송산그린시티 동측지구내 선진 상수관로파손감시시스템 구축기술

본 논문은 시민들의 Life Style 변화에 대응하고 송산그린시티의 미래상을 달성하기 위해 기술과 주거, 산업, 관광레저 등 기능이 상호 효율적으로 융합된 환경친화적 첨단도시를 건설하기 위하여 스마트 도시에 적용한 u-상수도 관로파손감지시스템 구축기술에 대하여 기술하기로 한다. 관로파손감지시스템은 송산그린시티 동측지구내 상수도관 상부에 설치되는 스마트예방시트, 관로파손 감지기, 관파손감지 소프트웨어, 서버 등으로 구성되며 중앙제어부(관파손감지소프트웨어, 서버)는 화성시 맑은물사업소내에 설치되어 SKT의 WCDMA방식의 무선통신망을 통하여 현장에서 화성시로 데이터를 전송하고 있다. 본 시스템은 굴착공사중 시설물 파손을 예방하고 관로 손상여부를 실시간으로 감지하여 이벤트 발생위치를 관리자에게 알려주여 누수손실을 예방하여 시설물의 수명연장을 도모한다. This paper deal with the advanced thchnology of water supply line breakege detection system in singsan green city. the technology apply for construction eco oriented high-tech city to merge residant, industial, tour reasure parts for songsan green city furture direction achivement and response for a life style change of people in the city. Breakege detection system consist of smart prevention seat, pipeline breakege detection sensor, analysis software, server. etc.. Central control unit sent the data to hwa sung city water supply office by WCDMA in SKY. the data are states about water supply pipeline, Location.etc. This system maintain the long term life cycle of water supply plpeline by the prevention the leakege event through ackonwledge information of evnet occurrence locaion. and used to realtime sense method about demage information of the pipeline and prevent to brekege facilities during excavation work.

십이지장 궤양의 합병증에 의한 십이지장-대장 누공은 매우 드물다. 보고된 경우의 대다수는 악성에 의하며 특히 횡행결장이나 대장의 간굴곡부에 생긴 종양에 의한다. 23세된 남자 환자로 상복부 동통, 악취성 트림 및 설사로 내원하여, 상부 위장관 내시경 검사 및 상부 위장관 조영술로 십이지장과 대장의 간굴곡부 사이의 누공을 확인하고 수술요법을 시행하였고 채취한 검체에서 십이지장 궤양에 의한 누공으로 확진한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Duodenocolic fistula as a complication of a benign duodenal ulcer is indeed rare. Almost all reported cases were caused by the carcinoma of transverse colon or hepatic flexure. Other rare causes of duodenocolic fistulas are intestinal tuberculosls, ulcerative colitis, lymphoma, granulomatous enterocolitis, trauma, syphilis, typhoid fever and so on. It,s prominent clinical feature is chronic diarrhea. Weight loss always occurs and the patient may complain of foul-smelling eructations. The diagnosis of duodenocolic fistula may be made by upper gastrointestinal barium studies, gastrofibroscopy and barium enema. Treatment consists of adequate preoperative preparation and operation. A 23-year-old male patient was admitted with epigastric pain and diarrhea. He was diagnosed as duodenal fistula by gastrofibroscopy, gastrointestinal barium studies and finally confirmed by operation with biopsy. Adequate preoperative preparation and operation was done with good results. Therefore, we report this rare case with the review of literatures.

Cytomegalovirus(CMV) commonly infects immunocompromised patient, including those with malignant disease, immunosuppression (particularly that induced by steroid therapy), organ transplantation AIDS. Involvement of the gastrointestinal tract is often associated with disseminated infection. Enteric involvement is expressed by inflammation, hemorhage, and ulceration. CMV is postulated to cause submucosal capillary and arteriolor vasculitis that can result in ischemic injury. CMV induced gastritic and colonic ulcers have not previously been reported in Korea. We report a patient of malignancy who had gastric & colonic ulcers assoicated with CMV infection whieh showed chracteristic histological finding of CMV infection in biopsed specimen.

재발성 피부 혈관염으로 발현된 급성 골수세포성 백혈병 1 예

급성 골수성 백혈병 환자에서 비특이적 피부 혈관염이 발생하는 경우는 드물게 보고되고 있으며 특히 피부 혈관염이 초기 증상으로 발현되는 경우는 아직까지 국내에서 보고된 바 없다. 저자들은 재발성 피부 혈관염을 주소로 내원한 환자에서 급성 골수성 백혈병(FAB 분류, 아형 M2)으로 진단된 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다. Small-vessel vasculitis involving predominantly the skin belongs to the hypersensitivity group of vasculitides. The association between cutaneous vasculitis and myeloproliferative and lymphoproliferative malignancies has rarely been reported. For this reason, we describe a patient presenting with cutaneous vasculitis as the initial clinical manifestation in whom a diagnosis of acute myeloblastic leukemia was subsequently established by skin biopsy, peripheral blood smear and bone marrow biopsy examinations. There is no previous case report in Korea, so we report this case.
