        Purpose: This study investigated the experiences of menborn between 1946 and 1964 whore tired before age 65 to develop substance theories to explain their adjustment to early retirement. The research question was,“How do menin the Baby Boom generation adjust to their lives after early retirement?” Methods: The grounded theory methodology was used to study 15 participants who involuntarily took “voluntary”retirement from employment at which they had worked for 10 or more years. Data were collected from November 2013 to July 2014 in in-depth interviews; the data collection and analysis were simultaneously performed. Results: The results found94 concepts, 32 subcategories, and 14 categories from open coding. The properties and dimensions were extracted from the 14 categories. Each category showed that the causal conditions were “kicked out of a workplace,”a central phenomenon of “loss of roles” was “collapsed self-esteem,” and a contextual condition was “economic pressures.” Action/interaction strategies to control such phenomenon were “facing the reality,” “accepting the reality,” “having a fresh start,” “feeling frustrated,” “enduring and bearing,” “getting back self-esteem,”and “re-establishing life.” The conciliatory condition that encourages and suppresses such interaction strategies was “having social support” while the results of action/interaction were “having different directions of life” and “living life in the same manner. These results suggested six hypothetical relationship statements. Analysis of the process based on time suggested that some people “settle” for the present status, some continuously “challenge” themselves in the new field, and some are “timid”and seized by fear of failure. The results demonstrated that the main category in the lives of men in the Baby Boom generation who retired early was “living life like a roly poly.” “Living life like a roly poly” consisted of seven levels: “facing squarely,” “accepting,” “challenging,” “frustration,”“overcoming,” “gaining confidence,” and “reestablishing.”“Living life like a roly poly” means that men in the Baby Boom generation are accepting the environmental changes and leading their lives toward paths that are more mature by flexibly adjusting to the changes. Conclusion: The steps suggested by the results of this study will provide a foundation for developing nursing intervention methods at each level of the adjustment process.

      • 정신보건센터에 근무하는 정신보건간호사의 직무만족에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The study measured job satisfaction through researched job satisfaction of mental health nurse, understanded factors influence of satisfaction and supported mental health nurse's growth of quality. Methods: This study conducted a questionnaire survey among 151 mental health nurse of mental health center throughout the whole from september 14st to october 14st, 2009. collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 15.0 statistics package with frequency analysis, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis. Results: 1. Regarding the age distribution of subject, those at 30 older accunted for the highest percentage. In term of the number of working one year or shorter accounted the top percentage, while 7year or longer only took up 18.5%. The longer the career of nurse, the greater the job satisfaction. The degree of perceived job satiafaction among psychiatric mental health nurse in mental health center was 3.25 point when 5-point scale There are statistically significant differences the job satisfation according to total carrier of mental health field(f=1.241, p=.007), mental health nurse credentials field(f=2.781, p=.043). 2. The analyzed data showed that research target have 3.25 job satiafaction score; 3.69 self-esteem score; 3.71 Job Characteristics score; 3.11 organizational characteristics score; 2.91 role conflict score. Those average score were higher than middle score measurement for every variable. 3. Job satisfaction has positive relationship with Job characteristics factors(r=0.50 p<.001), organizational characteristics(r=0.71 p<.001), role conflict(r=-0.40 p<.001), self-esteem(r= 0.25 p=.002). 4. The expiained variance for metal health nurse job satisfaction was 64.4%. the date further indicate that reward systems, leadership, role conflict, self-esteem were the most significant determinants of nurse job satisfaction. Conclusion: ln conclusion, important of job satisfaction the Director of the Leadership Team, reward systems, role conflict, self-esteem were important factor influencing job satisfaction. A proper pay and reward system have to be offered to workers to encourage higher jab satisfaction. and educational progrems will be prepared to the leadership of mental health director. 본 연구는 정신보건간호사의 직무 만족도를 연구하여 직무에 대한 만족을 측정하고 그 영향에 미치는 요인을 파악하여 정신보건간호사들의 질적 성장에 도움을 주고자 한다. 방법: 전국 정신보건센터 정신보건간호사 151명을 대상으로 2009년 9월 14일부터 10월14일까지 설문조사하였으며 수집된 자료는 spss/win 15.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 일원량분석(anova), 상관관계, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 대상자들의 연령은 30대가 가장 많았으며, 센터 근무경력은 2년 미만 또는 짧은 기간이 가장 많았으며 7년 이상의 경우 18.5%였다. 근무연수가 높을수록 직무만족도가 높았다. 대상자들의 직무만족 점수는 5점 만점에 3. 25점이며 개인적 특성에 따른 직무만족도는 정신보건센터의 총 근무경력(f=1.241, p=.007), 정신보건간호사로서의 경력(f=2.781, p=.043)이 높을수록 직무만족도가 높았다. 2. 직무만족도는 5점 만점에 평균 3.25점으로 나타났으며 자아존중감 3.69점, 직무특성 3.71점, 조직특성 3.11점, 역할 갈등 2.91점으로 나타났으며 모든 변인들은 척도의 중간보다 높았다. 3. 직무만족도는 직무특성요인(r=0.50 p<.001), 조직특성(r=0.71 p<.001), 역할갈등(r=-0.40 p<.001), 자아존중감(r=0.25 p=.002)과 정적으로 상관되어 있었다. 4. 직무만족도 예측요인에서 보상체계, 리더십, 역할갈등, 직무도전성 등의 변인들이 직무만족도 전체 변량의 63%를 설명하였다. 이상의 결과를 통하여 정신보건센터 정신보건간호사의 직무만족은 여러 요인들과 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었고 이를 개선하기 위해서는 적정한 보수체계, 센터장과 팀장의 리더십 강화방안, 역할갈등 해소방안 등이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

        As the modern society has approached to information age with the development of the computer and information technology, more people use their own personal computers than ever and get diverse benefits from using them. The computer is, however, often misused for a wrong purpose. The misuse of computers has serious effects with quite extensive damage. Positive measures against the illegal activities related computer should be devised urgently. The computer related crime is usually defined as 'the violation of social rules and moral with a computer as means or ends.' Since computer related crimes are different from each other, no formal method to classify the crimes has been devised. For the research, computer related crimes were categorized as follows: illegal manipulation of data, the violation of computers, and the unauthorized use of computers. First, illegal manipulation of data means illegal infringement of data processing. Next, the violation of computers means elimination or disruption of data and information by interrupting the computer processing operation. Lastly, the unauthorized use of computers includes spying on data or processing program and using others computer without allowance. The computer related crime has become general media crime with the development of network. The classification of methods employed in computer related crimes would be also useful for effective investigation. Suspects, investigation measures, evidence-gathering methods could be categorized based on the classification of crime methods. Computer related crimes are usually based on high technology or knowledge and suspects could flee to overseas before they get caught. Due to such characteristics of computer crimes, computer related crimes are detected by chance and investigation of the crimes is considered impossible. Therefore, investigation measures could not be adopted in the case of computer related crimes. The principal of computers and the characteristics of tasks done by computers should be understood to investigate computer related crimes. The traditional There are organizations to prevent or investigate computer crimes. Information Crime Office at Criminal Prosecution System and Computer Crime Investigation Team at National Police Agency are representative government organizations to investigate computer related crimes. Computer & Network technology Team at Korean Information Security and Security Team at National Computerization Agency are government-affiliated organizations to prevent computer crimes. Information Communication Ethics Committee has been established to protect society from unsound information. However, are only a few detectives or officials in the organizations specialized in the computer science. The computer related crime is no longer a new type of crime. Considering the fact that computer related crimes are rapidly increasing and committed in daily life, the government should help to provide computer crime investigation organizations with proper human power and equipment, support them financially, and educate more detectives about computers related topics. As stated above, the number of computer related crimes is growing with compounding harmful effects on society. In order to protect society from computer related crimes, the methods to promote the recognition of computer related crimes and establishment of special investigation organizations should be continuously studied.
