        바위취 에탄올 추출물의 항산화 및 항노화 작용

        To investigate the effect of ethanol extract of Saxifraga stolonifera MEERBURGH on skin care, we measured anti-oxidant and anti-aging activity. S. stolonifera ethanol extract itself had anti-oxidant activity in a dose-dependent manner in DPPH radical scavenging. Silica dose-dependently increased the intracellular ROS generation in RAW 264.7 cells. S. stolonifera ethanol extract inhibited silica-induced intracellular superoxide anion generation, $H_2O_2$ and hydroperoxide generation in RAW 264.7 cells. S. stolonifera ethanol extract significantly inhibited both hyaluronidase and elastase activity, also significantly inhibited MMP-1(collagenase) activity as well. In NIH 3T3 fibroblast cells, S. stolonifera ethanol extract significantly increased collagen-like polymer synthesis, which suggesting the S. stolonifera ethanol extract might be used as hydration and anti-wrinkle agents. From the above results, it is suggested that the main ingredients of S. stolonifera ethanol extract play an important role in anti-oxidant and anti-aging activity.

        Acteoside와 Isoacteoside의 항산화 작용 및 미백 효과

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of acteoside and isoacteoside isolated from Clerodendron trichotomum Thunberg on melanin production in B16 melanoma cells. In DPPH radical scavenging activity, acteoside and isoacteoside had a potent anti-oxidant activity in a dose-dependent manner. Both acteoside and isoacteoside dose-dependently inhibited silica-induced ROS (reactive oxygen species) generation in B16 melanoma cells. They significantly inhibited tyrosinase activity and melanin production in MSH-stimulated B16 melanoma cells. The inhibitory effect of acteoside was more potent than that of isoacteosidee. In Western blot of tyrosinase, acteoside inhibited MSH-induced tyrosinase expression in B16 melanoma cells, which is related to the inhibitory action of acteoside on tyrosinase activity and melanin production. These results show that acteoside and isoacteoside from Clerodendron trichotomum Thunberg has a potent antioxidant activity and whitening activity. The underlying mechanism of acteoside on whitening activity may be due to the inhibition of tyrosinase activity and tyrosinase expression.

        차전초 뿌리 추출물이 항산화 활성 및 피부미백 작용에 미치는 영향

        To investigate the effect of Plantago asiatica L. Root extract on skin care, we measured anti-oxidant activity and whitening action. As a result of measuring DPPH radical scavenging activity to examine independent anti-oxidation of PRE, there was slight scavenging activity. Fluorescent materials DHE, DCF-DA and DHR were each used to measure superoxide anion, hydrogen peroxide, and hydroperoxide created in RAW 264.7 cells, all concentrations were found to dependently prevent ROS production. Tyrosinase activation was found to be blocked dose-dependant. Melanin production was also prevented dose-dependant, but the effects were slight. Therefore, it is expected to be used effectively in development of functional cosmetic materials.

        비교론적 고찰을 통한 대학생 창업교육 활성화 방안 연구

        본 연구는 이미 대학생 창업교육이 활발하게 이루어지고 있고, 다수의 성공기업을 이루어낸 미국, 중국의 창업지원 및 대학에서 이루어지고 있는 창업교육의 특징을 살펴보고 기업가정신이 상대적으로 낮은 우리나라의 대학생 창업 활성화를 위한 창업교육의 개선 방안에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 창업은 국가 경제성장에 영향을 미치는 만큼 많은 국가에서 다양한 창업지원 정책을 마련하고 있다. 그에 반면 우리나라 대학 졸업생 창업율은 0.8%로 매우 미진한 것으로 나타났다. 대학은 도전적이고 창의적인 인재를 양성하는 기관으로서 창업을 통한 일자리 창출에 기여할 수 있다. 특히 대학 졸업 후 청년취업 문제의 해결방안으로도 창업을 고려하고 있으며, 창의적인 아이디어를 도출해 성공적인 창업이 이루어질 수 있도록 대학에서의 창업교육의 개선은 무엇보다 중요하다. 창업에 대한 대학생의 도전정신이 높아지고, 정부와 대학의 창업지원제도의 성과가 확산됨으로써 창업 성공 사례가 늘고 대학생의 창업문화가 꽃피워지기를 기대한다. This study was intended to examine the characteristics of start-up education in the U.S. and China, which have already been actively conducted by university students, and the U.S. and China, which have achieved a number of successful companies, and to look at ways to improve start-up education for college students in Korea with relatively low entrepreneurship. Already, Korean universities have similar start-up programs with the U.S. and China, and the university's support policy for start-ups has not lagged behind compared to the U.S. and China. Nevertheless, the preference for start-ups among Korean university students is significantly low, so policy support for the systematic characterization of start-up education step by step and the operation of field-oriented, connected start-up education should be actively operated in order to foster the will to start-up and entrepreneurship.

        비타민 나무 Seed 추출물의 항산화 활성 및 항염증에 관한 연구

        This study aimed to observe the effects of Sea Buckthorn seed extracts (SEB) on anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation. SEB were found to strongly depress ROS production depending on concentration, and 46.5% anti-oxidation effects were found in the top concentration of 100 μg/mL. Histamine and arachidonic acid release were measured to observe the effects of SEB on anti-inflammation. SEB inhibited histamine release and arachidonic acid release on dose dependent manner. Based on the results above, the conclusion is drawn that SEB have the potential to be used as natural materials that are effective for anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation.

        시스템다이내믹스 방법을 통한 미용분야 대학생 창업의도에 미치는 영향요인의 구조적 관계 분석

        기술적인 창업이 용이한 미용분야 대학생의 창업 활성화를 위해 창업의도를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 마련하고자 창업의도에 미치는 영향 요인들을 국내ㆍ외 논문의 키워드를 분석하기 위해 ‘대학생’ 과 ‘창업’ 키워드와 연관되는 키워드를 출현 빈도수에 따라 추출하여 변수를 선정하고 시스템 다이내믹스를 통해 정책 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 1.대학의 창업프로그램 강화 피이드백 루프, 2. 도전정신 강화 피이드백 루프, 3. 기술능력 균형 피이드백 루프를 통해 선순환 되는 인과관계를 알 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 미용분야 대학생 창업의도 향상과 창업 활성화의 효과성 제고 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 미용분야에서는 지금까지의 취업 위주의 교육에서 창업관련 교육에도 적극적인 관심을 가짐으로써 미용학과의 경쟁력을 높여야 한다. 대학생의 창업에 대한 인식이 개선되고, 정부와 대학의 창업지원제도의 효과성이 높아짐으로써 창업에서 꿈을 찾는 젊은이가 늘어나고, 대학생의 창업문화가 정착되기를 기대한다. In order to promote entrepreneurship and improve the entrepreneurial intentions (which facilitates technical entrepreneurship) of university students in the beauty field, we analyzed keywords from domestic and foreign papers for influencing factors on entrepreneurial intentions and selecting variables and conducted policy simulations through System Dynamics to analyze factors that may increase entrepreneurial intentions. Simulation results show 1. A feedback loop to strengthen university entrepreneurship programs; 2. A feedback loop to strengthen competitive spirit; 3. A causal relationship creating a virtuous cycle with a technology ability balance feedback loop. As university students" perceptions of entrepreneurship improve and the effectiveness of the government and universities" entrepreneurship support system increase, more young people will be drawn towards entrepreneurship. An entrepreneurial culture is expected to be established among university students.

        항노화 화장품 소재로서의 알로에 베라 추출물에 관한 연구

        Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis Miller) is internationally used as a major functional health food or ingredient of pharmaceuticals orcosmetics. It is also the most widely used natural ingredient, and its uses include purgatives, treatment of wounds and burns, and anti-inflammatory drugs. Therefore, the aim of this study was to use aqueous extracts of aloe vera to measure antioxidation using DPPH related to activation of skin physiology, prevention of activation of hyaluronidase, elastase and collagenase, and creation of elastin andcollagen to examine anti-aging effects as part of a study on the physiology activation of aloe vera, which is already known for its safetyand functionality. NR solution was used to measure cytotoxicity and examine cell safety of the aloe vera extracts before each experiment. No cytotoxicity was found for concentrations of 1, 10 and 100㎍/ml. Radical scavenging activity was found when measuringantioxidation through DPPH, and there was 26.1% radical scavenging at the top concentration of 100㎍/ml. The results showed prevention of hyaluronidase, elastase and MMP-1 activation. In addition, collagen creation increased slightly according to concentration, and elastin increased greatly by more than 50%. The results of this study indicate that aloe vera extract is a natural substance with various skin physiology activating effects, and can be applied as an ingredient of functional anti-aging cosmetics with antioxidizing, wrinkle-improving and skin elasticity effects.

        질경이 seed 추출물의 항산화 활성 및 미백작용에 관한 연구

        This study has attempted to find out if Plantago asiatica L. seed extract can be used as an ingredient in anti-aging and whitening cosmetics. According to a test on cytotoxicity using B16 melanoma cell, 100.9%, 87.4%, and 81.8% of cell survival rates were observed. Therefore, it has been confirmed that there is no cytotoxicity within the range of concentrations applied. In addition, it appears that it is a safe and effective skin-care material. According to measurement on DPPH radical scavenging activity with a goal of examining the antioxidant activity of the extract, no particular scavenging activity was found at 1㎍/㎖ or 101㎍/㎖. At 100㎍/㎖, on the contrary, 13.1% of antioxidant activity was detected. The ROS of hydrogen peroxide, which is created in the cell, has been measured using DCF-DA fluorescent material. According to observation of the inhibiting effect of ROS, which is created by silica, the creation of ROS has been strongly inhibited from the concentration-dependent aspect. At the highest concentration (100㎍/㎖), 53.8% of antioxidant activity was observed. According to measurement of L-dopa with a goal of figuring out the effect of Plantago asiatica L. seed extract on tyrosinase activity, no particular result was found. According to measurement of tyrosinase activity using B16 melanoma cell, on the contrary, minor inhibition of the activity was detected from a concentration-dependent perspective. At the highest concentration (100㎍/㎖), 15.8% of enzyme activation inhibition rate was observed. Based on the results above, it is likely that Plantago asiatica L. seed extract has a potential to be a natural antioxidant and whitening ingredient in the cosmetic industry. In addition, it could be available for medicinal purposes.

        항산화 및 미백화장품 원료로서의 땅콩새싹 추출물에 관한 연구

        To investigate the effect of peanut sprout extract on skin care, we measured anti-oxidant activity and whitening action. As a result of measuring DPPH radical scavenging activity to examine independent anti-oxidation of peanut sprout extract, there was strongly scavenging activity. Fluorescent material DCF-DA was used to measure hydrogen peroxide created in RAW 264.7 cells, and all concentration dependently decreased ROS production. As a result of measuring nitric oxide to examine anti-inflammation of peanut sprout extract, there was strongly inhibited nitric oxide production in RAW 264.7 cells. Tyrosinase activation was found to inhibited dose-dependant. Melanin production was also prevented dose-dependant. Therefore, it is expected to be used effectively in development of functional cosmetic materials.

        Bl6 Melanoma 세포에서 다시마 열수추출물이 멜라닌 생성에 미치는 영향

        To investigate the whitening activity of Laminaria japonicus, we measured the effect of hot-water extracts on melanin production in B16 melanoma cells. Melanocyte stimulating h ormone (MSH, $1{\mu}M$)-stimulated melanin production in B16 melanoma cells was significantly inhibited by fucoidan and hot-water extracts, but not by alginate. The purified tyrosinase activity was not affected by hot-water extracts, alginate and fucoidan. However, tyrosinase expression was significantly inhibited by fucoidan and hot-water extract in Western blot. These results suggest that inhibitory mechanism of hot-water extracts on melanin production may be due to the inhibition of tyrosinase expression but not to direct inhibition of tyrosinase, such an effect of which may be dependent on fucoidan.
