호텔의 브랜드 자산이 브랜드 태도, 고객만족, 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study was carried out to investigate how components of brand equity, such as brand recognition, perceived quality, brand awareness and brand association impact revisit intentions according to brand attitude and customer satisfaction. It also provides basic information in strengthening their brand and providing a basis for a re- visit marketing analysis of the future hotel brand. This study was conducted with a survey on the basis of parameters derived by previous studies using the empirical analysis. Following results were obtained through this examination. First, brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand image have a significant influence on brand attitude. It would mean that the hotel has to form a strong brand that is distinct compared to other brands of hotels. Second, the brand image and brand associations had significant influence on customer satisfaction. Third, positive brand attitude had significant influence on customer satisfaction. Fourth, positive brand attitude and customer satisfaction had a significant influence on the customer``s intention to revisit. It will be lead to revisiting the hotel company and form customer loyalty which will allow maintaining a high market share and revenue. Through the results of this study, the Hotel industry needs to understand and recognize the components of brand equity the greater the value of brand equity is recognized by the customers they will become a Hotel’s royal customer, lead to revisit.

Diesel particulate trap is a core technology for the reduction of PM from diesel vehicles. This study presents the features and the characteristics of DPF system when using pellet type filters. In comparison with wall-flow filter, the pellet filter has the advantages of cracking free during regeneration and shape flexibility. Experiments are conducted in a test bench simulated as diesel engine exhaust condition. Pressure drop and particle loading rate was compared by using two pellet filters having the porosity of 70% and 0%. Also its regeneration was tested.

Recently, the nano-PM 's number concentration emitted by diesel internal combustion engine has focused on attention because this particulate matters are suspected being hazardous of human health. In this study, the particulate matters (PM) emissions of these vehicles were investigated by number concentration. A condensation particle counter (CPC) system was applied to measure the particle number and size concentration of diesel exhaust particles at the end of dilution tunnel along the NEDC(ECE15+EUDC) vehicle test mode using TSI 3010D and HCT 4312 CPC. As the research result, the characteristic of CPC comparison diesel nano-particle number and size distribution was investigated in this study.
코먼레일 單汽筒 디젤엔진에서 GTL 熱料의 噴射時期 變化에 따른 排出物 特性에 關한 硏究

Recently, alternative fuels are drawing more attentions due to the increasing need for lower emission characteristics and fuel consumption rate in automotive engines. The GTL(gas to luquid) is the one of most favored candidates. It has higher cetane number(more than 75) and almost negligible sulphur and aromatic contents. Therefore, enhanced emission characteristics are expected even in the application in diesel engines without any modification. In this study, the cylinder pressure and heat release, emission characteristics with fuel injection timings are compared between diesel and GTL fuel in the single cylinder diesel engine. Noticeable reduction in PM, THC and CO emission are observed due to lower sulphur and aromatic contents in GTL. Also, the ignition delay decreased due to higher cetane number of GTL , which slightly decreased the amount of NOx emissions. With the retards of main injection timing. NOx decreases more for the case of GTL, while the level of THC and CO emissions still remains lower than the case of diesel. Therefore, there is much room for the control of injection timiing for NOx reduction without sacrificing THC and CO emissions. With the retards of main injection timing, Small size distribution of PM became lager and there amount increased. But from all conditions, size distribution of PM for the case GTL was lower than Diesel.
