A literature study on the nasal stuffiness, the results are as follows. 1. The pathogenic factors nasal stuffiness are wind-cold, cold, fire-heat, heart & lung disease, deficiency of lung-energy and spleen & stomach disease caused by internal damage. 2. The method on the external treatment of nasal stuffiness are obstructive method, blowing method and pouring method, obstructive method used many. 3. The method on the internal treatment of nasal stuffiness are diaphoretic therapy, clearing away heat & toxic materials and warming the lung & invigorating the spleen. 4. You-taek-tong-gue-tang is used in nasal stuffness. 5. Herba Asari, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Flos Magnaliae, Fructus Xanthii, Rhizama Acori Graminei, Herba Menthae, Zanthoxyli Fructus and Spina Gleditsiae are used in nasal stuffness.

증예(症例) : 장기 생존을 보인 골, 폐 및 복강내 전이가 있었던 원발성 간세포암종 1예

원발성 간암세포암종의 원격전이는 예후가 불량하며 전이병소에 대한 고식적인 수술적 절제, 방사선 치료, 항암화학요법 등과 이들의 병행치료로 효과가 있다고 보고하고는 있으나, 본 증례에서와 같이 좌측 골반부, 우측 견갑부의 골 전이와 폐 전이, 복강내 전이 등 다발성 원격전이된 환자에서의 보고는 없는 상황에서 적극적이며 주기적인 방사선 치료로 비교적 장기 생존을 하며 치료 효과가 있었던 1 예를 보고하는 바이며, 향후에도 적극적이며 다양한 치료 방법들에 대한 보고들이 계속되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. Primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of the most prevalent cancers in the world, particularly in Asia and parts of Africa. Extrahepatic metastasis by blood stream dissemination are encountered in lung. bone, adrenal glands, pancreas, kidney and the spleen. The prognosis of extrahepatic metastasis from HCC remains lethal and average survival time after the time of diagnosis is under 6 months but appropriate local surgical resection of the metastatic region and systemic control with chemotheraphy and radiotheraphy can result in improved quality of survival. We report the case who had been alive 11 months after left iliac bone and then lung, right shoulder joint and peritoneum metastasis with only irradiation.

Photopolymerization of Methyl Methacrylate with 1,4-$C_6H_4(SiH_{3-x}Me_x)_2$

The bulk photopolymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA) with bis(silane)s such as 1,4-$C_6H_4(SiH_3)_2$ (1) and 1,4-$C_6H_4(SiH_2Me)_2$ (2) was performed to produce poly(MMA)s possessing the corresponding bis(silyl) moiety as an end group. For the bis(silane)s, while the polymerizaiton yields and the polymer molecular weights decreased, the TGA residue yields and the relative intensities of Si-H IR stretching bands increased as the relative bis(silane) concentration over MMA increased. The polymerizaion yield, polymer molecular weight, and TGA residue yield of MMA with 1 were found to be higher than those with 2. The bis(silane)s appears to influence significantly upon the photopolymerization of MMA as both chain initiation and chain transfer agents.

항결핵제는 황달을 포함한 전격성 간염에 이르기까지 다양한 정도의 간기능 이상을 초래할 수 있는데 INH, PZA에서 비교적 흔하고 INH와 RFP을 동시에 투여할 때 간독성의 상승효과가 있다. 저자등은 바이러스성 및 자가면역성 간질환이 배제되었고, 다른 독성 물질에 노출된 적이 없었던 4제 병용 투여환자에서 발생한 전격성 간염 1 예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 이를 보고하는 바이다. Idiosyncratic drug reactions may cause fulminant hepatic failure. The most frequent culprits are anaesthetic agents, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and isoniazid given with rifampicin. In approximately 10 percent of adults treated with the antituberculous drug isoniazid, elevated serum aminotransferase levels develop during the first few weeks of therapy. We report a twenty six year-old male patient with fulminant hepatitis due to antituberculous drugs (isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide), He, previously having been well, typically develops non-specific symptoms-nausea, malaise and showed jaundice. He suffered from uncontrolled ascites and pleural effusion. Viral hepatitis and alcoholic hepatitis were excluded from his history and serological study data. After changing of antituberculous drugs and with conservative care, he was discharged with improved clinical condition.

60세 이상 남녀노인의 체지방율과 심폐지구력 및 상·하지근지구력의 관계

The purpose lof this study was to identify relationship between elderly persons' body composition and physical abilities. Participants were 473 elderly persons more than 60 years old (246 males, 229 females) who lived in Seoul city during the period of the experiment. Height, weight, body fat, lean body mass, and total body water were measured for body composition. Two minutes working, 30 seconds chair stand and sit down, and arm curl (3kg for male, 2kg for female) were measured for physical ability using measuring equipments, a BIA Impedance, a stop watch, and dumbbells. The result indicated that elderly persons' physical abilities have negative relationship with fat mass and lean body mass has significant relationship with amount of total body water. Lean body mass, however had no relationship with physical abilities. Therefore, to improve elderly persons' physical abilities, to reduce their body fat mass, more aerobic excercise is suggested rather than weight lifting excercise.

근력운동이 폐경기 후 노인 여성의 여성호르몬 분비와 신체구성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to identify effects of resistant exercise on elderly females' secretion of estrogen and body composition after menopause. Eleven ladies more than 60 years old at regions of Seoul and Kyunggi were selected by stratified cluster random sampling for the study. Most of major muscle groups were trained with 12 weeks duration and 3 times per week frequency. The intensity was 70%RM with 10 repetitions for 3 sets. Hormone was tested at the first, 6th, and 12th week. Body composition was measured at the same time as the hormone test using the BIA Impedance and skinfold measurements. The result indicated that the resistant exercise improved secretion of estrogen. Although it was not statistically significant, plarticipants' fat mass and the percentage were reduced progressively and lean body mass was increased continuously as the exercise proceeded.

국제스포츠 정보 시스템의 현황 분석

Information has become a strategic tool with progress of sports science and sports technology. Demand on sports information is spreading to leisure, recreation, sociology, science of nutrition, psychology, sports medicine, sports therapy, prophylactic medicine, alternative medicine, sports industry and sports nature etc. if on line data base can be manipulated freely then acceleration and quality improvement of the study in this field can be effected and it is possible to gain new insight for receiving latest information But next problem is cost for use. For this reason this author summarized quick and effective on lline search points as follows: 1. Data base should be chosen with clear purpose for its use. Conduct prior investigation on contents and fee system of data base. With the same data base fee system may be differed depending on distributor therefore it is necessary to try different distributors at first as much as possible. 2. Prior to starting on line search prepare search method. If on line is started and then search method is checked than quickly telephone charge will go up. Search method should be prepared in advance by thinking sufficiently of what theme is to be searched. 3. Look for good advisor: lf there is no advisor nearby then the best thing is counselling with the person in charge for the distributor. If the result of search is stored at floppy disk by "downloading" then even after communication line is cut off it will be possible to print out anytime. 4. In this study the author explained about on-line search of lterature data line but recently it is possible to search overseas sports news or information on rate of victory or defeat of prfessional footbali etc. in real time. In Japan it is possible to search feature articles of Nihon Kesai or Asahi (except culture and sports column) by on-line. However in our country there are not many data bases in the field of sports and physical education which can be on-line searched. Our country belongs to up per level in the world in terms of study of sports science and technology and we are attracting attention from countries in Asia and from different parts of the world and the task facing us now is developing independent and unique data base for our country.

코칭 관리의 과정 모델 분석

The purpose of this study is to examine the process of 'coaching(administration)' .For that purpose, this study brought in the concept of the management process (VanderZwaag, H.J.) and the administrative process(Hodgkinson, C.) and examined the process model of 'coaching(administration)' . As the result of this study, the process of coaching (administration)' was characterized as follows. 1. The process model of 'coaching(administration)' consists of philosophy, planning, organizing, managing and valuating. 2. At the stage of philosophy and planning, the policy of 'coaching(administration)' is made. 3. At the stage of organizing and managing, the policy of 'coaching(administration)' is implemented and the process of 'coaching(administration)' goes on toward the purpose effectively. 4. The last stage of process (valuating) feeds back to the stage of philosophy. 5. The stage of philosophy has the possibility for changing the direction of process through the consideration of value.
