In this paper, I have tried to look into the realities of originality of Lee, Eon Jin's Poetry. Lee, Eon-Jin was a poet who contradicted the middle-ageic system and disciplines radically and constructed the world of the modern subject. Lee, Eon Jin was a open minded reader who contradicted the dominant tendencies of thought and culture of his age's. He was also a poet and a man of thought who was going forward for his ''Book'' which was the house of the new thought. The core of his thought was the idea of radica criticism. It was connected to present a new standard of measure of the human being, and an attitude to go forward for the truth, and an attitude to go forward for the product of a new thought. The adventure journey of new thought of Lee, Eon-Jin was for the being-form of the new thought. Through the hard pursuit. Lee, Eon-Jin made stand himself as a modern subject who was free from the restriction of any existing authority. Lee, Eon-Jin contradicted the world of discrimination and inequality through the endoughment his literature and his new thought with an absolute meaning. It was a method of transcendency above the closed reality that kept away off the political engagement. To name himself Buddha had a meaning of completion of the contradiction and transcendency. Through the study above, I have known the realities of originality of Lee, Eon-Jin's Poetry. It was not limited within the dimension of expression. The new thought that of the radical criticism and transcendency made his literature an original one which was rare in the history of korean literature. 본고에서는 이언진 시세계를 지배하는 세계관을 살펴 독창성의 실체를 밝히고 자 하였다. 중인 신분의 제약된 현실에 대한 비관 위에 서 있다는 점에서 조선 후기의 여느 여항문학과 통하는 이언진의 문학은 그러나 독특한 개성을 지녔다. 이언진은 비관을 넘어 새로운 정신을 찾으려는 명확한 자의식 위에 선 시인이며, 중세적 질서의 근본을 부정하며 새로운 주체의 세계를 구성하려 한 시인이기 때문이다. 그는 유가의 경전에 갇혀 있는 당대의 사상ㆍ문예계를 비웃으며 새로운 정신의 구축을 향해 나아간 시인이고 사상가였다 그러한 이언진의 정신은 배타적 독선의 기준으로 대상 저마다의 자립성(진리 가능성)을 인정하지 않는 당대 현실과 정면으로 맞서는 것이었다. 요체는 기성의 권위에 대한 계속적인 의문 제시를 통해 낡아 현실정합성을 상실한 것들을 허물고 뒤집는 부정의 정신이다. 그 정신은 시에서 기성의 인간 평가 척도를 부정하고 새로운 척도를 제시하는 것, 특정의 사상ㆍ형식에 갇히지 않고 진실을 향해 나아가려는 태도로 나타난다. 자신을 세상의 중심에 두고, 모든 관계의 그물에서 벗어난 독립된 존재로 세우는 이 정신의 모험은 이언진에게 있어 새로운 정신의 존재 형식을 찾는 추구였다. 이처럼 이언진은 기성의 어떤 권위로부터도 자유로운, 그가 살았던 중세적 지배질서의 구속으로부터도 벗어난 새로운 주체로 자신을 세우고자 하였다. 이언진이 자신의 문학과 그 속에 담긴 새로운 정신에 절대적인 의미를 부여함으로써 차별과 불평등의 현실을 근본 부정한 것은 경세의 뜻을 실행할 수 있는 현실적 가능성이 애당초 막혀있는 현실을 초월하는 방식이었다. 스스로를 부처라 부른 것은 이 같은 부정과 초월의 완성이라는 의미를 갖는다. 이로써 우리는 이언진 문학의 독창성이 한갓 표현 차원에 국한되는 것이 아님을 확인하였다. 자신이 속해 있는 현실의 질서를 근본 부정하고 초월하고자 하는 정신이 이끄는 독립의 세계를 구축함으로써 이언진 문학은 비로소 우리 문학사상보기 드문 독창의 문학이 되었던 것이다.

백석과 강소천의 문학적 상관성 연구

이 글은 백석과 강소천의 문학적 인연과 생애를 중심으로 언제까지 관계를 유지하였는지 살핀 다음, 백석과 강소천의 문학적인 영향관계와 문학적 상관성을 규명하였다. 백석과 강소천의 관계를 논하면서 백석이 「호박꽃초롱 서시」를 쓴 것은 서신을 통해서였을 것으로 추정해 왔다. 그러나 강소천의 동요시집 호박꽃초롱이 나온 시기에 백석과 강소천은 만주에 함께 있었기 때문에 백석이 강소천의 시집 간행을 도와주었을 것은 자명하다. 그리고 그 과정에서 「호박꽃초롱 서시」를 쓰게 된 것이다. 비록 백석과 강소천은 한국전쟁을 기점으로 배제와 선택의 논리에 따라 창작활동의 생명이 결정되고 말았지만 작품은 이들이 주고받은 영향이 여실하게 남았다. 백석이 제자였던 강소천에게 영향을 미쳤듯이 백석도 강소천의 영향을 받았던 것으로 보인다. 백석은 강소천을 지도할 때부터 자연스럽게 아동문학에 관심을 가지고 되었을 것으로 추정된다. 이것은 백석의 동화시는 형식적으로 강소천 ‘문답식 동요’와 같고, 내용상으로는 이야기라는 점에서 같다. 이것으로 미루어보면 백석이 강소천의 영향을 받았을 것이라는 추정이 가능하다. 그러므로 백석과 강소천은 문학적으로 그 영향을 주고받았다고 할 수 있다. The present study is aimed to examine the literary relation and life of poet Baek Seok and Kang So-chun, and to demonstrate their literary influence and correlation. Researching their relationship, scholars who are studying them have said that When the relationship between Baek Seok and Kang So-chun, they have assumed that Baek Seok wrote the work "Prologue of Jack-o"-Lantern" in his letters, but Kang So-chun"s "Jack-o"-Lantern", which is a collection of poems for children, proved the reason why Baek Seok wrote "Prologue of Jack-o"-Lantern". The very reason is that Baek Seok was with Kang So-chun in Manchuria and Baek Seok got directly involved in the publication of Kang So-chun"s "Jack-o"-Lantern". Although their fate of creative literature had been determined according to the logic of exclusion and selection at the outbreak of Korean Civil War, their literary works vividly show their influence over each other. It seems that Baek Seok had been influenced from his pupil Kang So-chun as much as the former has done on the latter. As Kang So-chun wrote children"s stories and lyrics for children"s songs, it can be conjectured that his master Baek Seok had also been interested in children"s literature since he taught Kang So-chun. Particularly, one of the characteristics of children"s songs that Kang So-chun wrote is a question-answer form. The children"s poems by Baek Seok are in a question-answer style while the contents form a children"s story. This can be interpreted as Kang So-chun"s influence over his master"s literature. Besides, there are literary correlations between these two writers in subjects and themes, which will be examined in a subsequent study.

수정형 Wallace 트리를 이용한 N×N 병렬 승산기 모듈 생성기

병렬 승산기는 컴퓨터 시스템 뿐만아니라 여러 응용 분야에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행하는 산술 연산장치이다. 본 논문에서는 N×N (N=2M, M≥2) 병렬 승산기 모듈 생성기를 개발하였다. 모듈 생성기로 생성된 병렬 승산기는 다수개의 부분곱을 더하는 다수 피연산자 가산회로로 수정형 Wallace 트리를 이용하였다. 수정형 Wallace 트리는 트리의 입력 비트수가 증가할수록 게이트 지연시간이 감소하는 장점을 갖고 있으나, 기존의 Wallace 트리에 비해 규칙성이 적어서 생성기로 구현하기에는 다소 어려움이 있다. 이 단점을 극복하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 임의의 입력 비트에 대하여 수정형 Wallace 트리를 생성하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 모듈 생성기로 생성한 병렬 승산기는 수정형 Booth 부호기, 부분곱 생성기, 수정형 Wallace 트리, hybrid prefix 가산기로 구성되었다. 개발된 모듈생성기는 1.5μ, 1.2μ, 1.0μ , 0.8μ 이중 메탈 CMOS 공정 하에서 자동적으로 N×N 병렬 승산기를 생성한다. Parallel multiplier serves as the core of ALU not only in computer systems but also in many application areas. In this paper we have developed anN×N (N=2M, M≥2) par. allel multiplier module generator. This parallel multiplier which is generated by module generator has a multioperand addition circuit which add multiple partial products using a modified Wallace tree. The modified Wallace tree has the advantage of decrease in delay time as number of input bits of the tree increases, but has less regularity than the Wallace tree, and makes it more difficult to design with the generator. To overcome this disadvantage, we have developed an algorithm which creates a modified Wallace tree for arbitrary input bits. Parallel multiplier generated by the module generator is composed of a modified Booth encoder, a partial product generator, a modified Wallace tree, and a hybrid prefix adder. The developed module generator automatically generates N×N parallel multiplier under 1.5μ, 1.2μ, 1.0μ, 0.8μ double metal CMOS technologies.

초저온 냉동보관법을 이용한 동종판막 이식술에 대한 연구

The use of aortic valve homograft has been developed since 1962 when Ross and Barratt - Boyes independently replaced a diseased aortic valve with an orthotopically inserted homograft valve. And also surgical treatment of complex congenital cardiac malformations utilizing homograft extracardiac conduit has been tried with better result than any other prosthetic material. The present study was undertaken to clarify the safety tissue viability, sterility, after following our protocol of procurement of heart, dissection of aortic and pulmonic homograft, sterilization, cryopreservation, thawing and dilution, and transplantation on experimental animal, sheep. Tissue viability of valve and great artery was assessed by tissue culture. Sterility was evaluated by bacterial and fungal culture. The method used was proven no deleterious effect on the integrity of the valve. Tissue culture of valve tissue before, and after cryopreservation process resulted that active fibroblast growth was observed from homograft sterilized with antibiotics. And culture of the transplanted homograft from sacrificed animal showed active fibroblast growth. Pathologic examination of implanted valve tissue from sacrificed sheep showed mild calcification and minor change, but there were moderate and severe calcification of wall of great arteries.

형광 동소 보합법을 이용한 췌장암의 세포유전학적 변화에 대한 분석과 그 임상적 의의

Purpose: The purposes of this study are to examine the cytogenetic alterations of pancreatic cancer, by using fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH), to determine thier correlation with the clinico-pathologic prognostic factors and to identify the cytogenetic factors that can predict the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods: Fresh frozen tissues of pancreatic cancer and normal pancreas that were obtained via pancreatic resection from 20 patients with pancreatic ductal adenocacinoma were analyzed by performing FISH with using locus-specific c-myc, p16, p53 probes and chromosome 18q, 20q probes. We cpmpared the FISH results with the clinico-pathologic prognostic factors. We also examined 16 paraffin-embedded tissues of pancreatic cancer by performing immunohistochemical staining (IHC) with monoclonal antibody to c-myc, p16, p53 and DPC. We then evaluated the correlation between the results of FISH and the results of IHC. Results: At least one alteration of genes or chromosomes was detected in 18 (90.0%) of the 20 pancreatic cancer tissues by FISH, as compared with no alternation in the normal pancreatic tissues: these alteration were an increased copy number of c-myc (66.7%), a decreased copy number of p16 (70.6%), deletion of p53 (100%), loss of chromosome 18q (56.3%) and gain of chromosome 20q (45.0%). IHC demonstrated overexpression of c-myc and p53 in 31.3% and 50.0% of the pancreatic cancer specimens, respectively, and the loss of expressions of p16 and DPC in 25.0% and 93.3% of the pancreatic cancer specimens, respectively. The concordance rate of IHC with FISH was 33.3% to 61.5%. Analysis of the correlation between the cytogenetic changes identified by FISH or IHC and the pathologic prognostic factors showed that only chromosome 20q gain was significantly correlated with the histologic grade (p=0.098) and lymphovascular invasion (p=0.092). However there was no clinical correlation of the cytogenetic changes with respect to recurrence after operation. Conclusion: This study confirms that most pancreatic cancers have cytogenetic alternations, as can be determined by FISH. Especially, the correlation between chromosome 20q gain and the prognostic pathologic factors offers the possibility of a new prognostic biologic marker located in chromosome 20q. However, further studies with more cases are needed to clarify the clinical significance of cytogenetic alternations in pancreatic cancer.

스마트폰 동영상 교육 프로그램이 일개 대학병원에서의 재활병동 입원환자 교육 만족도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study was to determine the effect of a smartphone video educational program on educational satisfaction of patients in rehabilitation units at a university hospital. Methods: The subjects of this study were 60 stroke patients recruited and divided into two groups; experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Subjects in the experimental group and control group conducted conventional physical and occupational therapy. In addition, only the experimental group provided smartphone video information for a total of 15 sessions. The video consisted of five episodes (10 minutes each) viewed a total of 15 times (for each video three times). The outcome was assessed by educational satisfaction. Result: After inervention, both groups revealed significant increased awareness of prevention of infection educational satisfaction and prevention from falling educational satisfaction and exercise program educational satisfaction. However, the experimental group was more effective than the control group relative to heightened awareness of increasing prevention of infection prevention from falling and exercise program. Conclusion: We suggest that a smartphone video educational program may be effective in improving awareness of the prevention of infection, prevention from falling, and exercise program educational satisfaction. Therefore, video-based information is beneficial for such patients. Further studies are needed for better understanding of the effectiveness of a smartphone video educational program in rehabilitation units at a university hospital.
