Sialadenosis is a unique form of non-inflammatory, non-neoplastic bilateral salivary gland disorder characterized by recurrent painless swelling which usually occurs in parotid glands. Alcoholism is one of the main causes of sialadenosis along with diabetes, bulimia, and other idiopathic causes. The prognosis is verified according to the degree of liver function. We present a case of a 46 year-old man who had alcoholic fatty liver disease diagnosed as alcoholic sialadenosis based on clinical points of recurrent bilateral parotid swelling after heavy alcohol drinking, computed tomography, and fine-needle aspiration biopsy. After stopping alcohol drinking and treated with conservative treatment, he got improved without specific sequela. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2009;54:50-54)

This study presents young boys and girls who preparing the role to be adults get a various changed character on social, psychological, physical sides and an experience of transitional developing period. In this time, the training of young boys and girls affects on forming their personalities and attitudes. We can classify according to used Training Center 533 divided named Living Training Facility, Natural Training Facility, Youth Hotel in 16 cities·countries in the whole nation. I researched general used facilities which present two results. one is a posited instructer and the other is an available training program. These show three kind of results as follows: First, on the numbers of housing a day Natural Training Facility which has some more higher capacities than Living Training Facility showed on training facility 183%, the numbers of lodging 227 % the numbers of camping 27 times. Public Institute secures two times of Living Training Facility. In this case there are two reasons, one Local Self Governing Body settled 73.4% of Public Training Facility, the other Local Self Governing Body operated 112 facilities of 114 Trust facilities. Using average a day 145 persons, annual 14,732,015 persons, Using each facility has 41, 421 persons in annual average. Second, on each kind of facility a posited instructer of young boys and girls shows lacked 101% of 379 inspected facilities and non posited 156(41%) facilities. public facility is 72% the other side private facility secured 131%. A posited status of instructer at present secured 100% above in ten cities·countries and 6 cities·counties 100% below. 171 facilities lacked and non posited of 379 facilities. Third, Natural Training Facility and Living Training Facility which are very similar have been operating available training program 50% as cultural activities, the former has more 288% on physical activities, 654% on camping activities, 520 on natural research activities shown many programs operated than the latter.
온 · 오프라인의 시각적 커뮤니케이션에 대한 연구 : 인스턴트 메신저의 이모티콘을 중심으로

문자를 중심으로 이루어지던 컴퓨터 매개 커뮤니케이션(CMC)은 다양한 형태의 시각적 요소의 등장으로 온라인에서 이루어지는 시각적 커뮤니케이션이 오프라인에까지 영향을 미치는 현상을 보여주고 있다. 인터넷의 등장으로 발생한 온라인의 시각적 요소들은 사용자들의 공통된 이해를 통해 일상 생활에서 사용되고 있다. 특히 인스턴트 메신저에서 사용되고 있는 이모티콘의 경우 이미지와 동적인 요소를 첨가하여 다양한 형태로 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 커뮤니케이션 과정에서 나타나는 시각화 과정 및 온·오프라인 간에 교류되는 시각화를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 오프라인과 온라인에서 이루어지고 있는 시각화 예들을 살펴보고 온·오프라인 간에 교류되는 시각화 과정의 연관성을 찾아보았다. 다음으로 시각적 커뮤니케이션의 요인을 알아보고 이모티콘의 활용 방식을 살펴보기 위해 인스턴트 메신저 사용자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 마지막으로 온·오프라인에서 형성된 시각화 방식이 교류되는 현상을 살펴보고 온라인에서 보이는 시각화 현상의 의미와 발전 가능성을 살펴보았다. As Computer Media Communication (CMC) which used to be text-based has adopted various visual elements online visual communication is affecting offline communication. Online visual elements are used in daily life based on users' common understanding. Especially as for emoticon which is used for instant messengers various formations are being developed in combination with image and animation factors. Thus this study examines the visualization process in communication and the visualization between online and offline media. For this the visualization examples in online and offline will be examined and the connection of the visualization procedures of online and offline methods. Then comes the investigation on the visual communication factors and the internet-based survey among instant messenger users in order to find out the utilizing methods of emoticon. Lastly examined are how the visualization methods connecting online and offline media work as well as the possibilities of development of the online visualization phenomenon.
