        흰민들레 추출물의 생리활성 및 볶음시간에 따른 흰민들레 침출차 제조에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the antioxidative and antimicrobial activities of Korean dandelion (Taraxacum coreanum). Water extracts, ethanol extracts and methanol extracts were used to examine the free radical scavenging activity, total flavonoid content, total polyphenol content and antimicrobial activity. The free radical scavenging activity, total flavonoid, total polyphenol and total antioxidant activity of the water extracts were higher than those of the other extraction solvents. The antimicrobial activties of Korean dandelion extracts were examined on several food borne illness microorganisms using the paper disc diffusion method. Inhibition zones were observed on Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus and Escherichia coli in ethanol extracts. Inhibition zones were also observed on Listeria monocytogenes in water extracts. The physico-chemical properties of Korean dandelion tea according to the roasting time and soaking amount of tea were studied. The pH of the dandelion tea significantly decreased while the soluble solid contents significantly increased with increased roasting time (p<0.01). The lightness of the dandelion tea decreased and the turbidity increased with increased roasting time. In sensory evaluation, the sensory scores for the color, flavor and total acceptability were highest in the 40 min roasted tea. These results suggest that the water extract of Korean dandelion could be used as an antioxidative and antimicrobial functional food source. The optimum roasting time for Korean dandelion tea was 40 min at $200^{\circ}C$.

        함라마을 부농주거의 건축특성 연구

        Ham-ra is a village that belongs to Ham-yuel Ri, Ik-san city and also known as the village where 4 millionaire modem age rich farmer households are residing in the center of the village. Originally, central point of the village was Gaeksa and Hyanggyo that is in Suodong, but early 1900s, rich farmers found new Places beside Suodong and built large-scale houses and around it, houses of tenant and commercial places were formed and became the new center of the village. Therefore, Ham-ra village shows well about the changes of the traditional village in the end of Chosun Dynasty aspect that of existent village space according to rich farmer's growth. Especially, the large scaled Korean traditional houses which were built newly in the year between 1917 to 1939 shows main road and Natural stream surrounding the village which are not found in any other village. 3 rich farmers (Lee Bae-won, Jo Hae-young, Kim An-gyun house) and Lee Jib-cheon's houses built a large scaled Sarang-chae and An-chae to compete and to show off there wealth. This residing imitated High-classe house yet accommodated social changes and through a voluntary experiment, is expressing modernity of Han-ok very well. Similarity and creativity in residing form appears well in buildings similar time and village. This research analyzed space composition change of the village and characteristic of Architecture who appear at modern process of typical farmer houses which make a strong resolution to Ham-ra hereupon.

      • 뉴노멀 시대 전라북도 인구소멸지역의 주거정책에 관한 연구

        This proposal studied the housing policy of Jeollabuk-do’s population extinction area after COVID-19. As a result of analyzing the current status of population extinction areas and housing policies in Jeollabuk-do, the number of elderly single-person households increased as the elderly gradually increased, but the housing policy focused on the influx of young people. As community base facilities are closed due to the spread of COVID-19, it is necessary to develop a quarantine system and base facility operation policy suitable for population density and establish a support system to shorten the physical and psychological distance around the base facilities. In addition, it is necessary to develop a policy to distribute housing density through the establishment of small residential areas and digital infrastructure in response to the increase in urban demand for rural residential spaces. This study is meaningful in that it reviewed housing policies tailored only to population inflow from the perspective of residents in extinct areas, and in-depth research on multilateral housing policies is needed in the future.

        창의성을 높이는 색채디자인 교수법 연구

        이 연구는 디자인대학 기초과목 중 ‘색채’교육방법을 탐색한 것이다. 시대가 요구하는 창의성 교육과 디자인교육 방법 변화를 고민하며 연구자가 교육현장에서 시도하였던 기법들과 학습자 반응을 기록하고 이에 대한 학습자 및 교수자 평가를 정리하였다. 창의적 디자인을 훈련하기 위해 색채는 디자인 기본 언어로 교육되어야한다. ‘나’를 표현하고 발표하는 1단계에서 학생들은 개인적 경험에 의한 편견과통념을 깰 수 있었다. 2단계는 빛 실험을 통해 색지각 이론과 색 혼합을 경험하고, 조명디자인 이해가 가능하였다. 3단계는 디자이너가 전달하려는 메시지를 파악하고그 느낌을 정리하며 관심 디자인 분야를 탐구하였고, 4단계 개인의 감성과 디자인컨셉에 해당하는 언어, 정치, 시사, 음악 등의 느낌을 색채로 표현하며 소통수단으로서의 색채를 훈련하였다. 5단계 색체계학습으로 정확한 색채언어 기본을 학습하였다. 6단계 배색과 조화 원리를 학습하고 교육자가 제시한 언어적 표현(상황, 형용사 등)을 색채로 치환하는 훈련을 실시하였다. 수업후 학습자 강의평가와 심층면접에서 이러한 교육방법이 창의성을 높이는데 크게 영향을 주었고 학생들의만족도가 매우 높아졌음을 알 수 있었다. 이 교육과정을 디자인 전공교수들에게발표하고 심층 토론한 결과 역시 디자인 교육에 크게 유용하고 발전된 창의적방법임을 확인할 수 있었다. This study explored ‘color’ education method among the basic subjects of design college. I have been studying the changes of creativity education and design education method that this era really demands and have recorded the process of color design class and the student’s responses as well as the student’s & teachers evaluation. Color is language. In order to train creative ideas, colors should be taught as a basic language of design. I conducted several creative education experiments on how to connect color theory and design learning. In the first stage of expressing and presenting ‘I’, students were able to break their prejudices. In the second stage, students observed the color lights experiment and the daily life of people. They experienced various design process as well as color perception theory, and understood light design. In the third stage, they grasped the color functions and the messages to be conveyed in the design results, and expressed their feelings. Next, they expressed the languages corresponding to the design concepts in color and trained the color as communication method. Step five, students learned the correct color language fundamentals by Munsell color system and KS(Korean standard) color system. In the last stage, color harmony principles were studied, cases were investigated for each design fields, and training was conducted to replace the linguistic expressions (situations, adjectives ...) presented by educators with colors. At the end of the semester, the lecture evaluation showed that the students who completed this course had more interest on design and highly satisfied. As a result of presenting and discussing this curriculum to design professors, it was confirmed that this method is very useful and more advanced color teaching method in design education.

        보건계열 학생들의 영어학습에 대한 인식 및 요구도

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the awareness and needs of English learning in allied health science college students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 600 health science college students in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon province. The questionnaire consisted of purpose of English learning, attitude and motivation. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 program. Results: Most of the students took English classes(96%) and the English class was mainly done by instruction-centered learning (43.6%). Many students felt the needs of English and they thought English was the most important tool for getting a job(70.7%). Nonetheless most of the students lacked in confidence and interest in English learning due to the surrounding pressure(51.2%). Too much surrounding pressure can cause students lose their zest in English learning. Conclusions: It is need to seek for a curriculum consisting of practical purposes to meet the needs of health science college students about English learning.

        공간디자인 이미지 언어 평가요인에 관한 연구

        In analyzing and evaluating space images or suggesting new design images, the two-dimensional image scale is in wide use, in which each axis consists of two corresponding words. Although the applicability of the two-axis scale is good enough for the evaluation of color chips and color schemes, its words and ranges are somewhat unclear and inaccurate to deal with “spaces.” The purpose of this study is to deduce basic axes of image words scale for space design by categorizing space-evaluating adjectives and analyzing the correlation between evaluations and factors leading to such evaluations. The results of this study are presumed to serve both as a communication tool with universal validity that can be applied to future researches on environment, architecture and interior design and actual works and as an evaluation tool that has secured logical objectivity

        디즈니애니메이션 겨울왕국을 모티브로 한 헤어작품 연구

        The rapid development of science and technology in modern society as the high value-added sectors of society to get moving to attention. These areas of high value-added, technology, culture, as well as make it add value to the infinite design, video, performances, affecting various areas. In particular, one of the genre, animated visual field can not be found in the reality of the world of dreams and fantasies which, for the delivery of the story characters and sounds are represented by visual images as visual art, man, woman, and child care and inspiration for many people to leave giving. Take advantage of these animations are being studied in various fields, but in the field of hair and hair style for the animation shown in previous studies, there is only a study, and work in conjunction with a specific animation of hair in one study there was no previous research. Thus, in this study, the Disney animation 'Frozen' hair works the motif was constructed by substituting the works of 4. As a result of the work of making the characters that appear in the image features and hair work properly blended with elements of the real world can be used to determine this was possible, but also by incorporating the Up Style it could produce creative designs. However, the limitations of this study, female characters are made to work only with the hair style was mainly a character study inconvenience this been made, with a follow-up study of the characteristics of various animation research work is done in accordance with the hair.

      • 실내디자인 분야 색채교육 사례 연구

        This study focus on the Education of Color among a variety of interior design training courses. The relevance of the questions which a Color study is being planned and educated in accordance with the academic characteristics of the living space initiated in this study. Most of the Universities, Color is the basic subject of 2∼3 hours for one semester. However, Semyung University educates "Color Study" as a beginning course for the freshman, "Interior Design and Color" as an intermediate course for the sophomore and "Interior Color Planning" as an advanced course for the junior. The Color Study provides a various cases of actual interior design experiences, which introduce the design for the freshman who declared Interior Design as their major. Further, it is effective to convince them for having a curiosity, an expectation and a resolution. The Interior Color Planning is a training about the transformation from the concept of a space to the Color Language and pursuing the creation of Color Harmony by figuring out the finishing materials. The Group Study and the Flipped Class which derive solutions from a presentation, a discussion and an evaluation are being completed through the whole courses and the Smart Learning which sharing a note, a process of practice and an outcomes through the shooting of cell phone and social network service enables the formation of motivation, emotional fellowship an in-depth contact training.
