        기동표적 추적을 위한 DNA 코딩 기반 지능형 칼만 필터

        기동표적 추적의 문제는 상태추정의 분야에서 수 십 년에 걸쳐 연구되어 왔다. 칼만 필터는 표적의 상태를 추정하기 위해 널리 사용되어 왔으나, 기동이 발생할 경우, 그 성능은 현저히 저하될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고, 기동표적을 효과적으로 추적하기 위해, DNA 코딩에 기반한 지능형 칼만 필터를 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 DNA 코딩에 기반한 퍼지 논리를 이용함으로써, 기존의 기법들이 가지는 수학적 한계를 극복하고, 기동표적을 효과적으로 추적할 수 있다. 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통하여, 제안된 기법의 추적 성능은 적응 상호작용 다중모델 기법 및 유전 알고리즘 기반 지능형 칼만 필터와 비교된다. The problem of maneuvering target tracking has been studied in the field of the state estimation over decades. The Kalman filter has been widely used to estimate the states of the target, but in the presence of a maneuver, its performance may be seriously degraded. In this paper, to solve this problem and track a maneuvering target effectively, DNA coding-based intelligent Kalman filter (DNA coding-based IKF) is proposed. The proposed method can overcome the mathematical limits of conventional methods and can effectively track a maneuvering target with only one filter by using the fuzzy logic based on DNA coding method. The tracking performance of the proposed method is compared with those of the adaptive interacting multiple model (AIMM) method and the GA-based IKF in computer simulations.

        원 간섭기 立省論과 柳淸臣

        In this Article, it was considered that Ryu Choung-Shin"s activity which insist to attach Koryo Kingdom as one of Yuan"s province and to abolish the Koryo Kingdom in the period of Yuan"s Intervention. In the background and development of debate of Yip"sung, we wondered that Ryu"s insistence is a real policy and what is the debate of Yip"sung King Ch"ungsuk reign in 1323. In advance, we examined why was recorded Ryu in a biography of villainous retainer(奸臣傳), History of Koryo(高麗史). Brief is following, Koryo Kingdom House and Political Powers struggled against intervention of Yuan for maintaining of sovereign independence. Yuan imperial execute direct ruling over conquest through stronger subjugate"s policy. But in Koryo"s case, it maintained own"s state as Son-in-law nation(駙馬國) through a marriage for political reasons. Therefore, Koryo"s position in international relations was very peculiar. Pro-Yuan faction utilized these relations. That is to say, Pro-Yuan faction would maintained their"s political powers through persistence of Yip"sung as means of direct rule. Debate of Yip"sung developed in relation with Koryo"s political situation after King Ch"ungryol. First of all, we considered mechanics of politics in King Ch"ungson, King Ch"ungsuk and King of Shenyang. Moreover, it was very high possibility of Power Shift, Because King"s Close associate"s operated political process. Ryu was a very close King"s aide. In relations with Yuan, he efforted to maintain Koryo"s independence although under Yuan"s influence. Therefore we think that Debate of Yip"sung occurred in 1323 was not Ryu"s Political opinion but pro-Yuan faction who persist own"s political power. Ryu was regarded person as professional diplomat who selected by Koryo kingdom house in the period Yuan"s intervention. For the Ch"ungryul, Ch"ungsun, Ch"ungsuk king"s reign, he execute his duty with royalty toward Koryo kingdom house. He was promoted from a petty official to a minister of state getting over low social position as son of Pugok(部曲). And he took an active part as translator-interpreter in post of King Ch"ungson"s aide. But his background of birth and activity was accepted to Koryo Sa"s editor as a dishonorable.

        세종조 『대학』은 어떻게 이해 되었는가

        조선왕조는 진일보한 연구와 고려조로부터 이어받은 유학의 문화유산과 새 왕조의 정치적 판단을 기초하여 시대적 전환 작업을 추진하였다. 유교이념이 가진 기초적인 정치지표는 유교 경전이 상징하는 禮治 구조이며, 대표적 경전은 『예기』이다. 『예기』의 대부분이 의례의 구성과 형식을 내용으로 한 반면 그 중 「中庸」편과 「大學」편은 의례의 형식 내용과는 다르게 예치에서 추구해야 할 도덕 윤리 가치를 공자학파가 지향한 정치철학의 주요 사상임을 강조하고 있는 책이다. 고려에서 조선으로 왕조의 교체기는 불교에서 유교로 정치철학 체계가 함께 변화하게 된다. 이때 「대학」이 정치권에서 주목받았던 것은 당연한 것이었다. 특히 세종연간 조선 정치권에서는 「대학」 연구와 「대학」이 지향한 정치 지도자의 교육에 매진하고 있었음을 연대기에서 볼 수 있다. 또 그들이 추구한 덕목 내용을 본 다면 조선초기 정치철학의 유교수준을 가늠할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 「대학」과 『大學衍義』를 경연에서 자주 읽고 정치지도자들에게 그 의미를 일깨우고 있었다. 『대학』에 대한 조선 정치권의 관심은 현실 정치 현상에서 커다란 변화와 결과를 얻게 된다. 새로운 지배층 구성과 경제구조가 개발되었으며 가장 주목되는 것은 세종의 왕위계승과 이어지는 훈민정음 창제라는 모티브가 만들어졌다는 것이다. The founding of Chosun Dynasty in 1392 meant the switchover of times in our history. As joining with the shift of the East Asian situation and trying out new political changes, the Chosun Dynasty adopt Confucianism as the politic ideology in seeking to stabilization and development of the society. Confucianism had been adopted already in the Corea Dynasty and as well as its basic understanding on the confucian canon(儒敎經典) and the law and manner for a national structure were imitated the Chinese system. The Chosun Dynasty have developed the epochal conversion based on the step-further new research, the cultural heritage of Corean confucianism and the political judgement of the new national system. The Confucian basic political guideline is the manner reign which confucian scriptures emblematized. The representing scripture is the book of Rites (Li ji 禮記). The Book of Rites is collection of 49 texts composed of manner reign of literatures in Xia-Yin-Zhou(夏·殷·周) dynasties by Dai De(戴德) and Dai Sheng(戴聖) in the early Han(漢)Dynasty. While the most of Li ji described the format and composition of rites and ceremony, among them, the Great Learning (Daxue大學) and the Doctirne of the Mean(Zhongyong中庸) emphasized that the ethical virtue is the main political philosophy to be aimed. Entering in Song Dynasty, Daxue and Zhongyong were rasied as the confucian canon with the Analects of Confucius (Lun Yu 論語) and The works of Mencius (Meng Zi 孟子), which contain the ancient Chinese political philosophy. In the change of dynasty from Corea to Chosun, the political ideology system had shifted from Buddhism to Confucianism. On that moment, it was natural for Daxue to get attention from the political authority. Especially during the King Sejong era, it was found in the chronicles that they strived to train the leaders whom aimed in Daxue. Indeed, the virtues what they follow make it possible to judge the level of confusianism in the early Chosun dynasty`s political ideology. Daxue and 大學衍義have been read often in the royal seminar and reminded the political autority its meaning. Such interests on Daxue of Chosun politicians resulted in a big shift of the real political scene. As the new ruling class composition and economical structure were developed, it contributed to the King Sejong`s succession of the throne and Hangeul(訓民正音) invention.
