        서비스 디자인 관점의 자동차 공유 서비스 유형 분석

        Objective: The purpose of this paper is to define the type of car sharing service suitable for autonomous vehicles. Background: Ergonomics has a wide range of research areas. Diversity of research topic is one of the major strong points of this discipline especially in the era of fusion. Dominant areas among the diversity changed from time to time. It is interesting to study the attributing factors of the dominant areas. Method: Researched and analyzed cases of car sharing services at home and abroad, and then classified them from the perspective of service design (User, Provider, Tool, Service). Based on this researched, it was defined as a type of autonomous vehicle sharing service. Results: From a service design perspective, there are eight types that are derived, and they are divided into stages according to the degree of community activation. Conclusion: A shared model type based on a human and local community that can increase user confidence by activating the community of users using the service. Application: This study can be most meaningful in defining the autonomous car sharing model in the future.

        전기자동차 운전자를 위한 대시보드 디자인 연구 - Hyundai Ioniq EV와 Toyota의 Prius를 중심으로 -

        환경오염 문제를 해결하기 위한 노력과 기술의 발전에 힘입어 전기 자동차의 보급이 확산되고 있다. 그 중, 운전자에게 자동차의 현재 상태를 전달하고, 주행과 차량 관리에 필요한 정보를 제공하는 대시보드의 역할은 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나라고 볼 수 있다. 전기자동차는 배터리 잔량에 대한 민감함 등으로 인해 기존의 내연기관 자동차와는 운전 방식이 크게 달라졌지만 대시보드는 유사한 방식으로 설계되었다. 현재까지의 자동차 대시보드는 주행의 편의를 목적으로 하여 정작 운전자에게 필요한 적정의 정보량과 전달되는 디스플레이 별 정보 배치 가이드라인은 명확하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 특히 계기판은 자동차와 관련된 중요한 정보 및 안전관련 정보를 운전자에게 제공하는 부분이기 때문에 이를 중점으로 한 연구는 더욱 필요하다고 보여진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대시보드에 초점을 맞추어 전기자동차 운전자에 적합한 정보 제공을 위한 대시보드 디자인에 대해 제안하고자 한다. Increasing efforts to solve the problems of environmental pollution and technological advances, the propagation of electric cars is spreading through out the world. A dashboard being one of the most important factors of electric cars, it communicates the current state of the vehicle with the driver and provides necessary information for driving and managing the vehicle. Although the sensitivity of the remaining battery has significantly changed the way electric cars operate compared to conventional internal combustion vehicles, the dashboard is still designed in a similar way. Up to now, dashboard design is mainly focused on facilitating driving and has not been clearly provided with guidelines for display layout of each specific information that needs to be delivered to drivers with appropriate amount. Further studies on this are considered necessary since the dashboard delivers safety-related information to the driver. Therefore, this study focuses on dashboard and proposes design of the dashboard that is suitable for electric car drivers.

        자율주행 자동차의 시트 공간 구성 유형 분류 및 선호도 분석

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to define the space type for the seat of autonomous vehicle and to find the type of space preferred by the driver. Background: The autonomous driving car is a secondary living space that is not simply a means of transportation because the driver and passengers are not responsible for driving because everyone can use the car, and as the spatial meaning extends to the working space, it is important for the driver and the passenger to be provided with the service at the time of making the request. Method: In order to carry out the research, a total of 10 spaces were derived from each company"s self - driving car case study, and it was defined as 5 steps according to autonomous driving stage 3 and 5 stages based on autonomous driving stage The survey results were classified according to gender, marriage, driver"s gender, age, marriage status, family members, and purpose of car use, and conducted a recursive 5-point scale (one point very dissatisfactory/two points dissatisfaction/3 points average/4 points satisfaction/5 points) In the final conclusion, based on the preference of each type of space derived from the questionnaire, the representative subjects of the questionnaire were selected and interviewed, and the research was completed with qualitative survey. Results: "Back seat (forward / backward)" was the most favorable choice for drivers. Conclusion: In the Level 3 of autonomous driving, we preferred the space configuration that is conveniently used in lines that do not deteriorate safety. In addition, users" expectations for autonomous vehicles have not been favored, and the composition of monotonous spaces such as internal combustion engine cars is not preferred. In the Level 5 of autonomous driving, it was free from the responsibility of driving, so it needed a space to meet various purposes. For various purposes, I preferred seat arrangements that can be used as a variable type, such as the separation and rotation of seats. Among them, the preference for seat design that can be used independently is higher than the non-independent form such as the front seat integral type. Application: This study can be most meaningful in analyzing the requirements for the direction of the space design of autonomous vehicles in the future.
