Chitobiase from Aeromonas salmonicida YA7-625 was purified from culture broth through ammonium sulfate precipitation, chitin affinity adsorption, hydroxylapatite column chromatography and gel filtration, with 47.2% yield and 31.5 fold purity. The molecular weight of purified chitobiase was 15,000 daltons, and the chitobiase showes maximum activity at the condition of at 40℃ and pH 6.0. The effects of various metal ions and inhibitors show thatcystein, glutamic acid, serine, tryptophan, and tyrosine residues seem to be cencerned in chitobiase activity.

The purpose of this research is to suggest the promotive directions of Quality Circle activity. Since 1975, variety of organizations in Korea have widely the implemented Quality Circle activities for their management systems. Today, Companies are facing the harsh realities of a competitive environment. This is no time for revolutionary change. Instead, Companies are instituting revolutionary change meant to have impact within a very short time frame. The Worker`s Quality Circle activity is, essentially, a trouble shooting oriented voluntary small group within their working place to improve the surroundings creatively. The industries have enthusiastically used Quality Circle activities and were influenced from them. The Quality Circle activities can be regarded as a kind of Knowledge Management where new knowledge is created and knowledge is shared in the economy. However, the academics were less interested in this subject, as a result, there were no systematic guidances for Quality Circle activities. Also, the government was less interested in these activities, as a result, there were no systematic policy making for Quality Circle activities. Thus, in this research, the promotive directions for Quality Circle activities were suggested which were based on the results of survey Questionnaires presented to promoters of the domestic companies. As a results of this research, to maximize the effect of TQM(Total Quality Management) in the nationwide, Quality Circle activity as a bottom-up management should be more expanded and revitalized.

During the Qing dynasty, the status of historical scholarship was raised. Many scholars buried themselves in Textual Criticism(考證), and made many great achievements. Researches in Sima Qian’s ╵ Shiji(史記) were also very active. Liang Yusheng(梁玉繩)’s ╵ Shiji Kaozheng(史記考證) and Cui Shu(崔述)’s ╵ Kaoxinlu(考信錄) were their representatives. Liang thought that the text of Shiji was credible. He just tried to find historical evidences and correct the flaws in the process of transmitting the text. However, he was overly dedicated to finding historical evidences. As a result, he had attitude of doubt, and in many cases it was in vain. His evidential research about Baiyi Liezhuan(伯夷列傳) was an example of that attitude. Meanwhile, Cui maintained that some parts of Shiji was not credible, and denied the system of the Five Emperors in 「Wudi Benji(五帝本紀)」 entirely. But Cui was excessively obsessed by the sageness of Confucius(孔子). He defended Confucius by using a book he himself didn’t trust as an evidence of Confucius’s sageness. He was criticized for being irrational in defending the sage. That was his weak point.

풍력블레이드는 가벼워야 하며 강도면에서 신뢰성이 확보되어야한다. 최근 들어 복합소재를 적용한 블레이드가 많이 선보이고 있다. 현재 가장 많이 사용되는 유리섬유/에폭시는 경제성 및 강도면에서 우수하여 많이 사용되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 유리섬유(80%)-탄소섬유(20%)/에폭시를 사용하여 강도를 높이고 무게를 경감시켜 효율을 증가시키고자 연구하였다. 국내 풍황에 적합한 1kW급 풍력블레이드의 Airfoil을 개발하여 강도를 평가하고 블레이드를 최적화 설계하였다. 유리섬유(80%)-탄소섬유(20%)가 적용된 복합재를 적층방법에 따라 실험하고 이를 블레이드 강도평가에 적용하였으며 FSI (Fluid-Structure Interaction)를 사용하였다. 이를 통해 블레이드의 무게경감 및 강도가 향상되었다.
In vivo 시험에 의한 잉어 ( cyprinus carpio L . ) 체내 endosulfan 의 대사

To study the metabolism and absorption of endosulfan in carp, ^(14)C-α-endosulfan was treated with the LC_(10) concentration (4.5 ㎍/L). In an in vivo test, endosulfan was metabolized (65∼80%) in tissues and endosulfan ether, endosulfan alcohol, endosulfan a-hydroxyether, and endosulfan lactone were identified, indicating that those are the main metabolites of detoxification in carp. The maximum levels of ^(14)C-endosulfan in the head, muscle, and gut occurred after 8 hr exposure. However, the maxima reached in the liver and kidneys after 30 min and 4 hr, respectively. Radioactivity in the tissue decreased rapidly 8 hr after treatment. The total amount of ^(14)C-endosulfan recovered in the liver, kidneys and gut of fish was about 80∼90% during the 8 hr treatment. The non-extractable radioactivity increased after 8 hr exposure (27∼31%). Endosulfan sulfate, the main degradation product in plant and mouse, was not detected during the test interval from tissues of the carp.

In this age of infinite competition, quality control plays a huge part in deciding whether companies survive or not. In order to successfully solve the fundamental questions of quality in corporate management under the given circumstances, I suggest that the followings are vital:1) continuous training of employees and competence development;2) advocating employees’ voluntary involvements and their will to work;3) revitalizing quality circle activities. Activities of quality circles, which are organized to work out fundamental problems within the corporation, are important in renovating the existing administration.<BR> Thus, the purpose of this study is to understand the degree of influence quality circle activities have on the management outcome of the corporation by analyses of actual proofs, and to raise the importance of these activities. Moreover, it purports to provide the foundation for domestic companies to move toward becoming competitive advantage organizations by endowing them with the motivation to activate quality circles.
