Drug delivery technologies are patent protected formulation technologies that modify drug release profile, absorption, distribution and elimination for the benefit of improving product efficacy and safety, as well as patient convenience and compliance. Most common routes of administration include the preferred non-invasive peroral, topical(skin), transmucosal(nasal, buccal/sublingual, vaginal, ocular and rectal) and inhalation routes. Transdermal drug delivery offers many important advantages. For instance, it is easy and painless, it protects the active compound from gastric enzymes, and it avoids the hepatic first-pass effect. Also, it is simple to terminate the therapy if any adverse or undesired effect occurs. But skin is a natural barrier, and only a few drugs can penetrate the skin easily and in sufficient quantities to be effective. Various transdermal drug delivery technologies are described including the use of suitable formulations, carriers and penetration enhancers. The most commonly used transdermal system is the skin patch using various types of technologies. Compared with other method of dosage, it is possible to use for a long term. It is also possible to stop the drug dosage are stopped if the drug dosage lead to side effect. Polysaccharide, such as karaya gum and locust bean gum(LBG)/water-soluble chitosan oligomer(WSCO) were selected as base materials of TDS. Also, these polymers were characterized in terms of enhancers, isocarboxazid contents. Among these polysaccharide, the permeation rate of karaya gum matrix was fastest in isocarboxazid such as lipophilic drug in vitro. We used glycerin, PEG400 and PEG800 as enhancers. Since dermis has more water content(hydration) than the stratum corneum, skin permeation rate at steady state was highly influenced when PEG400 was more effective for lipophilic drug. Proper selection of the polymeric materials which resemble and enhance properties of the delivering isocarboxazid was found to be important in controlling the Percutaneous permeation rate.

Chemicals for cosmetics, including skin, the skin absorbs some of the research in the field of science or pharmacy recently, about the environment and the health of the heightened interest in skin absorption. Many other human attributes and absorption evaluation studies are underway in various areas. This study were used rats and carried out to find out the effects of commercial permanent wave products to skin which are composed with thioglycolic acid and bases. Results were as follows. Permanent wave penetrated to 3 hours later with steady state in skins and was not significant changeable after 20hr later. In case of neutralizer with thioglycolic acid lag time and permeability coefficient in healthy skin were 3.32hr and 0.101μg/㎠/hr, in old skin were 3.08hr and 0.117μg/㎠/hr, and in wounded skin were 3.02hr and 0.166μg/㎠/hr. In conclusion, lag time and permeability coefficient in old skin and wounded skin were faster than healthy skin. In vivo, We were studied to general time and method of permanent wave. We found out that fine wrinkle and rash of skin were changeable in the case of treating with permanent wave drugs than normal skin.
디자인씽킹 이론에 기초한 지식구조 활용 아이디어 발상 Toolkit 연구

디자인씽킹은 문제해결 패러다임을 의미하고, 혁신적 비즈니스 창출 방법론 또는 새로운 교육과 혁신적인 사고방식 자체를 가리키는 의미이기도 하다. 이처럼 다의적으로 활용되고 있는 디자인씽킹은 문제에 대해 구성원들 간의 공감을 기준으로 발산과 수렴 과정을 거쳐 창의적인 아이디어 발상하는 단계가 가장 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 여러 분야의 문제해결 현장에서 유사한 아이템 발상을 주려 혁신적인 아이디어를 창출하는 시간과 비용을 최소화할 수 있으며, 이를 위한 적절한 협업과 그에 기반한 아이디어 도출 체계가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌연구로 선행이론과 기존 툴킷의 사례를 기준으로 지식구조의 네트워크를 디자인씽킹 프로세스에 접목하여 아이디어 발상·전개과정에서 효율성을 높이는 방법을 찾아내고, 이를 바탕으로 실증연구에서 디자인씽킹 이론과 지식구조를 활용하여 아이디어 발상을 극대화할 수 있는 지원도구를 제안하였다. 본 연구의 구체적인 활용이란 관점에서 디자인씽킹 방법론을 통한 인사이트 도출의 실행 도구에 대한 체계적인 연구로써 그 의의를 가진다. 더불어 디자인씽킹 관련 분야 연구에 대중적이고 실용적인 사용이라는 측면에서 새로운 미디어 시대에 맞는 확장된 지원도구 개발의 가능성을 찾을 수 있었다. Design Thinking is defined as problem solving paradigm, and it also refers to an innovative business creation methodology or a new educational or innovative way of thinking. Design thinking is used in variety ways to solve problems, and seeking creative idea to solve the problem is the key step. By using design thinking In variety of similar problem solving situations, the idea creation time and cost could be reduced. An appropriate collaborations and a system to derive an idea is necessary. In this study of design thinking process based on the precedent theory and existing toolkit cases we found a way to increase the efficiency of the idea development, and the concept development process by combining the knowledge structure network. This progress, and insight deriving through this study is meaningful because of the use of design thinking methodology. In addition, we have found the possibility of developing an extended support tool for the new media age.
