        스포츠에어로빅스 팔착지 동작의 연계관절 각도와 모멘트분석

        A relation between the movement range of arms and arising moment has been studied to find out efficient movement range to minimize impact concerning arm landing in sports aerobics. Four male athletes who won top three in national-level sports aerobics competition were chosen for the experiment. They were allowed to jump in between two force platform so that the right hand and the right leg could land onto the front and rear force platform, respectively. The sampling frequency was 200 Hz. The main conclusions based on the analysis of the angle and joint moment parameters of wrist, elbow, and shoulder are as follows: 1. The wrist moment was small when its angle was small, indicating that the dorsi-flexion of the wrist joint offered a positive influence to reduce wrist moment. 2. The elbow angle increased as wrist angle decreased and vice versa. This means that the movement range of the wrist joint affects that of the elbow joint. The darsi-flexion of the wrist is the position to absorb the impact of the elbow effectively rather than to absorb the impact of the wrist itself. The impact is absorbed by the flexion of wrist joint rather than the wrist. 3. The degree of moment transfer of the shoulder joint, having absorbed the impact from the elbow and elbow joint, became dependent on the efficiency of the fore-joints impact absorption.

        골반자세인지 향상을 위한 골반 3축 운동프로그램 개발

        The purpose of this study is to understand the pelvic movement centered on the 3 (X, Y, Z) axes, which are the basis of movement to improve pelvic posture recognition, and to provide a basic exercise that can be repeatedly trained with the rhythm. Therefore it can be easily utilized in the daily sports field to provide the program. Focusing on improving the ability of the exerciser to recognize his/her own posture, it was constructed around the rotational axis of the pelvis (X-left and right axis, Y-anteroposterior axis, Z-vertical axis), which can be the basis of movement. It consists of 9 movements: pelvic tilt exercise, pelvic rotation exercise, and pelvic hike & drop exercise , and the characteristics are as follows. First, the pelvic tilt (forward/backward) exercise is an exercise that adjusts the inclination in the anterior/posterior inclination direction by rotating around the left and right axes of the exerciser’s pelvis in an anatomical posture. Second, the pelvic rotation exercise is a movement in which the pelvis rotates about the vertical axis of the exerciser’s pelvis in an anatomical posture, and the pelvis rotates right front/left and right back/left forward. Third, the pelvic hike & drop exercise is a movement that rotates around the anteroposterior axis of the exerciser’s pelvis in an anatomical position. In addition, motions that can be performed in the lying position, the prone position, and the standing position are presented, so that the pelvis can be controlled in various positions in the three-dimensional space. Therefore, it is thought that the pelvic 3-axis exercise program to improve the ability of the exerciser to recognize his/her own posture can be utilized as the main exercise program for exercise beginners or rehabilitation exercisers as well as the warm-up and cool-down exercises of various life sports programs.

        하프 빈야사 요가 수련 전,후의 역학적 에너지 변화 -신체분절의 에너지 기여도 및 최고무게중심과 분절 에너지의 상관관계를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study was to investigate change of mechanical energy before and after training of half vinyasa yoga. Thirteen subjects (height: 163.4±3.9 cm, body mass: 54.9±7.3 kg, age: 20.0±0.49 yrs) participated in this experiment. The motions of half vnyasa yoga were captured with Vicon system and parameters were calculated with Visual-3D. After training of half vinyasa yoga, the mechanical energies of body segments were increased and increments of mechanical energies in the lower segments were greater than the upper segments. The phase increments of mechanical energies increased phase 1, phase 2, and phase 3 in order. After training of half vinyasa yoga, phase contributions of body segments were similar before training of half vinyasa yoga. The contribution of mechanical energy on trunk segment in body was the greatest contribution of upper segments; also that of mechanical energy on thigh segment in body was the greatest contribution of lower segments. Before training, the coefficient of correlation between vertical center of gravity (CoGz) and mechanical energy of phase 3 was a -.559, but after training, the coefficient of correlation between CoGz and mechanical energy of phase 2 was a .587. These findings suggest that the training of half vinyasa yoga may be increasing the mechanical energies of body segments.

        요가수련전후 한발서기자세의 좌우대칭력 평가

        The purpose of this work is to biomechanically study the effect of the one leg standing pose in yoga.. The work have been done through the evaluation for the left and right symmetry ability of one leg standing pose in the before and after yoga training for the 14 female yoga subject group (height: 164.3±4.4 cm, mass: 53.4±6.4 kg, year: 20.0±0.49 yrs) participated in this experiment. The motions of one leg standing pose were captured with Vicon system and the parameters were calculated with Visual-3D and Ground reaction force system. The results were as followed; - Front and backward COPsd did not show the significant difference, compared the before training with the after. - Left and right COPsd showed the significant difference (p<0.05), compared the before training with the after. - COP distance showed the significant difference (p<0.01), compared the before training with the after. - The asymmetry index of front and backward COPsd did not show the significant difference, compared the before training with the after. - The asymmetry index of left and right COPsd did not show the significant difference, compared the before training with the after. - The asymmetry index of COP distance showed the significant difference (p<0.01), compared the before training with the after. Therefore, the yoga training demonstrated the stable improvement in the one leg standing pose of inferior feet and the positive effect to the left and right symmetry ability.

        웰빙 요가수련을 통한 유연성향상에 의한 자세변화 연구

        이 연구는 신체정렬의 주요관절인 골반과 척추를 중심으로 요가 운동의 신체정렬 효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 요가 수련 경험이 없는 20대 여성 14명이 참여하였고, 이들은 50분으로 구성된 요가수련을 주 3회씩 24주 동안 실시하였다. 수련에 따른 대상자들의 신체정렬 효과 검증을 위하여 선택된 5가지 요가 동작에 대해 3차원 동작 분석을 실시하였고 분석을 위해 모든 대상자들은 선택된 동작을 2회씩 측정하여 평균치를 사용하였으며, 통계적 검증을 위해 대응표본 t-test를 사용하였다. 수련 후 대상자들은 하지의 변화를 통해 먼저 골반을 정렬시키고 이후 척추를 신전시키고 마지막으로 가슴을 열어주어 자세를 완성하고 있다. 결론적으로, 생체역학적 관점에서 24주간의 요가수련은 골반과 척추의 정렬에 효과가 있다고 할 수 있다. 이 연구에 활용된 요가 동작은 골반과 척추의 인지 능력을 향상시키는데 효과적으로 작용하였다. This study is to reveal the body alignment effects of yoga exercise focusing on the pelvis and spine which is the major joints of human body in the alignment. The 14 twenty-year-old women without any experience of yoga were participated in a training yoga session composed of 50 minute duration, 3 times a week for 24 weeks. 3D motion analysis was performed on the five selected yoga motions in order to verify the body alignment effects on the test subjects. The analysis of the results has been done with the average values taken from the two times selective motions. For the statistic validation, the paired sample t-test was utilized. After the training, the subjects first aligned their pelvis through the change in pelvic limb and then extend the spines and finally completing the posture by throwing their shoulders back. On the basis of biomechanical point of view, the consequence showed that the 24 weeks of yoga training has a positive effect in the pelvis and spine alignment. The yoga motions utilized in this study has proven to be effective in enhancing cognitive ability of the pelvis and spine.

        This study investigated effects of physical self-perception, health promotion and ego integrity of the elderly doing regular exercise: The subject was 65 years old or higher 275 elderly doing regular exercise once or more a week. Multi-regression was used. First, physical control, human control and stress control had significant influence upon health and physical condition. Second, physical function had significant influence upon health and reality life. Third, human control, physical control and stress control had significant influence upon wise life.

        생체역학적 분석을 이용한 태권에어로빅스 프로그램 평가

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Taekwonaerobics, new exercise program which was designed to promote the children's and older adults' health. Ten healthy older adults (70~76 years) participated in this study. The seven infrared cameras (Qualisys MCU-240), two force platform (Kistler-9286AA) and Visual3D (C-Motion, Inc, USA) were used to acquire raw data and variables. We measured joint net moments, joint net powers in the lower extremity and gait parameters(speed, stride width, stride length, cadence). Joint net moments and joint net powers of the older adults were not consistent after Taekwonaerobics exercise for 12 weeks. Futhermore, speed and stride length of gait were decreased but stride width and cadence were increased. There were no positive effects in gait parameters after Taekwonaerobics exercise. The results of this study suggest that we amend movements in Taekwonaerobics, a few problems that have been raised by this study.
