가톨릭 수도자가 상담자로서 경험하는 소진의 현상학적 연구

본고의 목적은 가톨릭교회 수도자이면서 상담자인 연구 참여자들이 상담 현장에서 겪는 소진에 대한 주관적인 경험과 그 의미, 그리고 이를 어떻게 대처했는지 이해하려는 데 있다. 연구 참여자는 총 7명으로 종신 서원을 했고, 대학원 이상 상담 전문 교육을 받았으며 상담 경력은 5년 이상이다. 심층면접을 통해 면접내용 녹취와 기타 자료를 수집했으며, 지오르지(A. Giorgi)의 현상학 기술(記述)방법에 따라 연구 설계를 하고 자료를 분석했다. 수도자는 교회와 사회 안에서 다양한 활동을 하며 하느님 나라를 위한 봉사의 삶을 추구한다. 수도자의 이러한 역할과 함께 구체적인 상담 현장 안에서 상담 전문가로서 겪는 어려움을 파악했다. 또한 현실적인 측면에서 수도자 상담 직무를 살펴보았다. 이와 관련해 첫째, 수도자로서 상담자 소진 경험 과정과 영향, 둘째, 상담자로서 소진 경험이 수도자 삶에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 그 결과 수도자의 상담자 소진 경험은 큰 맥락에서 외적인 요인과 내적인 요인으로 나뉘었고, 신체・정서・행동적인 특징들이 드러났다. 소진 회복 과정에서는 적극적인 혹은 부정적인 대처 노력과 함께 수도자 신원의식을 분명히 했다. 그들은 또한 더욱 영적인 작업을 찾고자 갈망했으며 더욱 이타적인 활동을 추구했다. 소진 경험 후에는 자신과 이웃과 세상을 좀 더 폭넓게 이해하려고 했고, 영적인 통찰력과 신앙의 깊이가 변화되었다. 또한 상담 직무를 통해 하느님 나라 확장에 대한 수도자의 소명감을 가지고 ‘영적인 가치 중심 상담 활동’과 ‘참 인간됨의 자유를 누리는 삶을 살도록 돕고 싶은’ 바람이 제시되었다. 마지막으로 이 연구의 의의와 한계를 논의했다. The purpose of this study is to understand the subjective experience process and its underlying meaning of the burnout of the Catholic Church religious as the counselors and to understand their experience in dealing with such burnout. This study was conducted to analyze the subjective burnout experience and the coping method of the participants who are counselors with the ascetic lifestyle in the Catholic Church. The seven participants in this study have taken their final vows, and are counselors with counseling education(graduate school) and with more than five years of experience in the field of counseling. In-depth interviews were used to collect interview data and other data. The process of analyzing the experience of the participants was done through using the phenomenological descriptive method of Giorgi which gives meaning to the psychological implications of the individual experiences. As Catholic Church religious, they have a role to pursue a life of God’s Kingdom through various activities in the Church and society, and they need to play a professional role in a specific counseling field. This study sought to identify the difficulties of counselors and the role of counselor in the realistic aspect based on subjective experiences of participants. In this regard, first, the process and effect of counselor burnout experience as religious, and second, the effect of burnout experience as counselor on the life of the religious were analyzed. As a result, the counselor’s burnout as religious was experienced by extrinsic and intrinsic factors as burnout experience in a tidal–related job for a human being in a large context, and burnout was revealed by physical and emotional behavioral characteristics. In the process of recovering from burnout they clarified the identity as religious with the efforts of active or negative coping. They found more spiritual work, and pursued more altruistic activities. After the burnout experience, they tried to gain a broader understanding of themselves, their neighbors and the world. They showed a profound change in spiritual insight and faith. Through counseling duties, they showed a desire to help people to live a life of enjoying the spiritual value-centered counseling activity and the freedom of true humanity, with a sense of their calling as religious for the expansion of the kingdom of God. Finally, I discussed the implications and limitations of this study.
Research on the Waveform Generator Technology for the SAR Payload

Digital waveform generation technology for SAR payload can be divided into DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer) method and Memory Mapped(M/M) method. DDS is the single chip which consists of the Sine Table, NCO(Numerically Controlled Oscillator), DAC, and so on. DDS method is a very simple method because the circuit configuration is not complex but has a disadvantage that can not control phase and amplitude easily by using NCO. M/M method has the complexity of the circuit configuration because it requires the memories which stores the waveforms, the control circuits, and DAC. And this method should apply the high interface technology for being compatible with the wide bandwidth of the digital signal and has the difficulty for PCB design because the number of the signal lines should be increased according to the number of the data bits for DAC. Although it has several disadvantages, this method has the capability of pre-distortion function which can compensate the phase and amplitude characteristics of the system and also has an excellent advantage to make any arbitrary waveform, so this method is considered as an important technology with DDS method. This research describes the technological trends of the waveform generator for the SAR payload and analyzes the characteristics of the technology.
