This study tested the following issues to analyse the effects to the reliability, in service quality by travel agents` as well as awareness in work place fairness. The results showed that distribution fairness and process fairness had no effect on the reliability to the supervisors, interaction fairness influenced on the reliability to the supervisors.
Non-linear gain을 적용한 Automatic White Balance기법

In this paper, we propose a new method of automatic white balance which is one of the image signal processing techniques. Our method is conceptually based on gray world assumption. However, while previous methods generate linear results as multiplying pixel values by a gain, our method generates non-linear results using the feature of B-Spline curves. The two merits of deriving non-linear results are preventing AWB failure from transforming strong color of high level into wrong color and well preserving original contrast of an input image.

In order to maximize corporate performance with the improvement of competency for employees, it is necessary to study on the employee attitude resulting from the trust on the supervisor and organization in relation to equity perception in the work place of employee providing service fundamentally. It can be provided major suggestions on the implementation of management strategy to maximize corporate performance and strengthen positive customer response throughout effective human resources management. This study clarified the influence on the Organization Citizenship Behaviors, Trust on the equity perception in the employee work place. This study presented suggestions to implement effective human resources management strategy, for instance employee management, work place management in the travel agency industry. To achieve research objective of this study, detail tasks were performed as follows: First, analyzing the influence on the trust of employees for the equity perception on the employee work place. Second, analyzing the influence on the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors for the equity perception on the employee work place. Third, analyzing the influence on the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors on the trust for supervisor and organization of employees. Fourth, verifying the importance on the effective management of equity or trust in the work place to maximize corporate performance in the travel agent industry. Therefore it is necessary further study in depth based on the result of this study.

The purpose of this study clarified that how service quality is perceived and evaluated by the customers, and how can measure service quality providing a hotel firm. This study reviewed the theories and researches of the service quality and verified the influence on the customer satisfaction of korea tourists in the mainland china. This study also clarified the cultural gap of hotel industry between korea and china. The result of this empirical study in the hotel industry showed that key factors for the success of hotel industry was service quality and paradigm shift for the management. This study showed that the most customers in the 1990's demanded high quality service products from the hotel industry. In this study, the method of measurement for the service quality and scale's properties and potential were applied the development of a multiple factors provide by preceding studies, and T-test, ANOVA was applied for the statistical analysis. Finally, this study verified that service quality in the hotel industry could be important factor on the marketing point of view.
