        반도전성 실리콘 고무의 플라즈마 처리에 따른 표면의 특성변화

        This paper was investigated the changes of surface properties of high-temperature-vulcanized (HTV) semiconductive silicone rubber due to oxygen plasma discharge. The modifications produced on the silicone rubber surface by oxygen plasma were accessed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), contact angle and Surface Roughness Tester. The results of the chemical analysis Showed that C-H bonds were broken due to plasma discharge and Silica-like bonds (SiOx, x=$3\~4$) increased. It is thought that the above changes lead to the increase of surface energy of high-temperature-vulcanized (HTV) semiconductive silicone rubber also, Surface roughness was increased with cleavage of side-chains and oxidation process, it confirmed change as the SEM. The micromorphology of surface and hydrophobicity due to plasma discharge based on our results were discussed.

        괴화약침액이 간세포의 Quinone redutase 와 Glutathione S-transferase 활성에 미치는 영향

        Sophorae Flos aqua-acupuncture solution(SFAS) was prepared and tested for the induction of quinone reductase and glutathione S-transferase activities and glutathione. SFAS significantly induced QR activity at the concentrations of $0.5{\times},\;1{\times}\;and\;3{\times}$ in cell culture. However, GST activity in murine Hepa 1c1c7 cells was slightly increased with SFAS. SFAS increased GSH levels. 괴화약침액이 간세포의 quinone reductase, glutathione S-transferase 와 환원형 glutathione의 활성에 미치는 영향을 살펴 본 결과 괴화약침액은 암예방 효소인 Phase II enzyme을 유의성 있게 증가 시켰다. 따라서 괴화약침액은 암예방에 효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다.

        산소 플라즈마 처리에 의한 반도전-절연 실리콘 고무의 접착 특성

        In this work, the effects of plasma treatment on surface properties of semiconductive silicone rubber were investigated in terms of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and contact angles, The adhesion characteristics of semiconductive-insulating interface layer of silicone rubber were studied by measuring the T-peel strengths, The results of the chemical analysis showed that C-H bonds were broken due to plasma discharge and Silica-like bonds(SiOx, x=3${\~}$4) increased, It is thought that semiconductive silicone rubber surfaces treated with plasma discharge led to an increase in oxygen-containing functional groups, resulting in improving the degree of adhesion of the semiconductive-insulating interface layer of silicone rubber. However, the oxygen plama for 20 minute produces a damaged oxidized semiconductive silicone rubber layer, which acts as a weak layer producing a decrease in T-peel strength, These results are probably due to the modifications of surface functional groups or polar component of surface free energy of the semiconductive silicone rubber.

        코로나 방전처리에 의한 반도전-절연 실리콘 고무의 표면특성 및 접착특성

        In this work, the effects of the corona treatment on surface properties of semiconducting silicone rubber were investigated in terms of contact angles, ATR-FTIR(Attenuated total reflection fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) and XPS(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy). And the adhesive characteristics were studied by measuring the T-peel strengths. Based on chemical analysis, the surface modification can be mainly ascribed to the creation of chemically active functional groups such as C-O, C=O and C-OH on semiconducting silicone surface. This oxidized rubber layer is inorganic silica-like structure of Si bound with three to four oxygen atoms ($SiOx,\;x=3{\sim}4$. The Corona treatment produces an increase in joint strength that is maximum for 10 min treatment. However, due to brittle property of this oxidized layer, the highly oxidized layer from too much extended treatment could be act as a weak point, decreasing the adhesion strength.

        워게임 모델의 표준전투편성 기능 개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 워게임 모델에 표준전투편성 개념 및 기능을 적용한 최초 연구라고 할 수 있다. 먼저, 기존 워게임 전투편성 기능 연구를 통하여 기존 논문과 연구자료들에서 제시된 워게임 모델들의 전투편성 기능을 분석하였으며, 논리와 연관된 전투편성 기능이 적용된 지상군 자원소요 분석모델의 전투편성 입력절차와 세부 기능을 알아보았다. 둘째, 표준전투편성 기능 및 알고리즘을 개발하여 구현하였다. 개념을 정의하고 기존 전투편성 기능 분석을 통하여 도출된 주요 개발기능을 활용하여 사용자 인터페이스 설계 및 개발된 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 알고리즘은 절차 알고리즘, 표준전투편성 알고리즘, 오류체크 알고리즘으로 구분하여 개발했다. 셋째, 개발된 기능을 활용하여 사용자 입력소요시간과 편리성에 대하여 내용을 측정하여 통계분석을 실시했다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 표준전투편성 개념의 최초 적용 및 기능 구현을 통하여 입력소요시간 단축 및 사용자 편리성을 향상 시켰으며, 새로운 모델기능의 발전가능성을 제시했다는 점에서 큰 의미가 있다고 판단된다. This study investigates the wargame model application of SCO(Standard Combat Organization) concept and function for the first time. Firstly, we examine the combat organization function of wargame models suggested by published theses and research papers, and then analyze input processes and detail function of GORRAM(Ground Operation Resources Requirement Model) combat organization that is related to wargame logic. Secondly, we also reflect developed SCO algorithm and function, as follows. We defined SCO concept, and developed UI(User Interface) design and algorithm using main functions that are deducted by analyzing of existing combat organization. This algorithm consists of process, SCO, and error check algorithms. Finally, we analyzed the results of statistic verification on input time reduction and user convenience of combat organization function. Therefore, this study contributes to improving input time and user convenience of combat organization, as well as structuring new function of wargame model through the application of SCO concept and function.

      • 중동의 민주화 혁명을 통해 본 북한의 민주화 혁명 요인분석

        It was December of the year 2010, when a spark of pro-democracy revolution i gnited in the name of "Jasmine Revolution" in Tunisia. With the cumulated unemploym ent rate of the young and the economic hardships that have pressured the nation for lo ng, the incident of an unemployed 26 year old Buajizhi``s attempt to burn himself has sp read all over the world through ‘Youtube’. The incident set a fire of revolution on the n ation, turning citizens to protestors and exiling president Ben Ali to Saudi Arabia, thus c ollapsing despotism that has pressured the nation. This flame of revolution has spread t o its neighbouring nations such as Egypt and Libya - putting an end to the despotism o f Mubarak and Kaddaphi. It is also heating up other Middle Eastern nations, such as Sie rra, Jordan, and Yemen. Scholars worldwide have mentioned 7 main factors throughout political, econom ic, and social issues that has come to ignite this revolution in the Middle East. ① The l ong years of dictatorship ② Irregularities and corruption of power ③ High unemploym ent rate ④ Poverty of the poor ⑤ High ratio of the young in the population ⑥ Rep ression of freedom ⑦ The development of SNS. According to the study that has analyze d the common factors of nations that have succeeded in a pro-democracy revolution - T unisia, Egypt, Libya- the factors have been proved of its adequateness. Although for Lib ya, SNS wasn``t as active as those of other nations - but this has been a chance to notify the world about the incident in Libya and it was through the human network that has broadcasted the situation, making it a reasonable factor for contributing to the ignition of protest and revolution in Libya. North Korea is very much similar to that of the above three nations in politica l, economical, and social aspects. If we apply the 7 factors that we have concluded from the Middle Eastern incident, we can easily figure out the possibilities of revolution. Nort h Korea has been suffering under dictatorship since the Kim Il Sung regime to this day, which is counted up to 62 years in total. The irregularities and corruption of the elites a nd the everlasting poverty of the people as a member of one of the world``s poorest nati ons, and the extreme suppression of liberty makes it a thorough reason for revolution. However the uncommunicative and extreme control, lookout, and the education of comm unistic ideologies makes the North Korean themselves unconscious of their own situatio n, therefore lowering the chances of revolution. Furthermore in the case of North Korea, internet has been disconnected from the world under government control, and restriction in overseas travel and oppression of speech, along with the unbelievable mobile user rat e of 1.6% makes the possibility of revolution in North Korea as near "zero" for the mea nwhile. Nobody ever thought that the Tunisian, Egyptian, and especially the Libyan go vernment would collapse down, but it has now become a reality. We are now neglecting the possibility of the ignition to a pro-democracy revolution in North Korea. However N orth Korea satisfies all of the above-stated 7 reasons that has brought up the revolution in the Middle East, only with the exception of the SNS. If only the people of the North become conscious about their own reality, it is possible for a pro-democracy revolution t o ignite. Thus the application of the weak factors of the pro-democracy revolution has it s value as a effective card to suppress against the North in the short term, and in the mid-long term, it could be used as a tool to open North Korea``s closed doors and help construct a democratic nation. This would greatly help the cooperation of the two Korea s in unifying the nation, so the need for a continued effort and research in the field of national policies and military strategies.

        조선 용접물량산출 시스템 개발을 위한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to develop computerized estimation system of a welding material quantity for the ship structure fabrication, which is aid to select design of welded joint detail and to calculate or sum the amount of welding material more accurately. For this purpose, welding standards in shipyard and the parameters related to the welding material quantity are reviewed. The estimation sequence of welding material quantity for the ship structure is summarized systematically in the way of welding engineer would expect to work.<br/> Finally, a computer software to perform this task is developed through the use of the integrated system which use the object-oriented paradigm to represent the user-thinking more closely and database system to store practical parameters for ship structural details.

        DNS 증폭 공격 탐지를 위한 근실시간 DNS 질의 응답 분석 시스템에 관한 연구

        DNS 증폭 공격은 새로운 타입의 DDoS 공격의 일종이며 이러한 DNS 공격이 요즘 빈번히 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 기존 연구에서는 DNS 캐쉬의 트래픽의 증폭량을 탐지하여 다량의 패킷을 보내는 IP를 탐지하기도 하며, 질의 요청과 응답 패킷 사이즈의 크기 비율을 탐지하기도 하였다. 하지만, 이와 같은 DNS 패킷 트래픽 기반의 탐지방법은 주소체계 변화에 따른 패킷 사이즈를 감당할 수 없으며, 분산된 공격에도 취약하다. 또한, 실시간 환경에서의 분석이 불가능하였다. 하지만, 본 논문에서는 실제 ISP의 DNS 데이터를 중심으로 근실시간 통합 분석이 가능한 DNS 질의 응답 분석 시스템을 구축하여 효율적인 DNS 증폭공격 탐지 방법을 제시한다. DNS amplification is a new type of DDoS Attack and nowadays the attack occurs frequently. The previous studies showed the several detection ways such as the traffic analysis based on DNS queries and packet size. However, those methods have some limitations such as the uncertainty of packet size which depends on IP address type and vulnerabilities against distributed amplification attack. Therefore, we proposed a novel traffic analyzing algorithm using Success Rate and implemented the query analyzing system.

        고마리 지상부의 항산화활성 성분

        The antioxidant activity of.Persicaria thunbergii(Polygonaceae) was determined by measuring the radical scavenging effect on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical. The methanol extract of P. thunbergii showed strong radical scavenging activity at an IC50 concentration of 12.2mcg/ml, and thus fractionated by solvent extraction. The EtOAc soluble fraction was stronger than the others, and was further purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Antioxidant isorhamnetin (1), quercetin (2), quercitrin (3) and isoquercitrin (4) were isolated from the EtOAc soluble fraction. And isorhamnetin-3-sulfate (5) was isolated from the n-BuOH fraction. Compounds 2,3 and 4 were found to have strong antioxidative potency.
