유치원 교사의 회복탄력성과 교사-유아 상호작용의 관계에서 심리적 소진의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 유치원 교사의 회복탄력성과 교사-유아 상호작용의 관계에서 심리적 소진의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 수도권에 소재한 유치원에 근무하고 있는 교사 137명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 연구문제별로 상관분석과 Baron & Kenny(1986)의 공식과 Sobel test를 활용하여 매개분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 교사의 회복탄력성과 교사-유아 상호작용, 심리적소진은 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교사의 회복탄력성이 교사-유아 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 심리적 소진의 하위영역인 정서적 고갈, 성취감 상실에서 매개효과가 나타 났다. 이러한 결과는 유치원 현장에서 양질의 교사-유아 상호작용을 위해서는 교사의 회복탄력성과 심리적 소진의 관리가 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediated effect of burnout in the relationship between resilience and teacher-child interaction. In order to achieve this aim, questionnaires were distributed to 137 kindergarten teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. For the data analysis, correlation coefficient, Baron & Kenny(1986) mediation effect analysis, and the Sobel test were conducted. The results are as follows. First, the resilience of teachers and teacher-infant interaction, and burnout showed a statistically significant correlation. Second, teacher’s resilience had mediated effects on teacher-child interaction in categories of emotional exhaustion and loss of a sense of personal accomplishment. The results implied that there is a need to manage resilience and burnout of the teachers in order to improve the quality of teacher-child interaction.

유아의 기질과 자기조절능력의 관계에서 어머니 코칭역량의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 유아의 기질, 자기조절능력, 어머니 코칭역량의 관계에 대해 알아보고, 유아의 기질 과 자기조절능력간의 관계에서 어머니 코칭역량의 매개효과가 나타나는지 살펴보는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울, 수도권 지역에 거주하는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 258명으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 Pearson 상관분석과 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 bootstrapping 방법으로 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연 구결과는 첫째, 유아의 기질과 자기조절능력, 어머니 코칭역량은 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 유아 기질과 자기조절능력의 관계에서 어머니 코칭역량의 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 유아의 자기조절능력 증진을 도모하기 위해 유아의 기질을 고려한 어머니 코칭역량 강화프로그램의 중요성을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between child’s temperament, self-regulation, and mother's coaching ability, and to confirm the mediating effect. The subjects of research were 258 mothers with child in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The data collection was performed using a questionnaire. Pearson correlation and SEM were analyzed using a bootstrapping method. The results were as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between child’s temperament, self-regulation, and the mother's coaching ability. Second, the mother's coaching ability showed a mediating effect when the child's temperament affect self-regulation. The results of this study suggested that parental education programs to deal with the mother's coaching ability depending on child’s temperament in order to develop self-regulation of child.

아버지의 놀이성이 유아의 창의적 행동특성에 미치는 영향: 아버지 양육행동과 유아 놀이성의 매개효과

본 연구는 아버지의 놀이성이 유아의 창의적 행동특성에 미치는 영향에서 아버지의 양육행동과 유아 놀이성의 매개효과가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 수도권에 거주하는 만 3-5세 유아와 아버지 498쌍을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료분석은 M-plus 7과 SPSS 21을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아버지의 놀이성은 양육행동을 통해 유아의 창의적 행동특성에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아버지의 놀이성이 유아의 창의적 행동특성에 미치는 영향에서 아버지의 양육행동과 유아 놀이성이 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 유아의 창의적 행동특성을 높이기 위해 아버지의 놀이성을 향상시키는 방안과 긍정적인 양육행동에 대한 부모교육 프로그램의 시사점을 논의하였다. This study aims to examine the mediated effect between father's parenting behavior and playfulness of the children, from the influence of playfulness of father on children's creative behavior characteristics. The data was collected from children from age 3-5 and their fathers(n=498). Data analysis was conducted through analysis of frequency, descriptive statistic analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) by using M-plus 7 and SPSS 21. Results reveal that first, father's parenting behavior mediated the relationship between the father’s playfulness and children's creative behavior characteristics. Second, father's parenting behavior and children's playfulness mediated the relationship between father's playfulness and children's creative behavior characteristics. Based on the results, implications of parenting behavior to raise children's creative behavior characteristics and ways to improve playfulness of the children were discussed.

걸음마기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 모-아 상호작용과 관련변인 간의 관계

This research aims at examining the relationships between mother-toddler interaction and its related variables. A total of 49 toddlers and their mothers were participated and observed in the child lab during free play. The main results of this study are as follows. First, among the mother-toddler interaction, ‘involvement’ was frequently used in comparison with the ‘rejection’ was the hardly used in their interaction. Second, the mothers’ sensitivity, parenting stress, and the mother-toddler interaction had no significant difference by the mothers’ job status or gender of toddlers. However, their parenting stress was lower in working mothers or mothers who have girls. Third, mother-toddler interaction was significantly correlated with the mothers’ sensitivity, parenting stress, parenting style, and the temperament of toddlers. On the basis of this results, the implication related to the variables influencing mother-toddler interaction was discussed.
