급속산 암호의 민간 부문 확산에 따라 암소 사용으로 인한 부작용을 방지하기 위한 대책으로 키 복구에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 제시된 기존의 키 복구 기술들은 그 대부분이 정부의 법 집행권 보장에만 설계초점을 맞추고 있기 때문에 다양한 사용자들의 요구를 충족시키기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 키 복구 시스템에 대한 사용주체들의 입장을 고려하여 다양한 환경에서 사용할 수 있는 키 복구 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 방식은 암호통신 과정 중에 키가 분배되는 일방향 키 분배가 가능하고 기존의 시스템만큼 효율적이며, 충분한 유연성을 제공한다.
DNA와 상호작용에서 T4 endonuclease V의 C-말단 부위의 역할에 관한 분광학적 연구: 핵자기공명과 형광 실험

In order to study the role of C-terminal aromatic region of T4 endonuclease V in the interaction with substrate DNA, NMR and Fluorescence spectrum were recorded. Analysis of fluorescence emission spectra showed that C-terminal region of T4 endonuclease V is in or very near the binding site. In the HSQC spectrum of 15N-Tyr-labeled T4 endonuclease V*DNA complex, the broadening of a peak was observed. It is presumed that this peak corresponds to one among three tyrosine residues which belong to the WYKYY segment of C-terminal region of T4 endonuclease V. Interactions of peptide fragments consisting of C-terminal residues of T4 endonuclease V with DNAs(TT-, T^T-DNA) were investigated by NMR and Fluorescence experiment. The results suggest that two peptide fragments themselves bind to DNAs and their binding pattern is not an intercalation mode.
$SiO_{x}F_{y}$/a-Si 구조에 엑시머 레이저 조사에 의해 불소화된 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성과 신뢰도 향상

We report a new in-situ fluorine passivation method without in implantation by employing excimer laser annealing of $SiO_{x}F_{y}$/a-Si structure and its effects on p-channel poly-Si TFTs. The proposed method doesn't require any additional annealing step and is a low temperature process because fluorine passivation is simultaneous with excimer-laser-induced crystallization. A in-situ fluorine passivation by the proposed method was verified form XPS analysis and conductivity measurement. From experimental results, it has been shown that the proposed method is effective to improve the electrical characteristics, specially field-effect mobility, and the electrical stability of p-channel poly-Si TFTs. The improvement id due to fluorine passivation, which reduces the trap state density and forms the strong Si-F bonds in poly-Si channel and $SiO_2/poly-Si$ interface. From these results, the high performance poly-Si TFTs canbe obtained by employing the excimer-laser-induced fluorine passivation method.
Thymine Dimer 를 포함한 DNA 와 T4 Endonuclease V * DNA 복합체의 구조에 관한 연구

In order to obtain insight into the repair mechanism of DNA containing thymine photo-dimer, the conformation of the duplex d(GCGGTTGGCG)·d(CGCCAACCGC) with a thymine dimer incorporated has been studied by proton NMR. NOE data show that, although the local environment around the thymine dimer is altered, the gross structural changes are relatively small. T₄ endonuclease V exhibited a conformational change on complex formation with DNA. This conformational change occurred around histidine 16 which was close to tyrosine 129 located in the aromatic segment (WYKYY) near the C-terminus. It is likely that the interaction between T₄ endonuclease V and DNA is strong since the complex was not dissociated up to 1.6 M NaCl.
