        경화된 상아질의 접합 양상에 관한 주사전자현미경적 연구

        The changes of microstructures, morphology of sclerotic dentin and bonding aspects generated by an adhesive resin was investigated. Incisors and premolars showing natural cervical abrasions were collected and conditioned with 10 % phosphoric acid or 10 % maleic acid. The sclerotic dentin specimens were then rinsed and blot-dried and applied with dentin adhesive (All Bond 2) to the conditioned dentin surface. To examine the morphologic change of the sclerotic dentin specimen after etching and bonding procedure, the treated specimens were examined by SEM. To analyze the chemical composition of sclerotic dentin and crystals occluding dentinal tubules, the sclerotic dentin specimen was powdered and examined with X-ray Diffractometer. To investigate the Ca/P weight percent ratio within the dentinal tubules, the sclerotic dentin specimen was fractured perpendicularly to the long axis of the tooth from the center of cervical abrasion lesion and then examined with EDX(Energy Dispersive X-ray) microanalyzer. The results were as follows : 1. The increased width of peritubular dentin and the depositions of the irregular amorphous materials within the dentinal tubules were showed in the sclerotic dentin specimens. 2. After the treatment of sclerotic dentin specimen with 10 % phosphoric acid or 10 % maleic acid, the lateral side of tubules rather than cross-sectional tubule openings was showed exclusively at the incisal and gingival incline of the specimens. 3. After the treatment of sclerotic dentin specimen with 10 % phosphoric acid or 10 % maleic acid, the hybrid layer was not formed evidently and the resin tag was not formed or shortly penetrated into the tubules with the thinner diameter. 4. According to the results of XRD analysis of the sclerotic dentin specimen, Hydroxyapatite and Octacalcium phosphate were predominent, however, Whitlockite crystals were rare. 5. The mean Ca/P weight percent ratio analysed from 5 fractured sclerotic dentin specimens was $2.322{\pm}0.170$ at the intertubular dentin, $1.826{\pm}0.051$ within the dentinal tubule.

      • ‘사각지대 위기 임산부’의 현실 -현행 한부모 가족 지원 제도의 한계를 중심으로

        본고에서는 기존의 한부모 가족 지원 제도의 대상이 되지 못한 채 홀로 임신, 출산, 양육의 단계를 거치는 임산부들을 ‘사각지대 위기 임산부’라고 부르고자 한다. 한국에서 제도적, 혹은 사법적으로 사각지대 위기 임산부는 주로 ‘한부모 가족’이라는 이름만으로 지칭되어 왔다. 하지만 한부모 가족 지원제도는 사각지대 위기 임산부를 포함하기에는 지나치게 한정된 이들만을 대상으로 하고 있다. 본고에서는 한부모 가족 지원 제도가 어떤 식으로 사각지대 위기 임산부를 배제하는지, 그리고 이러한 배제의 기저에 어떠한 사회적 인식이 작동하며, 이를 개선하기 위해 어떠한 방안이 필요할지에 대해 들여다본다. This paper defines pregnant women who go thorough the stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing alone whithout being covered by the existing single-parent family suppor t system as “blind spot crisis pregnant women.” In South Korea, pregnant women who are facing crisis institutionally or judicially have primarily been referred to by the name “single-parent family.” However, the target of the single-parent family support system is too limited to include “blind spot crisis pregnant women.” This paper discusses how the single-parent family support system excludes pregnant women in blind spots, which social perception underlies such exclusion, and what measures are needed for improvement.

        치과용 단층촬영을 이용한 Stainless-Steel File과 MFile-System<sup>®</sup> 전동식 기구의 근관 성형 능력에 대한 비교 연구

        Objectives The aim of this study is to compare the quality of root canal preparation completed using MFile-$System^{(R)}$ instrument ( Komet, Gebr.Brsaseler, Germany) and conventional stainless steel file in the canals of Maxillary molar teeth that had a canal curvature between $25^{\circ}$ or more Materials & Methods Buccal canals of 24 first and second maxillary molar teeth, extracted for periodontal and prosthetic reasons were used. Tissue fragments and calcified debris were removed from teeth by scaling and the teeth were stored in 10% formalin solution for 24 hour. Then, teeth were stored in saline until used. To be included the roots had to have completed formed apices and angle of curvature ranging between $25^{\circ}$ or more according to the criteria described by Schneider(1971). Palatal and Second mesiobuccal canals were not included. Teeth were embedded into transparent acrylic. The teeth were randomly divided into two experimental groups. All teeth were scanned by Dental CT (PSR9000N, Asahi, Japan) to determine the root canal shape before instrumentation. Image slices were prepared from the apical end point to the pulp chamber. The first two sections were 2 mm from the apical end of root and 2 mm below the orifice. Further section was recorded, dividing the distance between the sections of apical and coronal levels into two equal lengths. 12 teeth were instrumented using stainless steel fileand another 12 teeth were instrumented using MFile-$System^{(R)}$. Following the completion of the instrumentation, the teeth were again scanned and compared with the cross sectional images taken prior to canal preparation. Amount of transportation and centering ability was assessed. Student's t-test was used for statistical analysis. Result Less transportation occurred with MFile-$System^{(R)}$ rotary instrumentation than stainless steel instrument. MFile-$System^{(R)}$ had better centering ability than stainless steel instrument. Conclusion MFile-$System^{(R)}$ rotary instrumentation transported canals less and had good centering ability.
