Sophorae Flos aqua-acupuncture solution(SFAS) was prepared and tested for the induction of quinone reductase and glutathione S-transferase activities and glutathione. SFAS significantly induced QR activity at the concentrations of $0.5{\times},\;1{\times}\;and\;3{\times}$ in cell culture. However, GST activity in murine Hepa 1c1c7 cells was slightly increased with SFAS. SFAS increased GSH levels. 괴화약침액이 간세포의 quinone reductase, glutathione S-transferase 와 환원형 glutathione의 활성에 미치는 영향을 살펴 본 결과 괴화약침액은 암예방 효소인 Phase II enzyme을 유의성 있게 증가 시켰다. 따라서 괴화약침액은 암예방에 효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다.

In this work, the effects of the corona treatment on surface properties of semiconducting silicone rubber were investigated in terms of contact angles, ATR-FTIR(Attenuated total reflection fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) and XPS(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy). And the adhesive characteristics were studied by measuring the T-peel strengths. Based on chemical analysis, the surface modification can be mainly ascribed to the creation of chemically active functional groups such as C-O, C=O and C-OH on semiconducting silicone surface. This oxidized rubber layer is inorganic silica-like structure of Si bound with three to four oxygen atoms ($SiOx,\;x=3{\sim}4$. The Corona treatment produces an increase in joint strength that is maximum for 10 min treatment. However, due to brittle property of this oxidized layer, the highly oxidized layer from too much extended treatment could be act as a weak point, decreasing the adhesion strength.

In this work, the effects of plasma treatment on surface properties of semiconductive silicone rubber were investigated in terms of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and contact angles, The adhesion characteristics of semiconductive-insulating interface layer of silicone rubber were studied by measuring the T-peel strengths, The results of the chemical analysis showed that C-H bonds were broken due to plasma discharge and Silica-like bonds(SiOx, x=3${\~}$4) increased, It is thought that semiconductive silicone rubber surfaces treated with plasma discharge led to an increase in oxygen-containing functional groups, resulting in improving the degree of adhesion of the semiconductive-insulating interface layer of silicone rubber. However, the oxygen plama for 20 minute produces a damaged oxidized semiconductive silicone rubber layer, which acts as a weak layer producing a decrease in T-peel strength, These results are probably due to the modifications of surface functional groups or polar component of surface free energy of the semiconductive silicone rubber.

전기화학적으로 이온을 흡착시켜 이온을 제거하는 capacitive deionization(CDI)공정용 전극으로 탄소에어로젤에 실리카젤이 첨가된 다공성 탄소에어로젤 복합전극을 사용하여 1,000ppm NaCl수용액에서 탈염 특성에 대한 충전과 방전시 시간에 따른 전류 변화, CDI효율을 조사하였다. Paste rolling법으로 제조된 $10\times10cm^2$다공성 탄소에어로젤 복합전극은 촉매 분야에서 활용되고 있는 다공성 지지체인 실리카젤을 첨가함으로써 CDI 반응진행에 대한 전극활물질 탈락이 없이 전극의 성형성이 크게 향상되었고, 친수성과 전극의 기계적 강도 증가 및 CDI 효율을 증가시킬 수 있었다. 이러한 45개의 전극을 하나의 묶음으로 네 개의 단을 직렬연결 하여, CDI 시스템을 구성하였고 충전 시에는 1.2V, 방전 시에는 0.001V를 각각 10분간 인가하여 실험한 결과 $99\%$ 이상의 CDI 효율을 달성하였다. Porous-composite electrodes have been developed using silica gel, which reduce carbon aerogel usage with high cost. Silica gel powder was added to the carbon aerogel to simplify the manufacturing procedure and to increase the wet-ability, the mechanical strength and the CDI efficiency. Porous composite electrodes composed of carbon aerogel and silica gel powder were prepared by paste rolling method. Carbon aerosol composite electrodes with $10\times10cm^2$ are placed face to face between spacers, and assembled the four-stage series cells for CDI process. Each stage is composed of 45 cells. Four-stage series cells (flow through cells) for CDI process are put in continuous-system reactor containing 1,000ml-NaCl solution bath of 1,000 ppm. The four-stage series cells with carbon aerogel electrodes are charged at 1.2V and are discharged at 0.001V, and then read the current. Conclusively, removal efficiencies of ions using the four-stage series cells composed of carbon aerogel composite electrodes show good removal efficiency of $99\%$ respectively.
반도전성 실리콘 고무의 플라즈마 처리에 따른 표면의 특성변화

This paper was investigated the changes of surface properties of high-temperature-vulcanized (HTV) semiconductive silicone rubber due to oxygen plasma discharge. The modifications produced on the silicone rubber surface by oxygen plasma were accessed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), contact angle and Surface Roughness Tester. The results of the chemical analysis Showed that C-H bonds were broken due to plasma discharge and Silica-like bonds (SiOx, x=$3\~4$) increased. It is thought that the above changes lead to the increase of surface energy of high-temperature-vulcanized (HTV) semiconductive silicone rubber also, Surface roughness was increased with cleavage of side-chains and oxidation process, it confirmed change as the SEM. The micromorphology of surface and hydrophobicity due to plasma discharge based on our results were discussed.

본 연구는 워게임 모델에 표준전투편성 개념 및 기능을 적용한 최초 연구라고 할 수 있다. 먼저, 기존 워게임 전투편성 기능 연구를 통하여 기존 논문과 연구자료들에서 제시된 워게임 모델들의 전투편성 기능을 분석하였으며, 논리와 연관된 전투편성 기능이 적용된 지상군 자원소요 분석모델의 전투편성 입력절차와 세부 기능을 알아보았다. 둘째, 표준전투편성 기능 및 알고리즘을 개발하여 구현하였다. 개념을 정의하고 기존 전투편성 기능 분석을 통하여 도출된 주요 개발기능을 활용하여 사용자 인터페이스 설계 및 개발된 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 알고리즘은 절차 알고리즘, 표준전투편성 알고리즘, 오류체크 알고리즘으로 구분하여 개발했다. 셋째, 개발된 기능을 활용하여 사용자 입력소요시간과 편리성에 대하여 내용을 측정하여 통계분석을 실시했다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 표준전투편성 개념의 최초 적용 및 기능 구현을 통하여 입력소요시간 단축 및 사용자 편리성을 향상 시켰으며, 새로운 모델기능의 발전가능성을 제시했다는 점에서 큰 의미가 있다고 판단된다. This study investigates the wargame model application of SCO(Standard Combat Organization) concept and function for the first time. Firstly, we examine the combat organization function of wargame models suggested by published theses and research papers, and then analyze input processes and detail function of GORRAM(Ground Operation Resources Requirement Model) combat organization that is related to wargame logic. Secondly, we also reflect developed SCO algorithm and function, as follows. We defined SCO concept, and developed UI(User Interface) design and algorithm using main functions that are deducted by analyzing of existing combat organization. This algorithm consists of process, SCO, and error check algorithms. Finally, we analyzed the results of statistic verification on input time reduction and user convenience of combat organization function. Therefore, this study contributes to improving input time and user convenience of combat organization, as well as structuring new function of wargame model through the application of SCO concept and function.
