        인지된 위험이 온라인 시민참여에 미치는 영향

        This research conducted an study on the perceived risks as online citizen participation. Second, analyzed the impact of perceived risk on online citizen participation. Finally, analyzed the moderating effect of individual ICT skills. The findings of the study indicate that: Perceived risks have a positive impact on online citizen participation. And confirmed that the effects of perceived risks on online citizen participation differ depending on the level of ICT skills. This is a result showing that education is needed to promote online citizen participation. 정보통신기술의 발전은 온라인 시민참여는 전통적 시민참여의 시공간적 한계를 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 중요하다. 하지만 기술의 발전에 따라 관련된 위험에 빈번히 노출되고 있고, 시민들의 우려가 커지고 있다. 이러한 시민들의 우려는 인지된 위험으로 발전될 수 있고 온라인 시민참여를 저해할 수 있다. 본 연구는 첫째, 온라인 시민참여와 인지된 위험에 대한 개념적 정의를 실시하였다. 둘째, 인지된 위험이 온라인 시민참여에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 셋째, ICT 활용수준을 세 집단으로 나누어.조절변수로 인지된 위험과 온라인 시민참여에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 분석결과. 첫째, 인지된 위험이 높을수록 온라인 시민참여에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 기존 선행연구와 다른 결과가 도출되었다. 둘째, ICT 활용수준은 인지된 위험과 온라인 시민참여의 관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 토대로 온라인 시민참여를 활성화하기 위해서는 예방교육이 필요하고, ICT 활용수준에 따른 정보화 교육이 필요한다는 방안이 도출되었다.

        The retail store, which appears in various ways of the modern city, is the architectural result that the merchandise is finally delivered to consumers. The relationship between the commerce based on manufacturing and distribution and the retail store as urban architecture can be understood not only from the viewpoint of economics and business administration but also the problem of the formation of urban history and urban organization. The modern industrial development in Korea had been progressed by the state led, as the manufacturing and distribution developed in turn. This social and economic situation influenced the formation of the retail store of the city. This is different from the West, which the development has been conducted together. The cosmetics sales space, which is the subject of this study, has changed in various forms from the 1960s to the 1990s. Cosmetics brand retail shop is a corporate brand-based space, but paradoxically, it has a historical characteristic of urban architecture in that it is branding city street. This specificity of Seoul is unexplained by the development process of the Western and does not exist as a physically huge or special construction sometimes. However, it operates as a urban architecture in Seoul where the complicated.

        Bacillus subtilis DS660과 Paenibacillus polymyxa DS842의 항균활성

        이 연구에서는 여러 미생물에 항균활성을 갖는 토양세균을 분리하고 그들이 생성하는 항균물질과 그 효과를 조사하였다. 많은 세균 분리균주 중 Bacillus subtilis DS660과 Paenibacillus polymyxa DS842은 6가지 인간 피부 상재균과 3종의 병원성 세균에 대하여 높은 항균활성을 나타내었다. DS660과 DS842 균주는 대부분의 대상 세균과 진균에 대하여 NA 배지 상에서 각각 직경 15.3~26.8과 11.3~27.5 mm의 생장 저해대를 형성하는 우수한 항균활성을 나타내었다. DS660과 DS842 균주는 siderophore를 생산하였는데 각각 $570{\pm}8$과 $1700{\pm}15{\mu}mol/ml$의 최대 생산량을 나타내었고, 균주 배양 상등액의 에틸 아세테이트 추출물의 분석은 그들의 glycolipid 계면활성물질 생성을 나타내며 이에 의해 배양 상등액의 표면장력을 60 mN/m에서 각각 40.3과 30.3 mN/m으로 현저하게 낮추는 계면활성을 보였다. 또한 두 균주는 $169.2{\pm}9.9$와 $357.2{\pm}13.7nmol/min/mg$ protein의 ${\beta}$-1,3-glucanase 생산을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 세균의 세포벽 성분을 용해하는 능력을 지녔다. 이러한 결과들은 B. subtilis DS660과 P. polymyxa DS842가 일부 중요한 인간 피부 상재균과 병원성 세균에 대한 효율적인 생물제어제로 사용될 수 있음을 암시한다. This study was carried out to isolate soil bacteria with antimicrobial activity and evaluate antimicrobial substances produced by isolated bacteria. Among many isolates Bacillus subtilis DS660 and Paenibacillus polymyxa DS842 showed high antimicrobial activities against 6 species of microbial residents on human skin and 3 species of pathogenic bacteria. DS660 and DS842 showed 15.3~26.8 and 11.3~27.5 mm of inhibition zone diameter, respectively on nutrient agar medium against most target bacteria and fungi. DS660 and DS842 produced $57{\pm}8$ and $170{\pm}15{\mu}mol/ml$ of siderophore, respectively as an antimicrobial substance. Analysis of ethyl acetate extract of culture supernatants of DS660 and DS842 suggested production of glycolipid biosurfactant which reduced surface tension of culture supernatant of DS660 and DS842 from 60.0 to 40.3 and 30.3 mN/m, respectively. DS660 and DS842 also showed $169.2{\pm}9.9$ and $357.2{\pm}13.7nmol/min/mg$ protein of ${\beta}-1,3$-glucanase activity, respectively, and hydrolyzed cell wall components of 3 bacterial species. These results suggest that B. subtilis DS660 and P. polymyxa DS842 may be utilized as an environment-friendly biocontrol agent against some skin microbes and pathogenic bacteria.

        Reducing latency of neural automatic piano transcription models

        Automatic Music Transcription (AMT) is a task that detects and recognizes musical note events from a given audio recording. In this paper, we focus on reducing the latency of real-time AMT systems on piano music. Although neural AMT models have been adapted for real-time piano transcription, they suffer from high latency, which hinders their usefulness in interactive scenarios. To tackle this issue, we explore several techniques for reducing the intrinsic latency of a neural network for piano transcription, including reducing window and hop sizes of Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT), modifying convolutional layer’s kernel size, and shifting the label in the time-axis to train the model to predict onset earlier. Our experiments demonstrate that combining these approaches can lower latency while maintaining high transcription accuracy. Specifically, our modified model achieved note F1 scores of 92.67 % and 90.51 % with latencies of 96 ms and 64 ms, respectively, compared to the baseline model’s note F1 score of 93.43 % with a latency of 160 ms. This methodology has potential for training AMT models for various interactive scenarios, including providing real-time feedback for piano education.

        유칼립투스, 유카와 차나무의 추출분획 혼합물의 여러 인간 피부 상재균에 대한 항균활성

        이 연구에서는 유칼립투스, 유카와 차나무의 ethanol 추출물의 수지를 이용한 분획 혼합물에 대한 항균활성을 평가하였는데 여러 인간 피부 상재균에 낮은 최소저해농도(0.24~3.32 mg/ml)를 나타내었고 항생제 triclosan과 ampicillin보다 우수한 활성을 나타내었다. Time kill assay에서 식물 추출분획 혼합물은 4시간 이내에 미생물 균주의 개체수를 92% 이상 감소시켰고, 모든 미생물 균주의 뉴클레오티드를 상당량 유출시켰으며, 항균 효과는 이가 양이온($Mg^{2+}$과 $Ca^{2+}$)에 영향을 받지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 Eucalyptus sp., Yucca sp., 및 tea tree의 ethanol 추출물의 수지분획 혼합물이 중요한 인간 피부 상재균을 억제하는 효율적인 화장품 방부제로 이용될 수 있음을 시사한다. This study was carried out to evaluate antimicrobial effects of a mixture of resin fractionated ethanol extract of Eucalyptus globulus, Yucca recurvifolia, and tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia). The plant fraction mixture showed low minimum inhibitory concentration (0.24~3.32 mg/ml) against several bacteria and yeast that usually used as the target skin microbes in a cosmetic industry, and it was more effective than antibiotics, triclosan and ampicillin. In a time-kill assay the plant fraction mixture reduced more than 92% of microbial populations during 4 h, and significantly increased leakage of nucleotides from all microorganisms tested. Antimicrobial effect of the plant fraction mixture was not affected by divalent cation ($Mg^{2+}$ and $Ca^{2+}$). These results suggest that the fraction mixture of ethanol extracts of E. globulus, Y. recurvifolia, and M. alternifolia may be utilized as an efficient preservative in cosmetics to prevent contamination by human skin microbes.

        스마트 팩토리 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 : 경영인 유형과 업력을 중심으로

        In order to provide priorities of the factors affecting the introduction of Smart Factory, This study reconstructed the factors and calculated the priorities through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The first layer of the hierarchy have 4 factors; productivity increase, brand image improve, marketing improve, cost reduction. The second layer of the hierarchy have 3 factors belong to the first layer, so the total number of second layer is 12. We divided the characteristics of enterprises into type of manager and age. The C.R. (consistency ratio) values of the respondents were found to be less than 0.1 and were judged to be a 'reasonable test'. As a result, the weights of the higher layer and the lower layer were obtained respectively, and then the weights of the higher layer and the weights of the lower layer were multiplied to obtain the total weights. Unlike previous studies that only surveyed factors that companies consider when introducing smart factory, (1) weighing and prioritizing factors were achieved. There are differences in priorities, (2) smart factory can be studied with the type of manager and firm age. When establishing policies, it is a practical implication (3) to assess its strategy not only for government officials but also for executives.

        지역사회 노인을 위한 대면과 비대면 운동프로그램이 운동 만족도에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The study compared the satisfaction of the exercise program in a face-to-face and non-face-to-face manner with the same exercise program. METHODS: This study was conducted through convenience sampling for 57 seniors over 65 years of age. After conducting 30 minutes of the same exercise program face-to-face on the first visit and non-face-to-face on the second visit, a satisfaction survey was conducted. The survey data were processed statistically using SPSS 26.0 (SPSS Inc, IBM, USA). An independent t-test was used to compare the type of exercise program. The Spearman's Rank Correlation was conducted to correlate the satisfaction between cognitive function and education level. RESULTS: The overall satisfaction with the face-to-face program was higher than the non-face-to-face exercise programs. All three satisfaction items in face-to-face exercise programs were higher than in non-face-to-face exercise programs (p < .05). The main source of dissatisfaction in the case of face-to-face exercise programs was having a good relationship with people for face-to-face and a ‘lack of communication’ in the case of non-face-to-face. CONCLUSION: The elderly showed higher satisfaction in face-to-face exercise than in non-face-to-face exercise. This study is significant in that accurate satisfaction comparison was possible by conducting the same exercise program on the same subject for a relatively short time, and through this, the development of an exercise program was suggested.
