중성어혈약침 치료에 대한 임상논문 고찰 - 국내학술지를 중심으로

Objectives To review the case studies and controlled studies about Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture treatment. Methods We searched 92 studies about Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture from 6 Korean web databases, using words 'Jungsongouhyul', 'Jungsongouhyul and pharmacopuncture', 'ouhyulpharmacopuncture' and 'ouhyul and pharmacopuncture' in Korean alphabet. We removed 63 duplicated studies. And we excluded 12 studies by reviewing abstract and the contents of a study. Results We selected 5 case studies and 12 controlled studies, excluding experimental research and study not on humans, not using the Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture for major treatment. Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture was used mostly in whiplash injury and all studies showed that Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture is effective treatment. But we found some lacking parts with study design in most studies. Conclusions We found out that Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture is effective in various diseases. But we need to do more well-designed study to increasing reliability of Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture treatment.
주석-니켈 마이크로 분말을 이용한 EV 전력모듈용 천이액상 소결 접합

In this study, we have successfully fabricated the Sn-Ni paste and evaluated the bonding properties for high-temperature endurable EV (Electric Vehicle) power module applications. From evaluating of the micro-structural changes in the TLPS (Transient Liquid Phase Sintering) joints with Sn and Ni contents in the Sn-Ni pastes, a lack of Ni powders and Ni particle agglomerations by Ni surplus were observed in the Sn-20Ni and Sn-50Ni joints (in wt.%), respectively. In contrast, relatively dense microstructures are observed in the Sn-30Ni and Sn-40Ni TLPS joints. From differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermal analysis results of the fabricated Sn-Ni paste and TLPS bonded joints, we confirmed that the complete reactions of Sn with Ni to form Ni-Sn intermetallic compounds (IMCs) at bonding temperatures occurred, and there is no remaining Sn in the joints after TLPS bonding. In addition, the interfacial reactions and IMC phase changes of the Sn-30Ni joints under various bonding temperatures were reported, and their mechanical shear strength were investigated. The TLPS bonded joints were mainly composed of residual Ni particles and Ni<sub>3</sub>Sn<sub>4</sub> intermetallic phase. The average shear strength tended to increase with increasing bonding temperature. Our results indicated a high shear strength value of approximately 30 MPa at a bonding temperature of 270 ℃ and a bonding time of 30 min. 본 연구에서는 고온 대응 EV (Electric Vehicle) 전력반도체 칩 접합용 Sn-Ni 페이스트의 제조 및 특성 평가 연구가 수행되었다. Sn-Ni 페이스트의 Sn과 Ni 함량에 따른 TLPS (Transient Liquid Phase Sintering) 접합부 미세 조직 변화 관찰 결과, Sn-20Ni (in wt.%)의 경우에는 Ni 분말의 부족, 그리고 Sn-50Ni의 경우에는 Ni 분말의 과다 포함에 따른 Ni 뭉침 현상이 관찰되었다. Sn-30Ni과 Sn-40Ni의 경우에는 TLPS 접합 공정 후 상대적으로 치밀한 접합부 단면 미세 구조 조직을 가짐을 확인하였다. TLPS 접합 공정 후 접합부 시편의 DSC 열 분석 결과로부터 TLPS 접합 공정 반응 동안 Sn과 Ni의 충분한 반응이 일어남을 확인하였으며, 접합 공정 후 접합부에는 Sn이 남아 있지 않음을 확인하였다. 추가적으로 공정 온도 변화에 따른 Sn-30Ni TLPS 접합부의 계면반응 및 기계적 강도 시험이 수행되었다. TLPS 접합 공정 후 접합부는 Ni-Sn 금속간화합물과 반응하고 남은 Ni 분말들로 구성되었으며, 접합 온도가 증가함에 따라 접합부 칩 전단강도는 증가하였다. 솔더링 온도와 유사한 270 ℃의 접합 온도에서 30분 동안의 TLPS 접합 공정 수행 후 약 30 MPa의 높은 칩 전단 강도 값을 얻었다.
BALB/c 마우스에서 동종 지방유래 기질세포가 창상치유에 미치는 영향

Purpose: Adipose-derived stromal cells (ADSCs) are multipotent cells that have been found to promote wound healing through the process of angiogenesis and reepithelialization. Generally, it is well known that the antigenicity of ADSCs doesn't affect stem cell therapy. In this study, we investigated the effect of allogeneic ADSCs in the wound healing process by applying allogeneic ADSCs on the wound healing splint model of mice. Methods: Adipose tissue was harvested from the epididymal fat pads of BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice. Twenty four mice BALB/c were divided into three groups; control, isogeneic, and allogeneic groups. Two full thickness defects with 6 mm diameters were created on the back of BALB/c mice. $1{\times}10^6$ ADSCs from BALB/c mice were applied on the isogeneic group. In the allogeneic group, ADSCs from the C57BL/6 mice were applied. No cells were applied to the control group. The sizes of the wounds were evaluated in 3, 5, 7, 10, and 14 days after the wounds were applied, and tissues were harvested in 7 and 14 days for histological analysis. Results: Wound healing rates had showed significant increase in 10, and 14 days when the isogeneic group was compared to the control group, but the allogeneic group showed significantly decrease compared to the isogeneic group (p<0.05). Histological scores in the isogeneic group were significantly high, but significantly lower in the allogeneic group when compared to the isogeneic group in 2 weeks (p<0.05). In the isogeneic group, thick inflammatory cell infiltration with abundant capillaries were observed in 1 week, and thick epithelium with many large capillaries were observed in 2 weeks. Conclusion: When isogeneic ADSCs were applied to wounds, they presented a faster wound healing rate compared to controls and the allogeneic group. Unlike general stem cell therapy, these findings suggest that cell therapy targeted at enhancing wound healing may benefit from the use of ADSCs with identical antigenicity, as opposed to allogeneic or xenogenic ADSCs.

The paper gives an overview of the concepts, basic requirements, and trends regarding packaging technologies of power modules in hybrid (HEV) and electric vehicles (EV). Power electronics is gaining more and more importance in the automotive sector due to the slow but steady progress of introducing partially or even fully electric powered vehicles. The demands for power electronic devices and systems are manifold, and concerns besides aspects such as energy efficiency, cooling and costs especially robustness and lifetime issues. Higher operation temperatures and the current density increase of new IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) generations make it more and more complicated to meet the quality requirements for power electronic modules. Especially the increasing heat dissipation inside the silicon (Si) leads to maximum operation temperatures of nearly $200^{\circ}C$. As a result new packaging technologies are needed to face the demands of power modules in the future. Wide-band gap (WBG) semiconductors such as silicon carbide (SiC) or gallium nitride (GaN) have the potential to considerably enhance the energy efficiency and to reduce the weight of power electronic systems in EVs due to their improved electrical and thermal properties in comparison to Si based solutions. In this paper, we will introduce various package materials, advanced packaging technologies, heat dissipation and thermal management of advanced power modules with extended reliability for EV applications. In addition, SiC and GaN based WBG power modules will be introduced.
청아지황탕(靑蛾地黃湯)의 RAW264.7 Cell에서 항산화 및 항염증 효능 연구

Objectives This study was designed to investigate whether the Cheongajihwang-Tang (CT) has an inhibitory effect association with oxidation or inflammation in RAW264.7 cells. Methods Cytotoxic activity of CT extract on RAW264.7 cells was evaluated by using 3-[4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) solution. Nitric oxide production was measured using Griess reagent system. The total phenolic contents and 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity was measured to evaluate the anti-oxidative effects of CT. Dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCFH-DA) has been used as a substrate for measuring intracellular oxidant production. Results Cheongajihwang-Tang does not impair the cell viability in tested concentration. CT showed anti-oxidative effects in vitro by decreasing electron donating ability, and also showed anti-inflammatory effects suppressing NO and ROS expression in LPS induced RAW264.7 activation. CT inhibited the generation of intracellular ROS production as dose dependant manner. Conclusions CT has anti-oxidative effects and anti-inflammatory activities. These results indicate that CT extract has an anti-inflammatory activities via anti-oxidative effects. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2016;26(3):51-58)
