of diplomatic policy by the Military government, natural disaster, reduced aid of the US.
