철도차량은 육상을 이용하여 짧은 시간에 많은 화물을 수송할 수 있는 에너지 효율이 우수한 친환경적인 녹색수송 수단으로 전 세계의 수요가 급증하고 있으며 남북철도 연결과 함께 유라시아로 연결하는 대륙철도로의 진출을 추진하고 있다. 하지만, 남북 인접지역의 화물열차에는 서로 다른 제동장치를 사용하고 있어 인접지역의 제동장치 특성을 분석하고 혼합편성 상호운영을 위한 국내 제동장치의 방향을 소개하고자 한다. Railway vehicles are eco-friendly green transportation vehicles with excellent energy efficiency that can transport large quantities of cargo in a short time with using land, and it is increasing rapidly as the demand for in the world. It is promoting the entry of the continental railway linking to Eurasia with connecting to the South & North Korea Railway. However, since different brake control unit is used for the freight train in the South-North region, the characteristics of the brake control unit in the South-North region is analyzed and the directions of the domestic brake control unit for mixing and interoperability are introduced.
텍스트마이닝을 이용한 금연 홍보 웹툰의 반응분석: “씌가렛뎐” 댓글을 중심으로

Objectives: Recently, webtoons have been developed through a variety of fields’ advertisement platforms as well as non-smoking campaign. However, the only way to evaluate the effect of brand webtoons is limited to ratings, comments, and page views so far. Our research analyzed smoking cessation advertising brand webtoon’s comments by using text mining method. Methods: We chose the “Tale of Cigarette” webtoon which was well known as a cartoon for non-smoking campaign. Its rating was 9.91 rated by 107,264 readers. We analyzed the association between frequent morpheme and morpheme, and also analyzed sentiments embedded in user comments. A total of 20,560 comments were manually exported from Naver webtoon site and 18,117 comments were used for morpheme analysis and sentiment analysis. Results: Frequent morpheme analysis results showed that the ‘cigarette’ was most frequent, and was followed by other words such as ‘smoking cessation’, ‘human’, ‘smoker’, ‘dad’, ‘please’, ‘smoking’ in ranking. Comments were converted through transaction for association analysis. Support, confidence and lift were applied to the transaction data to check for association patterns, and results showed high lifts between the word ‘cigarette’ and words ‘smoking’, ‘tax’, ‘street’, ‘smell’, and ‘smoke’. Sentiment analysis results showed that negative sentiment in the early episodes changed into positive sentiment as the episodes progressed. Conclusions: Our results showed that the webtoon was an effective media as a non-smoking campaign. In order to successfully advertise smoking cessation through brand webtoon, it was important to convince the users and make them understand the harmful effects of smoking. In addition, it was equally important to ultimately make them quit through repeated publishing, and to attract them to smoking cessation related topics.
AskMyFriend : 소셜 컨텐츠 채널을 이용한 소셜 정보공유 시스템의 설계 및 구현

소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하면 지금까지 알려진 어떠한 서비스보다 훨씬 빠르고 쉽게 정보를 생산하고 공유 할 수 있다. 그러나 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통해 생산된 방대한 양의 정보에 대한 수집과 관리를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템은 아직 존재하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 두개의 분류로 구분하고 각각의 특성을 기술한다. 그리고 이러한 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 장점을 통합하기 위해 소셜 정보공유 시스템을 제안하고, 구현한다. 본 논문에서는 AskMyFriend를 통해 소셜 정보공유 시스템의 구현을 보인다. 사용자는 이 시스템을 통해 좀 더 효과적으로 정보를 수집하거나 공유할 수 있으며, 유용한 정보를 제공받을 수 있다. We classify SNS into two categories and describe the merits and demerits of them. In order to combine the merits of each kind of SNS, we propose the social information sharing system for social network service using social content channel. It makes user share information faster and gather information more effectively. In this paper, we present AskMyFriend. It opens a channel aggregating users’ interaction and recommends person who is most likely to know about topic of the question.
