        세종특별자치시 학교급식 영양(교)사의 학교급별 직무만족도와 직무중요도

        This study compared the job satisfaction and job importance of school dietitians according to various school types in Sejong. One hundred and twenty-six school dietitians working in kindergartens (n=36), elementary schools (n=42), middle schools (n=22), and high schools (n=26) participated in this questionnaire survey. The subjects were divided into four groups according to the school types. Half of the subjects were over 41 years of age, with 64.3% graduating from graduate school. The percentage of nutrition teachers was the highest in middle schools at 95.4%, followed by the elementary school at 90.5% and high school at 73.1%, whereas 100% of the kindergarten dietitians were not nutrition teachers (P<0.001). The percentage of the running status of nutrition education classes/activities was lowest in kindergartens (P<0.001). The job satisfaction score in the job itself area was significantly lower in kindergartens and high schools than in middle schools (P<0.01). The satisfaction scores of human relationships, working environment, personnel evaluation, and welfare did not differ significantly among the schools. As for the Job importance, the scores of nutrition counseling were significantly lower in middle school than in elementary and high schools (P<0.05). In cooking and distribution management, high schools were less important than other school levels (P<0.05). These findings highlight the need for the placement of nutrition teachers in kindergarten to promote nutrition education, the reduction of workload for school dietitians/nutrition teachers and additional placement of dietitians by the appropriate workload such as the number of people and meals to serve.

        제2형 당뇨병 환자에서 인슐린저항성과 심혈관질환 위험요인 및 식이요인과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between insulin resistance and cardiovascular disease risk factors in Korean type 2 diabetes patients. The subjects were 429 (male: 218, female: 211) type 2 DM patients visited DM clinic, and they were classified into quartiles based on Km index (%/min, Insulin Tolerance Test). Anthropometric and biochemical characteristics, and dietary intakes by Food Frequency Questionnaire were assessed. The means of waist circumference, fat mass, percent body fat and abdominal fat thickness were significantly higher in the lowest quartile (the most insulin resistant group) than in the highest quartile (the least insulin resistant group) of K<SUB>ITT</SUB> index (%/min)(p<0.05). For hematological values, the lowest quartile showed significantly higher fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, C-peptide, insulin, triglyceride, ApoB/apoA-1 ratio and C-reactive protein compared to the highest quartile (p<0.05). Moreover, K<SUB>ITT</SUB> index (%/min) was negatively correlated with waist circumference, fat mass, percent body fat, abdominal fat thickness and fasting blood concentrations of glucose, HbA1c, C-peptide, insulin, cholesterol, triglyceride, ApoB/apoA-1 ratio and C-reactive protein (p<0.05). Nutrient intakes were not significantly different among the quartile groups of K<SUB>ITT</SUB> index (%/min) and also not correlated with insulin resistance, however, they showed correlation with obesity parameters (BMI, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio, vat mass, abdominal fat thickness), which were strongly associated with insulin resistance. In conclusion, cardiovascular disease risk would be higher as the insulin resistance grows in Korean type 2 DM patients, and nutrient intakes would affect to the insulin resistance through the effect on anthropometric parameters.       • 중환자의 초기 경장영양 공급 시 위잔여량에 따른 임상적 특징 분석

        Purpose: A high gastric residual volume (GRV) occurs early and frequently in patients who are receiving nasogastric tube feeding in the intensive care unit (ICU). This study analyzed the clinical and nutritional characteristics of ICU patients who received nasogastric tube feeding according to the GRV. Methods: The subjects were 76 patients who were admitted to the ICU at S Medical Center from January, 2009 to May, 2009 and who received enteral nutrition (EN)support. Tube feeding was skipped when the GRV was over 50~100 cc. The patients who experienced meal skipping due to high GRVs comprised the GRV group, and the patients whose feeding was never skipped due to high GRVs comprised the non-GRV group. The general, clinical and nutritional characteristics were determined at the beginning of the EN support, and the method of EN was collected for the first 3 days of tube feeding. Results: Nine patients experienced meal skipping due to GRV. There were no significant differences between the GRV and NGRV group in terms of age (60.4 vs. 61.8 years for GRV and NGRV, respectively; same respective order hereafter), pre-npo (5.0 vs. 4.7 days) and the ICU stay (20.5vs. 23.7 days). Significant differences were evident in the GRV group concerning the ratio of male patients (55.2%vs. 88.9%; P<0.05), the medical-ICU patients (35.8% vs.88.9%; P<0.05) and the sedated patients (29.8% vs.66.7%; P<0.05). The BMI (22.4 vs. 21.8 kg/m2) and TLC(2,252 vs. 1,137 cells/mm3) values were not significantly different between the two groups. The serum albumin level(3.1 vs. 2.6 g/dl) was significantly lower in the GRV group(P<0.05) and the C-reactive protein level (8.11 vs. 19.02mg/dl) and the ratio of moderately and severely malnourished patients (25.4% and 77.8%) was significantly higher in the GRV group (P<0.05). The mean feeding volume (731vs. 688 cc) and ratio of the feeding rate (129 vs. 127 ml/h)during the first 3 days on EN was not significantly different between the two groups, nor was the required/maximum feeding volume (9.8 vs. 8.2 days).Conclusion: In the GRV group, the ratio of male to sedated patients was significantly higher than that in the other group. The ratio of moderately and severely malnourished patients was also significantly higher in the GRV group. There were no significant differences in the methods of EN support. (KJPEN 2010;3(1):50-53)

        인용정보를 활용한 학술정보서비스 고도화 전략

        이 연구는 최근 증가하는 인용정보서비스에 대한 관심에 따라 국내외 다양한 인용정보서비스를 분석하여 인용분석을 위한 정보자원과 진행 추이를 살펴보고 국내 인용 서비스에 적합한 모델을 제안하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 인용정보서비스 유형별로 제공 기능 및 활용 자원에 차이가 있음을 발견하고 이를 모델링 하였다. 결론적으로 향후 효용성 있는 인용정보 활용 학술정보서비스 제공을 위한 세 가지 일반 원칙을 제안하고 전문가 서베이를 통해 국내 인용색인 서비스 발전을 위한 서비스 우선순위 및 개인별 서비스를 제안하였다. 이 연구는 국내 인용정보서비스 개발을 위한 기초 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. We examine several citation information services to analyze their functional items and resources as interests and concerns on citation information services have been increasing. Based on our analysis, we suggest a blueprint and model for national citation information services. As a result, We find that there are different service items and resources among the type of the citation information services. We also suggest three principles and personal services scenarios for developing national scholarly information service using citation information. And expert survey shows the priority of the services. This study would be a fundamental material for drawing big pictures on national citation information services.

        종합병원간호사의 혁신행동 영향요인에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study was to identify the effects of organizational culture and organizational support on the innovative behavior of general hospital nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 356 nurses, working in hospitals in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon Provinces, and Daejeon City. Data were collected from June to August, 2012. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection and data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN program. Results: The organizational culture positively correlated with innovative behavior. The most significant predictors of innovative behavior were age, organizational support and hierarchy-oriented culture. Conclusion: These findings suggest that nurses` organizational culture and organizational support were linked to innovative behavior. Management-level workers in these hospitals should have the skills and strategies to develop nurses’ innovative behavior and increases nurses’ recognition of organizational support to achieve high performance through innovation.

        웹 정보의 자동 의미연계를 통한 학술정보서비스의 확대 방안 연구

        이 연구에서는 KISTI NDSL의 학술논문 정보를 웹 학술자원과 연계하는 실험적 연구를 수행함으로써 KISTI의 정보 유통 서비스의 확대 가능성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 웹 학술자원을 수집하여 STEAK 시스템을 이용한 자동 의미 연계를 생성하고 이를 학술논문 검색결과와 결합하였다. 시스템의 검색 정확률을 평가한 결과 매크로 정확률은 62.6%, 마이크로 정확률은 66.9%를 보였으며, 자동연계 성능에 대한 전문가 평가는 76.7점을 보였다. 주제 범주별 전문가 평가는 본 연구를 통해 의미연계를 잘 수행하는 경우에 높게 측정되어 시스템적 성능과 동일한 경향을 보였다. 이 연구는 다양한 웹 학술자원의 서비스 연계를 위하여 논문정보로부터 생성한 언어자원을 의미색인에 사용한 것으로 이를 통해 지속적인 웹 자원의 학술적 활용에 대한 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. In this study, we link informal Web resources to KISTI NDSL's collections using automatic semantic indexing and tagging to examine the possibility of the service which recommends related documents using the similarity between KISTI's formal information resources and informal web resources. We collect and index Web resources and make automatic semantic linking through STEAK with KISTI's collections for NDSL retrieval. The macro precision which shows retrieval precision per a subject category is 62.6% and the micro precision which shows retrieval precision per a query is 66.9%. The experts' evaluation score is 76.7. This study shows the possibility of semantic linking NDSL retrieval results with Web information resources and expanding information services' coverage to informal information resources.

        Kano 모델을 이용한 국내 거주 북미인과 중국인의 한식당 서비스품질 속성 평가

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the service quality attributes of Korean restaurants by North American and Chinese residents in Korea based on the Kano model. This survey was performed from September to December 2010. The subjects consisted of 135 North Americans and 165 Chinese in Seoul. The service quality attributes of Korean restaurants were composed of twenty three items in the categories of 'food quality', 'employee's service quality', 'sanitation quality', 'facility quality', and 'convenience quality'. For North Americans, there were five 'attractive quality' items, eleven 'one-dimensional quality' items and six 'indifferent quality' items, and one item had the same frequency on both 'attractive quality' and 'one-dimensional quality'. For the Chinese, there were twelve 'attractive quality' items, and ten 'one-dimensional quality' items, and one item had the same frequency on 'attractive quality' and 'one-dimensional quality'. According to the customer satisfaction coefficient developed by Timko, 'taste of the 'food (0.80)' for North Americans and 'freshness of the ingredients (0.94)' for Chinese were highest scores in the 'Better coefficient'. On the other hand, within the 'Worse coefficient', 'sanitation of the food' had the lowest score for both North Americans (-0.89) and Chinese (-0.90).
