      • 융합적 표현활동 중심의 읽기전략을 통한 창의적 언어사용능력 신장

        다양한 기능이나 영역을 통합하여 학습하는 의미로 해석되고 교육계에 화두로 등장한 융합교육에 대하여 바르게 이해하고 수업에 적용하려는 생각으로 국어과 수업에서 융합적 활동으로 학습효과를 올리는 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 국어과에서의 융합은 듣기, 말하기, 읽기, 글쓰기가 단위 시간 안에 다양하게 시도하는 것을 의미한다. 이야기를 노래로 만들어 부르고, 미술과 융합하여 배경과 연극 소도구를 만들어 상황극이나 역할극, 무언극 등을 하는 등 많은 활동을 하는 과정에서 창의적 표현능력을 기를 수 있었다. 창의적인 대사를 만들고 감상문이나 다짐문, 일기, 편지글을 쓰는 과정에서 인성이나 진로지도도할 수 있었다. 이처럼 여러 교과와 융합을 이루며 다양한 활동과 통합을 시도한 것은 학생들의 흥미를 유발하였고, 적극적인 참여를 유도하게 되었으며 창의적인 언어사용능력을 신장시키게 되었다. STEAM(Fusion) Education is understood to integrate various functions or areas in teaching. These days STEAM Education is to be a topic of educational world. In order to understand STEAM Education correctly and apply to teaching, this study intended to present a method, which improves the benefits of learning of the Korean language teaching through STEAM activities. The meaning of Fusion Education in korean language teaching is an attempt to include listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a class time. Through the various activities such as composing a song with a story, making props for a situation drama, role play, and a pantomime integrated with arts, students could improve Creative Expressive Ability. Through writing creative dialogues, resolutions, diary, letters, describing their impressions could be possible to foster student's good personality and give them guidance counseling. This study tried to fuse various subjects, various activities. Due to STEAM(Fusion) Education applied to Korea language teaching, Students could be increased their interest, encouraged their positive participation, improved their creative language skills.

      • 개오동이 흰쥐의 Collagen 유발 관절염에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of Catalpa Ovata on the collagen-induced arthritis in the lewis rats. and we infere the effects of Catalpa Ovata on the rheumatoid arthritis in the human body. Methods : We investigated the effect of Catalpa Ovata on the Collagen-induced arthritis in Lewis rats via morphology, histology and serology as an experimental group, a control group, and a normal group. We feed Catalpa Ovata. only to an experimental group. Results : According to this research, the abnormal finding In Moire topography was 53.7% (1,018 students), and students needed X-ray re-examination were 11.2% (213 students). Students diagnosed scoliosis by X-ray re-examination were 1.8%. According to statistical analysis, interval between vertical base line of pelvis and vertical base line of neck, gap between left distance and right distance to the vertical base line of pelvis and difference of contour lines have strong correlations with deformity degree of the body surface examined by Moire. Conclusions : 1. The weight of an experimental group were lower than control group with statistically significant at 15 days later. 2, The paw edema volume of an experimental group were lower than control group at 10 days, 15 days later. but couldn't be found meaning. 3. The size of the tarsal joint of an experimental group were lower than control group at 5 days, 10 days, 15 days later, but couldn't be found meaning. 4. The volume of tumor necrosis factor-a at an experimental group were lower than control group with statistically significant. 5. The volume of interleukin-$1{\beta}$ at an experimental group were lower than control group with statistically significant. 6. An experimental group and a control group were showed ankylosing osteoarthritis, but an experimental group compared with a control group, alleviated In the fibrous ankylosis, destruction of articular cartilage and destruction of subchondral bony tissue. According to the above results, it might be considered that Catalpa Ovata has the suppression of the advance of the Collagen-induced arthritis and that result were presumed to bo connected with suppression of volume of the tumor necrosis $factor-{\alpha}$ and $interleukin-1{\beta}$ in the blood.

        Current Perspectives of Biodegradable Drug-eluting Stents for Improved Safety

        The introduction of the drug-eluting stent (DES) proved to be an important step forward in reducing the rates of restenosis and target lesion revascularization after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). However,the rapid implementation of DES in standard practice and the expansion of the indications for PCI to high-risk patients and complex lesions also introduced a new problem. DES in-stent restenosis (ISR) occurs in 3 ~ 20%of patients, depending on the patient, lesion characteristics and the DES type. The initial commercially available DES used a stainless steel platform coated with a permanent polymer to provide a controlled release of an antirestenotic drug. The platform, polymer and drug are all targets for improvement. More advanced metallic and fully biodegradable stent platforms are currently under investigation. The permanent polymer coating, a likely contributor to adverse events, is being superseded by biocompatible and bioabsorbable alternatives. New drugs and drug combinations are also a research goal, as interventional cardiologists and the industry strive towards a safer anti-restenotic DES. This paper reviews the benefits, risks, and current status of biodegradable drug-eluting stents.

        약물방출 스텐트 개발의 최신 동향 (Drug-Eluting Stents)

        Since A. Gruentzig performed successful balloon dilatation of coronary artery stenosis in a patient in 1977, the devel-opment of interventional treatment of coronary artery disease was truly remarkable. The percutaneous coronary inter-vention (PCI) has been a great advance in the treatment of coronary artery disease since implantation of bare metal stents (BMS) decreased acute recoil and arterial shrinkage caused by balloon angioplasty. However, neointimal hyper-plasia leading to in-stent restenosis after BMS implantation has been emerged a new obstacle. Recent introduction of drug-eluting stents (DES) contributes a powerful breakthrough to PCI. DES overcame restenosis, the impregnable lim-itation of PCI. Many large well-controlled randomized trials have shown that DES remarkably reduces restenosis and target vessel revascularization in de novo lesions when compared with BMS. Therefore the application of DES have been expanded to the complex lesions such as left main, multi-vessel, bifurcation, in-stent restenosis, or chronic total occlusion. The safety and effectiveness of DES are still under evaluation with ongoing trials. However, some problems such as very late stent thrombosis remained to be solved. In this review article, we summarize research trend in DES development.
