        지역혁신을 위한 지방정부의 국제교류 모델 분석 : 영국 ‐ 한국 간의 ‘혁신 트윈스’ 프로그램을 중심으로

        Local governments around the world have turned to international exchanges as a way to supplement scarce local resources. This is a long-standing practice, but it is also a newly recognized phenomenon. This is because the world is transitioning from a form of imperialism based on power in the early industrial revolution to reciprocal interactions in late capitalism. In particular, the modern model of economic growth, which is based on global collaboration, is further stimulating this. The UK’s local government “Innovation Twins” program is a good example of this. The implications for Korea are significant in that regions have emerged as key players in growth and innovation in a nationally-driven growth model. With this recognition, this study analyzes the case of the Innovation Twins program of the UK’s CPC, which is strengthening the innovation capacity of stagnant cities through international exchanges. This study proposes an ideal model of international exchange for local governments in Korea and presents an implementation model.

        Secukinumab 치료 실패 후 ixekizumab으로 성공적으로 치료된 판상 건선 1예

        If there is no improvement of the lesion despite the use of a biological agent, a change to another agent may be considered, and successful ‘intra-class switching’ has been reported. The reason for the effect of changes within the same class is explained as different depending on the molecular structure and pharmacokinetic characteristics of the drug. Pharmacokinetics may show differences in molecular affinity and half-life. Herein, we report a case of successful treatment with ixekizumab, the same IL-17A inhibitor class drug, after secukinumab treatment failure. The patient was diagnosed with psoriasis on histological examination, and treatment with secukinumab was started in November 2017. However, from the 5th month onwards, there was an insufficient response, and psoriasis worsened, and the treatment was judged as a failure and then stopped. Ixekizumab was started in December 2019, and almost all lesions have improved and remained stable thereafter.

        Laugier-Hunziker Syndrome의 임상적 특징과 더모스코피 및 조직학적 특징에 대한 연구

        Background: Laugier-Hunziker syndrome (LHS) is a rare, benign, acquired disorder that is usually characterized by hyperpigmentation of the oral cavity and lips, along with longitudinal melanonychia. Till date, its characteristics have not been investigated in a large number of patients in a single-center study. Objective: This study aimed to investigate the clinical, dermoscopic, and histological characteristics of LHS. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records, biopsy specimens, and clinical and dermoscopic photographs of 21 patients diagnosed with LHS at Pusan National University Hospital (Busan and Yangsan) over a period of 15 years (2008∼2022). Results: Among the 21 patients, 20 patients (95.2%) were female and one patient (4.8%) was male, and the mean age was 56.0 years (range: 18∼75 years). The lower lip (95.2%) was the most frequently affected oral mucosa, followed by the upper lip (81.0%), buccal mucosa (66.7%), tongue (57.1%), gingiva (42.9%), and palate (14.3%). The nails were the most commonly affected extraoral site, and in our study, eight of 21 patients (38.1%) presented with periungual lesions. Based on the dermoscopic findings, a globular pattern was the most common. Histologically, the lesions showed epithelial acanthosis and increased basal keratinocyte melanin without an increase in the number of melanocytes. Conclusion: This is the first study to investigate the clinical, dermoscopic, and histological characteristics of patients with LHS. The results of this study could be helpful in understanding LHS.

        Anderson 모델을 이용한 예비노인 장애인의 외래 의료이용 차이 분석

        본 연구는 예비노인 세대 중 장애인을 대상으로 앤더슨 모델(Anderson Model)을 적용하여 외래서비스 의료이용에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 수행되었다. 향후 노인 인구에 진입할 베이비붐 세대 중 장애인에 대한 효과적인 외래서비스 의료이용 방안을 마련하기 위하여 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 의료패널조사 자료를 활용하여 소인성 요인, 자원 요인, 욕구 요인별로 SPSS Ver.20.0을 이용하여 t-test와 ANOVA 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 대부분의 요인에서는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 성별과 만성질환 유무에서 외래이용에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 남자는 여자보다 의료이용이 적고 만성질환 보유자는 없는 자보다 의료이용이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 성별 및 만성질환 유무를 고려한 효과적인 외래서비스 이용방안이 제공되어야 할 것이다. This study concerns the investigation of the differences in the use of outpatient services by applying the Anderson model to the disabled Pre-elderly generation in South Korea. This is to provide basic data for the effective utilization of outpatient services for the disabled among the South Korean baby boomers, who will become senior citizens imminently. In this study based on the medical panel survey data, t-test and ANOVA analysis were conducted using SPSS Ver.20.0 by the factor of the predisposing, enabling, and needs. The analysis demonstrated no significant differences in outpatient use in most factors but in sex and the presence of chronic diseases. This study shows women were more likely to use medical services than men and patients with chronic diseases more than non-patients. Provision of proposals for the effective use of outpatient services in regard to sex and presence of chronic diseases based on these results is thus necessary.

        고체추진제 연소 중 알루미늄 응집 모델 연구

        Aluminum, which is a metal fuel contained in the composite solid propellant, is not ignited and burned on the combustion surface by the oxide film, and it partially melts and coalesces with surrounding aluminum particles. For the evaluation and design of the propellant performance, modeling was performed to predict the size and distribution of agglomerated particles, and the size and distribution of agglomerates were compared and verified through experiment. The predicted values showed the tendency to decrease with pressure as in the experiment, but the error increased as the pressure increased. The agglomerated particle distribution graph showed a difference in the volume fraction although the diameter at the peak was the same. 복합 고체추진제에 포함된 금속 연료인 알루미늄은 산화피막에 의해 연소 표면에서 점화, 연소되지 못하고 일부분 녹아 주위 알루미늄 입자들과 응집한다. 추진제 성능 평가 및 설계를 위해 응집된 입자의 크기 및 분포를 예측하기 위해 모델링을 수행하였으며 직접 실험을 통해 응집된 입자의 크기 및 분포를 비교 및 검증하였다. 예측값은 실험과 동일하게 압력에 따라 평균직경이 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으나 압력이 증가할수록 오차가 증가하였다. 응집 입자 분포그래프는 최고점에서의 직경이 일치했지만 체적 분률에서 차이가 나타났다.

        Surface deformation and landslides caused by the 6th nuclear test of North Korea on September 3, 2017 detected by satellite SAR and InSAR techniques

        The 6th nuclear test of North Korea on September 3, 2017 produced an mb 6.1 artificial earthquake and significant surface deformations detectable from satellite observations. Wang et al. (2018) have reported the surface displacement of the Mt. Mantap caused by the explosion by applying offset-tracking method to TerraSAR-X SAR images. Based on the assumption of elastic behaviour of the mountain body, they have modelled the rise and collapse of the mountain and suggested the location, depth and energy of the explosion. However, we suspect that the surface displacement might be caused by landslide in which case the elastic modelling would be misleading. In this paper, we use both SAR interferometry and offset-tracking method to quantify the elastic and random deformation caused by the explosion. The 3-D displacement vectors around the rim of the explosion, where the interferometric coherence is maintained, were obtained by using three ALOS-2 interferograms acquired in different orbits. Only eastwest component of the displacement vector was valid due to orbital characteristics, which indicates the explosive tendency of the bedrock of up to 25 cm in the rim of the mountain. Deformation on the ruptured zone, where the interferometric coherence is lost, was detected through visual inspection and offset tracking by using two pairs of high-resolution ALOS-2 and TerraSAR-X images. It showed up to 3.5 m displacement on the mountain slope towards the direction of gravity, which is similar to the results of Wang et al. (2018). However, we have visually identified many stable points and features that have not moved at all in the mountain flank surrounded by active surface deformation, which is believed to be stable bedrocks and outcrops. This implies that the displacements observed by the offset method in the mountain flank of the ruptured zone were mostly of landslides caused by the topsoil and boulder stones. It is suggested that elastic behaviour of the mountain body due to the 6th nuclear test of North Korea is unidentifiable and the subsequent modelling might be invalid in the mountain flank of the ruptured zone where surface motion from landslides is dominant.
