전남지역내 청소년의 약물사용 실태 , 지식 , 태도 및 관련 변인에 관한 연구

이 연구는 청소년 약물남용의 지식과 태도에 관한 것이다. 이 연구설계는 서술연구로서 1997년 11월 11일부터 12월 20일까지 32개 중, 고등학생 1830명의 자료를 수집한 것이며, 자료는 SAS통계프로그램으로 처리하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 청소년의 대다수는 TV, 신문, 잡지, 광고를 통해 마약과 약물남용에 관한 정보를 얻는다. 그 들 중 일부(48.8%)는 약물예방에 대한 교육을 경험하였으나 응답자(49.3%)중 일부는 예방교육에 불만족한 것으로 나타났다. 69.2%의 응답자들은 술과 담배에 대한 법적규제를 알지 못했다. 약물남용에 대한 인식정도 연구시 담배(79.1%), 술(74.1%), 본드(55.1%), 가스(49.8%), 각성제(48.5%), 마약(29%), 마리화나(27.8%) 순으로 심각한 결과를 보였다. 청소년 약물남용상태 또한 술(38.2%), 담배(14.3%) 순으로 심각하게 나타났다. This study was done to examine acknowledge and attitude of adolescent drug abuse. This study design was descriptive survey. The data were collected from 1830 students from 32 Middle, High schools from November 11 to December 20, 1997, using qestionnaires. The data were analyzed using SAS computer programs. The study results are as follows; The most of adolescent get the information on narcotics and drug abuse from TV, Newspaper, Magazine, Advertisement. Some of them(48.8%) have experienced the education on prevention of drug. However, respondants(49.3%) are answered unsatisfactory on preventive education. Respondants of 69.2% do not know the legal regulation on alcohol, cigarette. The survey on the degree of cognition on drug abuse shows the serious results; Cigarette(79.1%), Alcohol(74.1%), Bonds(55.1%), Gas(49.8%), Excitants(48.5%), Narcotics(29%), Marihwana(27.8%) and, Diuretics(21.9%). The situation of adolescent drug abuse are also serious, alcohol 38.2%, cigarette 14.3%, marihwana 9.4%.

Diphenylhydantoin의 家兎血糖濃度에 미치는 影響

Diphenylhydantoin, an anticonvulsant agent presently employed in treating grand mal epilepsy, when injected into a ear-vein of the rabbits anesthetized with urethane, produced hyperglycemia. Hyperglycemia induced by diphenylhydantoin was inhibited markedly by pretreatment of adrenalectomy and propranolol, beta-adrenergic blocking agent, but not affected by bethanidine, adrenergic neuron blockade. Hyperglycemic action of diphenylhydantoin was not produced in alloxan-treated rabbits. These observations that intravenous diphenylhydantoin elevated the concentration of plasma glucose due to stimulation of beta-adrenoreceptor, which seems to be closely related to adrenal glands.

Norepinephrine 및 Angiotensin의 승압효과에 대한 교감신경단제의 영향

The influence of some sympathetic blocking agents on pressor actions of norepinephrine and angiotensin was investigated in rabbits. 1. Phentolamine, sympathetic α-blocking agent, blocked the pressor action of norepinephrine, but did not affect the pressor action of angiotensin 2. Chlorisondamine, autonomic ganglionic blocking agent, potentiated the both actions of norepinephrine and angiotensin. 3. Guanethidine, bethanidine and debrisoquine, sympathetic neuronal blocking agents, potentiated the action of norepinephrine, while diminished that of angiotensin. 4. Reserpine, norepinephrine-depleting agent, increased the pressor response of norepinephrine, but did not influence the pressor action of angiotensin.

청소년의 약물남용 실태에 관한 연구 : 목포지역 청소년을 대상으로

21세기 정보화시대의 이행과 OECD가입 등의 선진국 사회로의 진입 등 우리나라는 커다란 변혁을 가져오고 가치관의 혼돈과 정치, 경제, 사회 모든 분야의 변화 등으로 급격한 사회문제들이 돌출되어 왔다. 또한 입시위주의 주입식 교육으로 인하여 청소년들에게 크나큰 스트레스를 유발하게 하여 심리적 부담감을 갖게한다. 청소년기에 요구되는 정서교육이나 인간교육을 외면한 채 일류만을 추구하는 교육으로 청소년들의 욕구를 충족시켜 주지 못함으로서 스스로 심각한 이질감과 소외감을 느끼게 하여 각종의 청소년 범죄와 비행을 유발하게 한다. 이것을 해소하기 위한 것의 하나가 청소년들의 마약류 및 약물남용문제인 것 같다. 청소년들의 약물남용은 건강하게 자라야 할 청소년들의 정신과 육체기능을 황폐화 시킬 뿐만 아니라 가정, 학교 그리고 사회에서 미래의 주역으로서 희망찬 미래가 보장되지 못하는 커다란 사회문제로 대두되고 있는 현실이다. 이런 맥락에서 볼 때 이 지역 목포에서도 청소년들의 약물남용이 예외일 수는 없다고 판단하여 약물남용의 실태와 예방대책을 세워 건전한 정신과 건강한 신체를 영위하게 함으로서 행복한 삶을 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 하기 위해서 지난 1996년 11월 20일부터 12월 24일까지 목포 지역 청소년(중, 고등학교, 전문대학, 대학교)을 대상으로 「청소년의 약물남용실태에 관한 연구」란 제목으로 설문조사를 실시한 내용의 결과를 통계분석처리하여 정리한 것이다. In 21st century, there are many great changes in our lives that come from globalization, adherence of OECD and the beginning of the advanced country. Most of all, those developments make our lives so complicated and choatic in the field of politics, economic and social stability. Also, the stressful education systems just concentrate on memorization of certain knowledge from teacher. Those school education gives adolescents heavy emotional burdens. Today, education systems seriously become one of big problems, because that only looks for the best. That is why adolescents feel isolated from that type of education system. Therefore, adolescents look for their true needs outside of school classroom. For example, they commit juvenile crime and delinguent in order to be satisfied with their wants. In addition, adolescent's drug abuse is one of serious problems in another way to escape form their stressful environment, such as, exam hell. In fact, adolescent's drug abuse makes their emotional, physical statement so ruined. In all senses, there is no exception for drug abuse in Mok-Po. Recently, research on the reality of adolescents get over it. This research on the reality of adolescent's drug abuse and prevention is based on statistics from the survey in Mok-Po from Nov. 20 to Dec. 24, 1996.

Choryongdamsagan-Tang water extract(CWE), when given intravenously, produced hypotensive action in rabbit. The hypotensive action induced by CWE was inhibited by pretreatment of atropine, anticholinergic agent, and diphenhydramine, antihistamines, but potentiated by pretreatment of physostigmine, cholinesterase inhibitor. The hypotensive action induced by CWE was not influenced by bethanidine, sympathetic blocking agent, chlorisondamine, autonomic ganglionic blocking agent, and propranolol, sympathetic beta blocking agent. The CWE did not affect the pressor actions caused by norepinephrine, sympathetic alpha receptor stimulant and carotid artery occlusion. Above results suggest that CWE produce the hypotensive action through muscarinic action and histnmine like action.

흰주의 혈압에 영향을 미치는 약물의 작용에 대한 Naproxen과 Arachidonic acid의 영향

In order to investigate the influence of naproxen, prostaglandin biosynthesis inhibitor, and arachidonic acid, prostaglandin precusor, on the blood pressure response by drugs such as norepinephrine, angiotensin Ⅱ, acetylcholine and by carotid artery occlusion, this study was preformed in male rats. Naproxen did not influence on the pressor action of norepinephrine. potentiated the pressor action of angiotensin Ⅱ and the carotid artery occlusion, and inhibited the depressor action of acetylcoline Arachidonic acid did not influence on she pressor action of norepinephrine and the carotid artery occlusion, inhibited the pressor action of angiotensin Ⅱ, and potentiated the depressor action of acetylcholine.
