일제강점기에는 이성계 관련 활자본 역사전기류로 3종류가 출판되었다. 출판된 작품은 〈태조대왕실기〉(회동서관), 〈조선태조대왕전〉(덕흥서림), 〈조선태조실기〉(대동성문사)이다. 조선시대에는 이성계와 관련하여 그의 생애를 전체적으로 다루기보다는 단편적 서술을 통한 일화 중심으로 기록하거나 편년사의 체재에 포함시켜 다루어 왔다. 따라서 활자본 역사전기류의 출판을 통해 이성계의 생애를 전체적으로 조감할 수 있게 되었고 이를 통해 개국 군주로서의 영웅성에 대한 이야기들이 보다 쉽게 확산되었다고 할 수 있다. 그렇다고 이들 작품이 모두 같은 내용으로 되어 있는 것은 아니다. 〈태조대왕실기〉에서는 하늘에서 정해진 이성계의 운명을 부각시키면서 초월적 존재에 의한 중화적 질서로의 재편을 기대하고 있다. 〈조선태조대왕전>에서는 역사적 사실을 토대로 영토문제를 제기하면서 조선시대에 대한 민족적 자부심을 부각시키고 있다. 〈조선태조실기〉는 기존의 문헌 기록을 수록하고 재편하는 과정을 통해, 잊혀져가는 조선 왕실의 정통성에 대한 교육적 효과를 높이려 하였다. Three printed books were published about the historical biography of Lee Sung-gye during Japanese occupation: “Joseon Taejodaehangjeon” published by Deokheungseorim, Taejodaewangsilgi by Hoidongseogwan, and Joseon Taejosilgi by Daedongseongmunsa. No works dealt with Lee Sung-gye’s life during the Joseon dynasty, and the publication of these books of historical biography consequently made it easier for people in general to understand Lee Sung-gye’s life and heroic qualities as a monarch who founded this dynasty. Specifically, the books on the historical biography of Lee Sung-gye served to heighten contemporary people’s national pride during Japanese occupation, and there was a yearning for a new heroic figure in the books as well. The books are not the same in terms of content. In the book “Taejodaewangjeon,” Lee Sung-gye’s destiny as a king was highlighted in a hope for the establishment of new order by a transcendental person. In another book “Taejodaewangsilgi,” historical facts were described to heighten national pride in the Joseon era. In the third book “Joseon Taejosilgi,” existing records of literature were reorganized to boost the effect of education on the history of the Joseon era.

모바일 메신저를 이용한 개선된 2-Factor 인증기법

최근 피싱과 파밍으로 인한 사용자들의 피해가 속출하고 있다. 또, OTP(One Time Password)의 MITM 공격에 대한 취약성이 밝혀지면서 기존의 인증기법을 개선할 필요가 있다. 그러므로 피싱과 파밍 공격을 방지하고 OTP의 취약점을 개선한 인증기법을 제안하는 것은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 메신저를 이용한 피싱/파밍 방지기능을 제안한다. 또한 제안하는 기법은 1차로 기존과 같은 ID / PWD 방식 인증과 2차로 모바일 메신저 상에서의 인증시작버튼, 3차로 물리적인 QR코드 인식후 인증을 하는 3단계 인증을 통해 개선한다. 제안하는 인증기법은 일상생활 속에서 많이 사용하는 메신저와 카메라 기능을 통해 진행되므로 사용자는 추가적인 기능을 배울 필요가 없으며, 친숙하게 사용할 수 있다. 피싱/파밍 공격은 물론 MITM공격에 대한 취약점을 메신저의 특징과 2차, 3차 인증단계를 이용해 막아낼 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

세종시의 상황은 세종이 왕이 되면서 겪어야 했던 과정과 닮아 있다. 왕이 되리라 예상할 수 없었던 상황에서 세종은 왕이 되었고 어려움을 극복해 갔다. 세종시도 갑작스럽게 행정도시로 계획되었고 준비의 시간 또한 짧았지만, 이후 험난한 과정을 거치고 때를 기다리며 현재의 세종시로 성장해 가고 있는 것이다. 따라서 세종시의 발전을 기대하기 위해서는 세종이 앞서서 우리에게 보여주었던 인문정신에서 많은 시사점을 찾을 수 있다. 세종이 오늘날 우리에게 기억될 수 있었던 이유로 기다릴 줄 알았고, 다른 길을 걸었으며, 함께 가는 길을 택했던 인문정신을 꼽을 수 있다. 따라서 세종시의 지역 정체성도 세종의 인문정신과 같이 다른 도시를 모방하는 것이 아니라 새로운 공간을 창출하고, 사람들과 지역이 통합할 수 있는 도시로 가꾸어 가는 과정에서 모색하는 것이 필요하다. 외형적으로 보기에만 세련된 인상으로 남는 것이 아니라, 신도심과 구도심이 함께 상생하고, 그 안에서 이전과 다른 문화를 새롭게 만들어 가는 과정이 세종시의 지역 정체성으로서 중요한 의미를 지니는 것이다. A situation of Sejong city has resemblance to the process that Sejong had needed to suffer with becoming a king. In a situation of having been unable to be expected to be likely a king, Sejong became a king and proceeded with overcoming a difficulty. Even Sejong city was planned abruptly as an administrative city and had short time in preparation, too, but is proceeding with growing as Sejong city of the present while waiting for time after going through the rough process following this. Accordingly, to expect the development in Sejong city, many implications can be found in the humanistic spirit that Sejong had shown to us in the above. A reason that Sejong could be remembered to us today can be pointed out the humanistic spirit that had known how to wait, that had walked a different path, and that had chosen a way of being gone together. Accordingly, like Sejong"s humanistic spirit, even the local identity in Sejong city requires a pursuit in the process of decorating as a city available for creating new space and integrating people and region, not for imitating other city. The process of newly making different culture from before inside it with being coexisted both new downtown and old downtown, not of being left as a sophisticated impression just ostensibly and seemingly, is what has an important significance as the local identity in Sejong city.

세종시 소재 유교문화 자산의 가치와 콘텐츠화 방안 연구

유교는 우리의 삶과 문화에 지속적으로 영향을 미쳐왔기에, 관련된 문화자산도 전국적으로 분포되어 있으며, 이를 활용하기 위한 노력도 각 지방자치단체에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 세종시에서도 지역에 소재해 있는 유교문화 자산의 가치를 높이고 이를 콘텐츠화하기 위한 방안들을 모색하고 있으며, 이를 통해 지역민들이 세종시의 역사와 문화적 전통에 더욱 관심을 가질 수 있기를 기대하고 있다. 세종시에 소재해 있는 유교문화 자산 가운데, 콘텐츠로 활용 가능한 유교문화 자산으로 주목되는 것은 서원, 향교 등의 건물들과 지역에 연고가 있는 인물들이다. 다만 이러한 유교문화 자산들은 기본적으로 인근의 지역들과 공유가 가능하기에 지역만의 특징적인 자산으로 강조하기는 어렵다. 따라서 각각의 유교문화 자산을 하나의 이야기로 연계하여 지역의 상황에 특화된 스토리텔링 전략이 필요하다. 스토리텔링의 주제로 성리학의 역사적 전개 과정을 구상하였다. 세종시에 소재한 안향을 모신 합호서원과 이유태를 기리는 초려역사공원, 이중환 집안의 묘소, 근대전환기 성리학자를 모신 덕성서원 등을 하나의 주제로 이야기화하여 전달할 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 스토리텔링은 성리학의 도입과 확장 및 변화 그리고 쇠퇴라는 흐름으로 수렴된다. 이와 같이 세종시에 소재한 유교문화 자산을 하나의 이야기로 엮어낸다면, 이는 세종시 유교문화 자산이 타 지역과 구별되는 특징이 된다. Confucianism continued to have influence upon our life and culture. Thus, its relevant cultural assets are also distributed nationwide. Even an effort to utilize this is being actively progressed in each local government. Sejong city is being also sought the plans for increasing the value of confucian culture properties and allowing these things to be contents in the area. This is expected to likely make local residents available for having more interest in historical and cultural tradition of Sejong city. What is noted as the confucian culture assets, which may be positively applied to contents in Sejong city, includes tangible assets like Seowon(書院, Confucian Academy), Hyanggyo(鄕校, Confucian School), and human resources of being connected to the region. Still, these confucian culture assets are not those that are relatively known widely, thereby being difficult to be emphasized by specializing only one confucian culture property. Accordingly, a storytelling strategy is needed that explains with connecting each Confucian culture property to one story. A theme of storytelling is integrated into the introduction and a change in Seongrihak(性理學). That is because Sejong city is placed Hapho Seowon(合湖書院), which enshrined Ahn Hyang, a historic park of paying a tribute to Lee Yu-tae, a tomb of Lee Joung-hwan"s family, and Deokseong Seowon(德星書院), which dedicated a shrine to Jeon U who is a neo-Confucian scholar in the end of Joseon Dynasty. Each of these Confucian culture properties is appropriate for highlighting characteristics dubbed an introduction, an extension, a change and a decline of Seongrihak(性理學). Hence, connecting the Confucian culture assets of being located in Sejong city to one story leads to being available for the overall introduction on a flow of Seongrihak(性理學), which was flowed in our country through this, and to being easy even for giving a manifest meaning. Also, this storytelling is judged to become likely foundation available for extending Confucian culture properties of being put in Sejong city to the contents in diverse methods.
