        우리나라 응급의료센터의 제세동시 패들-피부 결합물질 사용현황 및 결합물질의 임피던스 측정

        Purpose: While the use of coupling material (CM) during defibrillation is known to decrease transthoracic impedance more so than other materials elsewhere, the situation in Korea is unclear. The study assessed the use of paddleskin CM during defibrillation in South Korean emergency institutes (EIs) and measured the impedances. Methods: From October 15 to October 19, 2009, 112 EIs (all of regional emergency medical centers (EMCs), specialized care centers, and local EMCs) were surveyed. Institute members were queried about their current use of paddleskin CMs during defibrillation. Indications for use were studied by means of a World Wide Web search, descriptions on the CM packaging, and telephone conversations with CM manufacturers and related people. Impedance measurements were recorded from April 13 to August 3, 2009. Results: During defibrillation, 27 different CMs were used in the 108 EIs. Only nine institutes used CMs directly for defibrillation. Impedence of nine CMs could not be measured. The impedance values were 1.69, 1.71, 2.00, and 6.12 ohm for four CMs used for defibrillation; 6.66 and 11.94 ohm for two CMs used for electrodes; 9.71, 9.82,11.57, 13.68, 13.89, 14.36, 18.31, and 19.66 ohm for eight CMs used for ultrasonography; and 14.05, 17.71, 35.44,and 41.15 ohm for four other CMs. Conclusion: More education and public information about the use of CMs for defibrillation are needed.

        기술교사의 직무 수행에 대한 교육 요구

        The purpose of this study was to identify the important job items as perceived by technology teachers and to determine their performance level and educational needs in the job items. The population was technology teachers in middle schools and high schools. Using systematic sampling technique, 1,051 technology teachers were sampled for this study. Five hundred sixty six technology teachers were asked to indicate the performance level of each of 48 job items and also to rate the importance of each items on a mailed questionnaire. The educational needs of technology teachers were analyzed by using the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA). The finding of this study were as follows. 1) The important job items as perceived by technology teachers were those in 'assess students reasonably', 'practice safety direction', 'investigate characteristics of student', and 'develop learning guidance'. 2) They perceived that their current job performance level was just beyond the ordinary level but was lower than the good level. 3) The highest needs were 'investigate characteristics of student', 'prepare teaching & learning materials', ‘provide learning motivation’, 'use diverse teaching method', 'use appropriate questions & answers', 'establish evaluation plan', 'guide the career of students', 'accumulate knowledge about subject matter contents', 'develop the teaching skills', 'accumulate method about student's life guidance', 'acquire general culture', and 'collaborate with parents'.It is recommended that the programs to enhance the job performance of technology teachers should be developed based on their educational needs.

        기술과 정교사 자격연수에 대한 연수 참가자의 인식 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the recognition about Technology Regular Teacher Qualification Program (TRTQP) of participants. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey method. The population for the survey was technology teachers who were the TRTQP participants. 136 of 137 questionnaires were returned, of which 120 were used for analysis. Major findings of this study were as follows:First, satisfaction of participants about TRTQP was high. Especially they were most satisfied with professionalism of instructors who gave a lecture about 'technological trend & class innovation case'. But they were dissatisfied with service facilities of institution. Second, effect of TRTQP was very high. Especially TRTQP helped to develop practice teaching competency in technology subject contents. Third, they wanted to increase educational content of 'technological trend & class innovation case' domain. They recommended excellent teacher as appropriate instructor in 'technology subject contents' domain and 'technological trend & class innovation case' domain. They recommended professor as appropriate instructor in 'technology pedagogical content' domain and 'technology subject contents' domain. They recommended practice, lecture method, project method as appropriate teaching method. They recommended the number of 21 to 30 as appropriate number of participants in a class. They recognized that massive program participants, poor facilities for practice, lack of service facilities need to be improved. 이 연구의 목적은 기술과 정교사 자격연수에 대한 연수 참가자의 인식을 분석하는데 있었다. 이 연구의 대상은 2012년도 중등 기술과 정교사 자격연수에 전국에서 참가한 137명의 기술과 교사이다. 자료 수집은 2012년 8월 3일에 연구자들이 직접 설문지를 배부하고 회수하였다. 137부의 설문지 중 136부를 회수하였으며, 이 가운데 불성실 응답 6부와 한 문항이라도 응답이 빠진 10부를 제외한 120부를 분석에 활용하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 기술과 정교사 자격연수 참가자들의 자격연수에 대한 만족도는 높았으며, 특히 영역별로는 ‘기술동향 및 수업혁신사례’ 영역에 관한 만족도가 가장 높았다. 또한 세부 항목별로는 ‘기술동향 및 수업혁신사례 담당 강사의 전문성’에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았다. 그러나 ‘연수 기관의 교육시설’ 영역에 대한 만족도는 보통이었으며, 특히 휴게 시설에 대해서는 불만족하고 있었다. 둘째, 기술과 정교사 자격연수는 연수 참가자들에게 연수효과가 매우 높았다. 특히 기술교과내용에 대한 실습을 지도할 수 있는 능력을 신장시키는데 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 기술과 정교사 자격연수 참가자들은 연수영역 중 ‘기술동향 및 수업혁신사례’ 영역의 교육내용을 확대할 필요가 있다고 인식하고 있었으며, 적합한 강사로서 ‘기술교과교육학’ 영역은 대학 교수, ‘기술교과내용학’ 영역은 현장 우수교사와 대학 교수, ‘기술동향 및 수업혁신사례’ 영역은 현장 우수교사가 담당하길 희망하였다. 적합한 지도방법으로서 ‘기술교과교육학’ 영역은 강의법, ‘기술교과내용학’ 영역과 ‘기술동향 및 수업혁신사례’ 영역은 실습, 강의법, 프로젝트법을 희망하였다. 분반 당 적정 연수생 수는 21~30명이 적절하며, 자격연수의 이론 시수보다 실습 시수가 같거나 2~3배 더 많기를 희망하였다. 반별 연수 인원의 과다, 실습을 위한 제반 시설의 부실, 휴게 시설 부재 등에 대해서는 개선이 필요한 것으로 인식하고 있었다.

        초임 기술교사의 일반적 특성과 교직적응

        The purpose of this study was to identify the general characteristics and to measure the professional adjustment level of beginning technology teachers. The population for survey was all beginning technology teachers who were employed during the period from March 1, 2003 to September 1, 2005 in middle schools and high schools. A survey questionnaire was developed by researchers, which consisted of 27 professional adjustment items including 6 domains. The questionnaire was sent to the sample by mail. One hundred ninety seven out of 339 questionnaires were returned. Through data screening process, 187 questionnaires were analyzed. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed for data analysis. An alpha level of 0.05 was established a priori for determining significance. Major findings of this study were as follows: The professional adjustment level of beginning technology teachers was a little more than average(3.41). In the six domains of professional adjustment, the Human Relationship was the highest, but the Norm & Order Observance was the lowest. Four related variables were found to be significant in affecting the professional adjustment of beginning technology teachers. They were gender difference, terms of job experience, a number of teaching subject, obtaining a technology education teacher certificate course. However, school level (middle school/high school), school location, and school size had no affect on professional adjustment.

        The optimum cathodic protection potentials of aluminum and its alloys in natural static seawater were evaluated by their potentiostatic polarization resistances. The theoretical optimum cathodic protection potentials obtained in present study were consistent with such empirical values as NACE standard, British criterion, and Nagakawa' s and Ido's propositions. The empirical method which is decided a practical cathodic protection potential by the potentiostatic polarization curve is applicable to aluminum and its alloys as well as carbon steels and copper alloys.

        실과 '우리 생활과 전기ㆍ전자' 단원에 대한 초등 교사들의 인식과 연수 요구

        The purposes of this study were to find the recognition and the in-service education needs about 'our life and electricity electronics' unit in practical arts subject of elementary school teachers. The population for survey was all teachers who were teaching the practical arts to fifth grade student in elementary schools.. A survey questionnaire was developed by researchers, which consisted of 22 scales. The questionnaire was sent to the sample by mail. 245 out of 416 questionnaires were returned. Through data screening process, 241 questionnaires were analyzed. Major findings of this study were as follows: First, many elementary school teachers hadn't had confidence in teaching their students 'our life and electricityㆍelectronics' unit. Second, some elementary school teachers recognized that the contents of this unit were inappropriate. Third, they recognized that there were not enough learning materials and tools of practical training for them to teach. Fourth, they had difficult in teaching this unit. Fifth, they preferred the method as like 'theories and practicing' to other teaching methods at their in-service education program. In this program, the most desired educational content was 'to make electronic objects'.

        이자율 변동성의 증대와 경제안정

        이자율의 변동성(interest rate volatility)과 통화의 변동성(money volatility)이 경제에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 소득방정식과 통화방정식을 추정한 후 각각의 유의성을 전체 기간 (1982.7-1997.9)과 90년대 이후의 최근 기간(1990.1-1997.9)으로 나누어 검증하였다. 전체 기간의 경우 이자율의 변동성은 국민소득에 유의적으로 부정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 통화의 변동성은 국민소득에 미치는 영향이 유의적이지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 금리자유화가 진전되었던 90년대 이후의 기간에는 전체기간보다 이자율의 변동성이 국민소득에 미치는 부정적인 영향이 휠씬 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 90년대 초부터 실시된 금리자유화 조치 이후 그 이전의 규제금리 기간보다 이자율의 가격기능이 제고됨으로써 이자율의 변동성이 실물경제에 미치는 부정적인 효과가 커졌음을 의미하고 있다. 이러한 실증분석 결과에서 도출할 수 있는 시사점으로는 통화정책에 있어서 통화의 변동성보다는 이자율의 변동성이 경제에 미치는 부정적 효과가 상대적으로 커서 앞으로 이자율의 안정화정책이 경제안정화 정책에 매우 중요한 부분을 담당할 것으로 예상된다는 점이다. 이러한 관점에서 앞으로 우리나라의 통화정책은 금리중시 통화관리방식으로 전환할 필요가 있다고 판단된다.
