The tower cranes are widely used in very useful construction machine the sites of constructing high-structure and have a structural sensitiveness. Therefore, the accidents have often happened due to the deficiency of laborer's understanding md lack of safety of structure. Till now, as we have research and studied above, we can properly protect accidents by construction equipments particularly crane as well as most disasters which occur frequently in construction site. The goal of this study is the safety inspection model of the tower crane a construction site, which preventible the collapse accident of tower crane which is constructed by using the correcting frame. In order to accomplish the goal of this study, the field survey, the reference investigation and the structure analysis were performed for the collapse accident of tower nine using the correcting data. This study will be proposed a build-up solutions about operating and release of safety constructions and researched about software safety estimation. Also, preventing safety problems of Tower Crane Construction site as applying safety estimation program and laws and regulations. As a result, The real time control of tower crane inspection system is implemented by to illustrate the application of the adopted optimal design model.

Power plant industry has been developed at high-capacity, high-technology, and innovation. Steam turbine became the most useful equipment that dominate more than 50% of all the world electricity production. And developed new materials of the turbine blade and extended length of the turbine last blade brought reform in steam turbine performance upgrade. In this paper, when do partial load driving in high-capacity steam turbine, optimum driving method found whether there is something. In operating steam turbine, there is a lot of loss from secondary wake and throttle of the 1st stage nozzle by the biggest leading factor that load fluctuation affects in high-pressure steam turbine performance. Effect of internal efficiency by 1 stage nozzle is the biggest here, but here fluid flow and flow analysis were not yet examined closely definitely. So, Analyzed design data and acceptance performance test result to applying subcritical pressure drum type 560 MW, supercritical-pressure once through type 500 MW, and 800 MW steam turbines actually. In conclusion, at partial load driving, partial arc admission(PAA) is more efficient than full arc admission(FAA) efficiency. This is judged by because increase being proportional with gross energy of stream that is pressure - available energy if pressure of stream that is flowed in to the turbine increases, available energy becomes maximum and turbine efficiency improves. Therefore, turbine performance is that preview that first stage performance fell if decline is serious in partial load because first stage performance changes according to load.

Small & medium sized company is the most efficient way of management to prevent my accident in the area of industry. Employees are more than 30 to less than 50 persons and which is liable for securing a safety manager on site, is gradually seen on the surface. Even a small company is nothing less than a dead zone from a safety since it's free from his obligation of employing a safety manager. Let us now think about the effective measures against a industrial accident by collecting, reviewing a variety of preventive measures, which is being carried out for preventing an industrial accident happening in a small company, and comparing, analyzing the effect according to the respective measures. Through this research, it's expected to contribute to both the development of small & medium sized company and our national economy with the improvement of a company's competitiveness and the accumulation a technical background by way of prevention from occurring industrial accident in a small & medium sized company, in accordance with an friendly environment of work room to protect the employee from leaving his job.

유기발광소자의 효율 향상을 통한 성능 개선에 관한 연구는 많이 수행되었지만, 수명 향상에 관한 연구는 아직 미약한 실정이다. 유기발광소자의 대표적인 encapsulation 기술은 수분 흡습제를 부착한 금속판(metal cap)을 소자 뒷면에 부착시키는 방법이 주로 이용되고 있다. 이러한 방법은 유기발광소자의 두께가 두꺼워지고, FOLED(Flexible Organic Light Emitting Diodes)에 적용하기 어려운 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 유기발광소자의 수명을 연장하기 위해 polyp-xylylene을 CVC(chemical vapor condensation)법을 이용하여 parylene 고분자 박막을 증착하였다. 박막증착 반응기의 최적 공정 조건을 찾고 Parylene 박막의 특성을 분석하였다.
