基礎部에 外亂이 作用하는 ONE-LINK 彈性 ARM의 變位制御에 關한 硏究

This paper presents a study on the displacement control of the one-link flexible arm whose tip keeps a constant distance to the fluctuating surface of the target under fluctuation throuhg theoretical analysis and computer simulation. The analytical model is composed of three parts of DC SERVOMOTOR, FLEXIBLE ARM with a length(L), TIP MASS, and acted on the moment and shear force on each part of flexible arm. The relative displacement between the arm and the target is controled by DC servomotor driven by a feedback signal composed of the tip displacement and velocity. In the numerical analysis, Laplace Transform is used for development of the governing equations, and its solution is obtained by applying the method of Numerical Laplace Inversion used the Weeks Method. On this paper, the analysis about transient response of the flexible arm subjected to the square sine wave input signal and unit step input signal was performed through the theoretical analysis and computer simulation.
자동차 동력전달계의 비틀림 진동 기초 모델에 관한 연구

Resently, a study on the vibration characteristics of the driveline of a vehicle has been reported. The driveline of a vehicle has a complex structures which is composed of an engine, a flywheel, a transmission, a propellor shaft and a drive axle shaft and is affected to a bending vibration and torsional vibration. Also, because of the coupling of the bending and the torsional vibration, these vibration characteristics are complex and difficult to analyzing. This coupled vibration reduces ride comfort and control and adversely affects the life of a vehicle due to structural fatigue. According to these backgraounds, thes paper descrbes the trasfer mechanmisms of torsional vibration for the driveline of a vehicle. Variable parameters are the design parameters of a clutch. The trosional vibration model used in this study is composed of a three degree of freedom system, which represent to the engine, the transmission and the body of vehicle. By the result, trosional vibration characteristics for the change of clutch design parameters can be understood and generally constructed to a base materials of a further study.

The hydration characteristics of four naked baley varieties by different kernel sizes were investigated. The predominant kernel size was 7 mesh, followed by 10 mesh kernel, of which comprised 86∼94% of the total kernel. Diffusion coefficients of naked barleys at 40℃ increased as the kernel sizes decreased. The volume increases of naked barleys were linearly related to the moisture gain, regardless variety and kernel size.

The predominant kernel(7mesh) of naked barleys were polished to give 65% yield. The diffusion coefficients and volume increase rates of polished naked burleys at 40℃ were 3∼4 and 2.2 times greater than those of naked barleys, respectively. The moisture gains of polished naked barleys were linearly related to the volume increases. The hardness of polished naked burleys during soaking was exponentially decreased.
