A Study on the Serious game for Improving Cognitive Function

With the recent growing interest in educational use of functional games, many studies have been conducted on the educational effectiveness of games. In this paper, we have developed "Bau-Bau-Friends," a functional game for improving cognitive function. This content covers Executive function, Sustained attention and Divided attention of cognitive functions. To prove the usefulness of the game developed in this study, we conducted an EEG experiment and compared and analyzed brain waves before and during the game. As a result, continuous attention games (Simon) and separate attention games (Cooking) have positive effects on cognitive improvement. Further EEG experiments with children will need to be carried out in the future for clearer validation of child cognitive improvements.
작업치료사들의 감정노동과 성격요인, 직무만족 간의 상관관계 및 영향

목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료사의 감정노동과 성격요인, 직무만족 간의 상관관계 및 영향을 알아 보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 2017년 5월 10일부터 5월 26일까지 온라인 설문지를 이용하여, 편의 표본추출, 눈덩이 표집, SNS 홍보로 모집된 작업치료사 167명을 대상으로 감정노동, 성격 5요인, 직무만족에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 수거된 자료는 SPSS Version 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적 특성과 직무특성을 빈도와 백분율로 분석하였다. 일반적 특성과 직무특성에 따른 감정노동, 성격요인, 직무만족의 차이를 ANOVA로 분석하였으며, 각각의 변수간의 상관관계에 대해서는 Pearson Correlation 으로 분석하였다. 감정노동과 성격요인 이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)으로 분석하였다. 결과 : 감정노동 중 표면행위는 직무만족과 유의한 상관성이 나타나지 않았고, 역 채점된 내면행위와 직무만족 간 유의미한 부적 상관관계(r=-.313)가 나타났다. 성격요인과 직무만족은 유의미한 정적 상관관계(r=1452)가 있었다. 작업치료사의 성격요인은 직무만족과 정의 방향으로 영향이 있었다(F=21.076, Adjusted R2=.204). 결론 : 성격요인은 직무만족에 영향을 미치므로 예비 작업치료사인 학부 학생과 임상가를 대상으로 한 성격 교육 및 훈련의 필요성이 있다. 또한 감정노동의 내면 행위는 직무만족과 상관성이 있으므로 내면 행위를 잘 조절 할 수 있는 방법이 고안되어야 한다. Objective : This study investigates the correlations and effects between emotional labor, personality factors and job satisfaction of occupational therapists. Methods : The survey was conducted on 167 occupational therapists, recruited by convenient and snowball sampling, and SNS promotion about emotional labor, personality factors, and job satisfaction from May 10th to 26th, 2017. The collected data was analyzed by general characteristics and job characteristics of the participants. ANOVA was used to analyze the differences between emotional labor, personality factors, and job satisfaction based on general characteristics. Pearson Correlation was used to analyze the correlation between variables. Multiple regression analysis was used to examine the effects of emotional labor and personality factors on job satisfaction. Results : Surface acting of emotional labor did not significantly correlate to job satisfaction. Inverted score of the deep acting was significantly negatively correlated to job satisfaction, and personality factors were significantly positively correlated to job satisfaction. Personality factors influenced job satisfaction. Conclusions : Personality factors affect job satisfaction, so there is a need for personality education and training for undergraduate students and clinicians. Since deep acting of emotional labor is correlated to job satisfaction, a way to control deep acting should be considered.
