골프 스윙동안 그립의 압력과 중심이동을 관측하기 위하여 실험장치를 만들었다. 측정된 그립압력과 중심이동은 안정된 프로 골퍼의 스윙자세에서 일정한 형태를 보이나 스윙이 불안한 프로의 스윙에서는 불규칙한 결과를 얻었다. Experiment setup was designed to observe the grip pressure and the center of gravity during golf swing. The experimental results of grip pressure and center of gravity during swing showed the constant type in the envelop of force intensity of a stable KPGA pro as a function of time.
Improvement of Fluid Transfer Using Pneumatic Fracturing, Plasma Blasting, and Vacuum Suction

This study explored the fluid transfer characteristics of simultaneous pneumatic blasting, plasma blasting, and vacuum suction (the PPV method), and assessed their effect. Chemical oxidation—anestablished soil remediation method—was compared as a control. Electrical resistivity surveys found that PPV reduced resistivity by about 1.5-2.5 times compared with the control group, indicating that it increased the diffusion of fluid between the injection and suction wells. Injection and suction tests comparing the injection flow rate, initial suction flow rate time, and suction flow rate showed that the PPV method offered an improvement over the existing method. Slug tests revealed that PPV increased the permeability coefficient by a greater amount than that by the control method. This study qualitatively and quantitatively confirmed that the PPV method clearly improves injection and suction efficiency by accelerating cracks in the ground and improving water permeability compared with the established chemical oxidation method.

본 연구에서는 골프 스윙을 위한 법칙과 원리 및 선택 등을 제시하였고, 또한 타이밍에 영향을 주는 요인과 템포와 타이밍 인자의 측정에 관한 내용을 제시하였다. 골프 스윙에 있어 타이밍과 템포의 원리는 매우 중요하고, 특히 골퍼의 자세, 그립의 압력, 무게중심 이동은 타이밍과 템포를 위 한 훈련에 있어 중요한 특정들로 관찰되어 오고 있는데, 본 연구에서도 우리는 타이밍과 템포 훈련 이 골프스윙에 있어 정확성에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 사실을 알 수가 있었다. 이를 면밀히 살피고 자 실시한 시abf레이션 기법에서 골프선수의 스윙 전과 스윙 후의 동작들, 혹은 각기 다른 클럽으로 볼을 치도록 한 모션이나, 발의 거리 등은 미묘한 상관성이 있는 것으로 밝혀지고 있다. 특히, 자선 의 골프 스윙을 향상 시키고자 문헌을 고찰한 골머들은 그렇지 못한 피험자들 보다 경기력과 정확성이 높음을 알 수가 있었다. 궁극적으로 우리는 골퍼 훈련에 있어 타이밍과 템포는 정확성을 향상 시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 복잡한 운동동작에도 관여 된다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. The laws, the principles and the preference for golf swing were discussed. The effects of principle of golf swing on timing were studied. The swing posture, the grip pressure and the translation of gravity were measured to observe each swing characteristics in the training of timing and tempo. In this study, we might know the influence of training in timing and tempo on performance accuracy in golf. During pre- and post-testing, one or two participants hit golf balls with different clubs in a golf course simulator. The dependent measure was the distance in feet that the ball ended from the target. Between the pre- and post-test, participants in the experimental condition received timing and tempo training with an instrument that was designed to train participants to tap their hands and feet in synchrony with target sounds. The participants in the control condition read literature about how to improve their golf swing. The results indicated that the participants in the experimental condition significantly improved their accuracy relative to the participants in the control condition, who did not show any improvement. We concluded that training in timing and tempo leads to improvement in accuracy, and that our results have implications for training in golf as well as other complex motor activities.

본 연구의 목적은 목표의 개념과 목표와 수행와의 관계를 문헌조사하고 , 스포츠 목표설정의 원리를 분석해서 현장 지도자들에게 효율적인 목표설정 원리를 이해할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 목표의 개념과 목표 -수행관계로는 목표의 개념 정의 및 목표의 유형이 포함된다. 목표설정의 원리로는 측정 가능한 목표, 구체적 목표, 실제적 목표, 장기적 및 단기적 목표의 복합적 설정, 팀 목표와 개인목표의 복합적 설정, 과정목표 및 수행목표 설정, 연습목표와 경쟁목표 분리 설정, 전략 확인, 피드백 제공, 목표개입 수준 증가, 개인차 고려를 설정해야 한다. 또한 잘못된 목표설정에 유념해야 한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the concept of goal and relationship between goal and performance and to help understand the principle of goal setting for coaches by analyzing the principle of sport goal setting. This study includes the concept definitions and types of goal. The principle of goal setting includes measurable goal, specific goal, realistic goal, combination of long and short-term goal, combination of team and individual goal, process and performance goal, separation of practice and competitive goal, strategies, feedback providing, improvement of goal intervention level, and individual difference. And be careful of faulty goal setting.

The change of grip pressure and its relative importance in the swing are discussed. Experimental setup was designed to investigate the time-dependent change of grip pressure, which resulted in changes in the electrical signals of strain gauge. A golf club was used with a strain gauge, which respond to the pressure of the grip. The objective was to determine the precise moment and magnitude of pressure in the downswing when the golfer hits a golf ball. In this paper, grip pressures at various positions of left hand of professional golfers were measured and discussed. It was demonstrated that the pressure impulses could be associated with a dynamic model of the swing.
스윙 동안 시간의 변화에 따른 지면 반발력 측정과 골프 스윙의 자세 분석

An understanding of forces applied by the feet to the ground during the golf swing is good for achieving proper golf swing mechanics and optimal performance. In this paper, ground reaction force for 3 male KPGA professional golfers were recorded. The translation envelop changes of ground reaction forces of the general professional golfers were nearly consistent during the swing. A left hander professional golfer translated unstably the center of gravity between right feet and left feet, and need training to correct the posture in swing. The disturbed posture of KPGA professional golfer has the long time of backswing comparing to the ordinary posture of KPGA professional golfer. The disturbed posture of top of backswing was investigated to coincide with the photographic result of ground reaction force through high speed camera.
