In this study, the system for application of the bone stimulation was implemented using high frequency and low strain method. The whole system consists of the high frequency and low strain vibration stimulation system 177 for stimulating bone, LVDT sensor, and wireless sensor based on tri-axial accelerometer. To evaluate the usefulness of the system, the frequencies and accelerations from function generator were applied to the vibration stimulation system. The range of frequency was 17 Hz, 30 Hz, 45 Hz, 50 Hz and the range of acceleration was set 0.3 g, 0.6 g, 1g, and 2 g. The measured frequencies and acceleration using LVDT (linear variable difference transformer) sensor and 3-axial accelerometer were estimated and compared. The range of frequencies average difference was from 0.0 to 0.004 Hz. As the standard deviation of frequencies estimated by LVDT sensor and accelerometer was below 0.03 Hz and the output frequencies of function generator were similar: Also the results of t-test were satisfied with conditions of p > 0.05. And the acquired frequencies and acceleration from vibration measuring device module were estimated and analyzed. As the mean of accelerations was similar to the acceleration applied from function generator. And the standard deviation of acceleration estimated from vibration measuring device module was ranged from 0.019 g to 0.038 g. Also the results of t-test were satisfied with conditions of p > 0.05. Therefore, these results were airy similar to the acceleration applied from function generator. As a result, the usefulness of the system was confirmed. n a further study, clinical experiment will be carried out with the authorization of IRB (institutional review board) so that appropriate frequency and strain would be investigated in clinical field.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal meanings of dolls and dolls`` images expressed in modern fashion show. Dolls are used as sacred object, decoration object, playing object, personified object or cherished object. The expression types of doll image in modern fashion are as following; substitutes of multi-ego, object of sexual desire, objectified creature, and medium of transcending fantasy. First, dolls image as substitutes of multi-ego had been expressed in magical expression, disgusting mask, transparent mannequin, expressionless, horror, conflict, loss of identity, exaggeration or escapism. Second, as object of sexual desire, dolls image are expressed as naked baby, ambiguous expression, naked body, voluminous body, emphasized specific bodypart, heavy makeup or wax doll of sexy actresses. Third, as objectified creature, dolls are human body in passive form. Human bodies are disassembled and reassembled as dolls. Such dolls reflect serious reality. They wrap up human like product and objectify it. Fourth, dolls image expressed as medium of transcending fantasy recollects youth age or expresses imagination on ambiguous virtual reality. Like this, dolls have value as creatures in various fields of modern fashion. Dolls contribute a lot in creating important inspiration. Dolls also expose internal mentality and represent ego. Externally, dolls express human shape becoming more and more materialized and objectified by advancing scientific technology in digital capitalistic society.
Access Service Basket을 위한 IoT 기반 모니터링 및 충돌 경보 시스템

해양플랜트 산업 및 선박 건조현장에서는 다양한 업무 형태로 인해 고소작업용 Access Service Basket을 사용 중에 있다. 하지만 이런 시스템을 운용함에 있어서 다양한 형태의 안전사고가 지속적으로 일어나고 있다. 현재 사용되고 있는 고소용 작업대의 경우에는 적재용량, 근접거리, 운용 방향 등을 작업자가 판단하여 운용함에 다양한 위험에 노출되어 있는 형태이다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 고소작업용 시스템에 IoT 기반의 모니터링 및 충돌 경보 시스템을 접목한 장치를 개발하였다. 개발한 장치로 하여금 작업자 및 관리자가 쉽게 운용상태를 확인할 수 있고 그에 따라서 안전사고를 미리 예방하는 장치를 전문가 입회 하에 테스트하여 그 신뢰성을 확보하였다. In the offshore plant industry, the Access service basket for aerial work is used of for various business purposes. However, various types of safety accidents continue to occur in operating these system. In the case of high-capacity workstations currently in use, workers are exposed to various risks in determining and operating the load capacity, proximity distance, and direction of operation. In this paper, to solve this problem, we develop a device that incorporates IoT-based monitoring and crash alarm systems into aerial work systems. The developed device was tested in the presence of experts to ensure reliability of the device, which allows workers and managers to easily check the operation status and thereby prevent safety accidents in advance.

본 논문은 국가직무능력표준(NCS)기반 국가기술자격검정의 정보처리분야 실기시험 평가방법 개선을 목적으로 수행된 연구에 대한 내용을 기술한 것이다. 현행 정보처리분야의 실기시험의 내용을 체계적으로 분석한 후 최신 정보기술 동향을 반영하고 국가직무능력표준의 능력단위, 수행준거 등을 접목하여 정보기술 분야 실기시험의 새로운 평가방법을 제시하였고, 시범평가를 통해 그 효과를 검증하였다. 향후 한국산업인력공단 기술자격출제실에서는 본 연구를 기초로 세부직무분야 전문가를 통한 출제 기준 개정을 완료 한 후 정보처리분야 국가기술자격검정에 실제 적용할 예정이다. This paper describes a research for improvement official approval of information processing in national technical qualification. In this paper, we analysis the contents of current exams and propose the new evaluation method of practical exam in information processing fields through grafting new trends of ICT and ability unit, fulfillment criteria in national competency standards(NCS). Also, we have verified the effect of exam through the pilot test. In the future, we will apply the new exams after the revision of guidelines for marking questions by expert group in its duty fields basis on this research

In this study, the heart rate variability(HRV) signal of operating patient was acquired according to anesthesia progress and identified to evaluation possibility of depth of anesthesia in each anesthesia stage. The HRV signal was analyzed time-frequency domain applied to Wigner-Ville distribution method, the characteristic parameters were extracted for evaluation of depth of anesthesia in each anesthesia stage. The progress of general anesthesia was divided into the states of pre-operation, induction of anesthesia, operation, awaking and post-operation.

의료영상의 프랙탈 부호화 방법은 영상을 반복 변환시스템인 IFS(iterated function system)를 구성해야하고, 이를 위해 영상영역을 레인지 영역으로 분할하고 각 레인지블록에 대해 탐색하게 될 도메인 블록에서 가장 닮은 최적의 블록을 찾는다. 이때, 결정되는 변환계수 값과 좌표의 정보를 프랙탈 계수로 전송한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 프랙탈 계수들을 확률분포를 추출할 수 있는 양자화기를 통해 양자화 하여 비트를 할당하였다. IFS를 구성하는 부호화과정에서 가변크기 블록방법을 사용하여 부호화시간을 단축하고 압축률을 향상시키는 방법을 제시하였다. 추후 프랙탈 부호화과정에서 화질을 최상으로 유지하면서 부호화시간을 단축시키고 압축률을 높이는 연구가 더 진행되어야 할 것 으로 본다. In this study, we allocate bits by quantizing these fractal coefficients through a quantizer which can extract the probability distribution. In the coding process of IFS, a variable size block method is used to shorten the coding time and improve the compression ratio. In the future, it will be necessary to further improve the coding time and the compression rate while maintaining the best image quality in the fractal coding process.

본 연구에서는 3축 가속도 신호를 이용하여 낙상과 낙상 방향을 검출하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 가속도 신 호는 3축 가속도 센서로부터 획득하였으며, 획득된 신호를 USB 인터페이스를 통하여 PC에 전달하였다. PC에 전송 된 신호를 제안한 알고리즘을 사용하여 낙상을 검출하였으며, 퍼지 분류기를 사용하여 낙상의 방향을 분류하였다. 실 험을 위하여 실험대상군 6명 선정하였으며, 가슴에 가속도계를 부착한 후 실험을 수행하였다. 실험대상자는 5초 동 안 정상 보행을 한 후 4 가지 방향(전․후․좌․우)으로 낙상이 발생하도록 하였으며, 낙상에 소요되는 시간은 최소 2초 로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 알고리즘을 이용하여 낙상을 검출하였으며 낙상 발생 후 1초부터 데이터를 분석 하고 퍼지 분류기를 이용하여 낙상방향을 분류하였다. 낙상 검출율은 평균 94.79%이었다. 낙상 방향에 따른 분류율 은 front_fall은 95.83%, back_fall은 100%, left_fall 은 87.5%, right_fall은 95.83%이었다. In this study, the falls detection and direction classification system was implemented using 3-axial acceleration signal. The acceleration signals were acquired from the 3-axial accelerometer(MMA7260Q, Freescale, USA), and then transmitted to the computer through USB interface. The implemented system can detect falls using the newly proposed algorithm, and also classify the direction of falls using fuzzy classifier. The 6 subjects was selected for experiment and the accelerometer was attached on each subject's chest. Each subject walked in normal pace for 5 seconds, and then the fall down according to the four direction(front_fall, back_fall, left_fall and right_fall) during at least 2 second. The falls was easily detect using the newly proposed algorithm in this study. The acquired signals were analyzed after 1 second from generating falls. The fuzzy classifier was used to classify the direction of falls. The mean value of the falls detection rate was 94.79 %. The classifier rate according to falls direction were 95.83% in case of front falls, 100% incase of back falls, 87.5% in case of left falls, and 95.83% in case of right falls.
