생존체계 위협조우 상황인지를 위한 복합/다중 위협상황 Emulation 연구

무기체계의 현대화 및 복잡화에 따라 현대전 상황에서의 플랫폼 및 운용자에 대한 생존성 확보를 필요로 하게 되었다. 현대 전장의 복합 및 다중 위협상황 무기체계에 대응하기 위하여 다수의 무기체계 플랫폼에서 생존체계를 함께 탑재하게 된다. 생존체계는 무기체계 플랫폼을 위협하는 위협들을 탐지/식별하며 효율적인 대응을 통하여 운용자로 하여금 정확한 상황인지를 가능하게 하고 플랫폼의 생존 능력을 향상시킨다. 생존체계가 보유하여야 할 중요 성능 인자는 복합 및 다중 위협에 대한 처리를 통하여 생존성을 확보하는 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 레이다, 레이저, 미사일 단일 위협상황을 조합한 복합 위협상황을 다룸으로 하여 생존체계가 보유하여야 하는 위협통합 알고리즘을 제시하고, 복합 위협상황을 Emulation하는 시스템을 실험실 환경에서 구현하여 위협통합 알고리즘에 대한 성능을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 생존체계가 플랫폼 탑재 이전에 성능 및 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 제시한다. As the substantial increase in battlefield density, multiple and complex weapon systems, Ensuring the Survivability of the platform has been emphasized. Most of platforms have equipped with ASE (Aircraft Survivability Equipment) system in order to protect the platform and operator against at modernized hostile weapon. ASE system enhance the survivability of the platform through providing accurate situation awareness information by detecting and countermeasuring hostile threats. One of Key factor of the AE system performance is handling multiple and complex threats. In this study, it describes the fact that the performance of ASE system with proposed threat integration algorithm is verified in the developed threat emulation system and also, suggests system verification method before deployment by dealing with complex threat situation.

In this paper, we described the investigated theoretical time synchronization performances and experiment results obtained by commercially provided PTP (Precise Time Protocol) modules when the time of a slave clock is synchronized to the master clock. In the case of the theoretical performance analysis, we investigated 3 types of clock levels such as Crystal Oscillator (XO), TCXO (Temperature Compensated XO) and OCXO (Oven Controlled XO). From the analysis, it was observed that the synchronization performance is greatly influenced by the synchronization period and the required performance under 1 us can be achieved by using XO level clocks when the synchronization period is less than 2 seconds and the uncertainty of the propagation delay is under 100 ns. For the experiments using commercial PTP modules, the synchronization performance was investigated for direct, through 1 hub and through 2 hubs connections between the master clock and the slave clock. From the experiment results, we observed that time synchronization under 90 ns with 1,000 seconds observation interval can be achieved in the case of direct connection.

A flexible structure submerged in acoustic fluid is affected by its surrounding fluid. In this case, the coupling effects between structures and surrounding fluid have an effect on the submerged structure as external force and change impedance of acoustic domain. Therefore, the coupling effects by its surrounding fluid complicatedly change the characteristics of a submerged structure such as natural frequencies and damping coefficients. In this paper, using the analytic modal equation of a spherical shell surrounded by water and air, the complex changes of damping coefficients and natural frequencies of submerged structures are studied for various external acoustic fluid and structures.

A transfer case is a main device of 4WD. It must optimally distribute torque to front wheels and rear wheels according to various driving conditions to reduce tire slip. Optimally distributing torque between front and rear wheel is very important to improve driving performance. This research shows that basic torque distribution ratio depends on mass center. We designed a transfer case controller considering mass center and longitudinal acceleration, which shows good driving performance at accelerated cornering.

최근 지구온난화의 영향으로 약해진 극소용돌이(polar vortex)를 넘어 겨울철 극지방의 차가운 기운이 중위도 지역까지 내려와 겨울 한파를 야기하는 일이 잦아지고 있다. 우리나라에도 그 영향으로 추운 겨울 한파가 2014년 이후 매년 지속되고 있다. 그러므로 겨울철 적설량을 기록하고 갑작스러운 재난에 대비하는 것은 지구온난화의 또 다른 숙제가 되었다. 우리나라는 전통적으로 폭설 피해가 크지 않았기 때문에 적설관측소의 수가 강우관측소에 비해 현저히 적다. 그리하여 추가적인 적설관측소의 설치가 필요하다고 판단되지만, 이에 앞서 우리나라의 현재 적설관측소의 분포현황을 분석하였다. 1월, 2월, 12월의 최대최심신적설량과 관측소 고도자료를 K-평균 알고리즘의 4개의 변수로 사용하였으며, 전국에서 총 94개의 적설관측소를 자료보유기간으로 분류하여 군집분석을 수행하였다. 군집분석 결과 서해안지역, 태백ㆍ소백산맥을 따라 존재하는 내륙산악지역, 경상도와 남해안 그리고 제주도지역, 울릉도와 대관령으로 군집이 형성되었다. 또한, 제주도의 적설관측소가 해안가 위주로 설치되어 있어, 비교적 눈이 많이 오는 한라산 산간지역에 추가적인 적설관측소 설치가 고려되어야 할 것이다. Because of global warming, the polar vortex become weak and the cold and low pressure air in pole move down to the middle latitude. The cold air causes the severely cold winter recently. In South Korea, the same phenomenon happens every year from 2014. Therefore, recording the amount of winter snowfall and preparing for a sudden disaster became another homework to cope with the global warming. Since Korea has traditionally not suffered by heavy snow damage, the number of snow observation stations is smaller than that of rainfall observation stations. Therefore, it is necessary to install additional snow observation stations, but before this, the current distribution of snow observation stations should be analyzed. Monthly maximum fresh daily snow depth and observational altitude data of January, February, and December were used as the four parameters of K-mean algorithm. Total 94 snowfall stations were classified by data retention period and cluster analysis was performed. As a result of the cluster analysis, a cluster was formed into four: the west coast area, the inland mountainous area along the Taebeek - Sobaek mountain vein, Gyeongsang and South coast, and Jeju island, Ulleungdo and Daegwallyeong. In addition, since the snow observation station in Jeju Island is only installed on the coastal area, additional snow observation stations should be considered in the mountainous area.
매크로 합성섬유를 혼입한 철근콘크리트 슬래브의 휨 강도평가

In this study, the flexural strength of Concrete slabs mixed Macro synthetic fibers were evaluated according to foreign standards and preceding research. The mechanical properties of concrete mixed with macro synthetic fibers were evaluated through material tests. The flexural strength and residual strength of the slab were calculated and evaluated for comparison by referring to foreign standards and previous studies. After comparative evaluation, the evaluation result was confirmed through a structural test, and the effect of macro synthetic fibers on the structural performance was analyzed. The contents were analyzed for neutral axis, flexural strength, ductility, and crack control performance. As a result of the experiment, the flexural strength of the slab was increased by reinforcing macro synthetic fibers. In addition, crack control performance and ductility were also increased.
