        여가활동에 대한 대학생들의 인식 및 참여도 분석 연구

        The Purpose of this study was to estimate the internal consistency and test-retest reliability of perception and participation in leisure activities, and to describe these variables, and to investigate the relationship between these variables and selected demographic characteristics among students who live in the region of Seoul and Kyonggi Province. The subjects selected in this study were 750 students who living in the region of Seoul and Kyonggi Province. The Instrument, which evidenced acceptable internal consistency and test-retest reliability, was formulated by adopting existing instruments and developing new items. The instrument used in this study proved to have high reliability and validity, as a result of conducting a test. This statistical method used this study is percent, frequence, ANOVA, ANCOVA, and correlation analysis. The finding of this study are as follows First, the analysis of the correlation among college students` leisure activity style, their understanding of it and their participation in it produced the following findings: there appeared a correlation between leisure activity pattern and its understanding. And, there also appeared to be a correlation among leisure activity pattern, frequency of participation, and period of participation. Namely, the three variables were all in a close correlation with one another. Second, the followings were the findings about the correlation among demographic variables, leisure activity pattern, its perceptions and participation: there was a significant correlation among leisure activity pattern, demographic variables, understanding of leisure, leisure`s behavioral factor, and participation in leisure activity. Third, the correlation between understanding of leisure and behavioral factors was as follows : the correlation between the two groups was found to be significant. the understanding of leisure showed a significant correlation with behavior factors when the frequency, period and intensity of participation in leisure activities were connected to behavioral factors through understanding of leisure, because the behavioral factors were much affected by it.

        대학생의 가정건강성, 학교생활건강성 및 학습몰입과 교양체육만족도의 관계 연구 (A Study of Relationship with Family Strength, School Life Adjustment of University Students, Learning Flow and Satisfaction of Physical Education)

        본 연구는 대학생의 신체적, 정신적 건강 도모를 목적으로 갖는 교양체육이 지향해야 할 바를 제언하는데 의의를 둔다. 따라서 본 연구는 교양체육수업을 수강하고 있는 대학생의 가정건강성, 학교생활건강성의 정신적 건강과 학습몰입, 교양체육만족도의 관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 교양체육을 수강하고 있는 D대학교 1학년 515명을 대상으로 웹 설문 후, 기초 통계분석과 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하고 변인간의 종합적 관계 확인을 위해 구조방정식 모델을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 가정건강성과 학교생활건강성 모두 학습몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 학습몰입과 교양체육만족도도 직접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 모든 변인간의 관계는 정(+)적인 관계를 갖고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. This study has a goal to suggest how physical education in university has to aim to improve physical and spiritual health of university students. Therefore this study aimed to identify the relationship of family strength, school life adjustment, learning flow and satisfaction of physical education. For this study, conducted a web survey with 1st year students of D university and who attended physical education(515 students). With this data, analyzed with basic statistical analysis, factor analysis and correlation analysis. And used structural equation model to identify comprehensive relationship with factors. As a result, there was a positive relationship with family strength, school life adjustment and learning flow, a positive relationship with learning flow and satisfaction of physical education. And all factors were related positively with each other.

        교양체육 참여동기가 학습몰입과 교양체육만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 교양수업의 통폐합과 축소 등의 위기를 겪고 있는 대학의 교양체육을 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안 제언을 궁극적인 목적으로 두고 진행되었다. 이를 위해 대학생을 대상으로 교양체육 참여와, 학습몰입, 교양체육만족도 간의 관계 및 여가스 포츠 참여수준의 관계를 확인하였다. 대학생 425명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 선행연구를 따라 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 경로분석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 교양체육 참여동기, 학습몰입 변인이 교양체육만족도에 직·간접적으 로 작용하고 있었으며, 성별에 따라서도 영향을 받고 있었다. 또한 여가스포츠 참여수준에 따라 교양체육 참여동기, 학습몰입, 교양체육만족도에 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. This study aimed to suggest the plan to activate physical education at university curriculum in the crisis of abandonment and reduction of general arts classes. For this study, researcher needed to know how university students participate in physical education classes, how it effects on learning flow, and how satisfied to it. Furthermore researcher confirmed what the role of leisure sports’ participate level effects on physical education is. For the study, conducted the survey with 425 university students and used methods of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis also. As results, the variable of motivation to participate of physical education and learning flow effected on satisfaction of physical education directly of indirectly, and it was affected by gender too. Furthermore, by the level of participation in leisure sports, there were some significant differences with learning flow, motivation to participate and satisfaction of physical education.

        필수교양체육 만족도가 대학생의 가정건강성과 학교생활건강성에 미치는 영향

        체육교과의 축소와 선택과목화 등 우리나라의 학교체육은 위기를 맞이하고 있다. 이러한 실정에서 교양과목으로서의 체육과목이 대학생들의 신체적, 정신적 건강에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 연구가 다양하게 진행되고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 필수교양 체육 과목을 운영하고 있는 D대학교의 대학생들을 대상으로 2015년 11월 첫째주 일주일간 웹설문을 실시하여 필수교양체육 수업의 만족도가 가정건강성, 학교생활건강성이 어떤 영향을 미치는지 조사하였다(n=245). 필수교양체육만족도가 가정건강성 및 학교생활건강성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 확인한 결과, 교양체육만족도는 가정 건강성 및 학교생활건강성에 모두 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 교양체육만족도가 가정건강성을 매개로 하여 학교생활건강성에도 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과, 필수교양과목으로서의 교양체육과 그 만족도가 대학생들의 가정건강성과 학교생활건강성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것이 본 연구를 통해 명확해졌다. 이를 기반으로 건강한 현대 사회인을 육성하기 위하여 대학의 교양체육이 나아갈 바를 본 연구를 통해 제언할 수 있을 것이다. Korean school physical education is facing a crisis such as reducing and optional or selective subjects of physical education courses on university curriculum. On these fields, there’s a lot of researches like the physical education courses effect college students physical and mental health in positive effects. In this study, I analyzed how satisfaction of physical education course as a liberal education in university effects on university students’ family strengths and school life adjustments(First week of November 2015, used web survey via Googledocs, n=245). As a result, the satisfaction of physical education course as a liberal education in university effects university students’ family strengths and school life adjustments, and family strength variation mediated satisfaction value and school life adjustment value. As a result of this research, mandatory general education liberal arts physical education as a subject that is possible to give a positive impact of health outcomes school life health of college students home, since revealed through this study. On this basis, healthy modern society in order to foster, it will be able to propose through the bar this study advance educated physical education university.

        주의초점 정보가 남자 고등학생의 농구 자유투 학습에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to verify differential effects of external attention focus information on basketball free throw learning of unskilled male high school students. 36 students, who were voluntarily participating in the experiment, were randomly divided into 3 groups: external attention focus group(n=12), internal attention focus group(n=12) and controlled group(n=12). The experimental tasks were 2.5m basketball free throw in acquisition phase and retention test, 3.5m basketball free throw in transfer test. Each group was provided with the different information according to the type of attention focus. The dependant variable was the score measured as free throw accuracy, which were analysed both between groups, within a group. The results of this study were as follows. There was no significant difference between groups in acquisition phase, retention test. But, in transfer test, the external attention focus group and the controlled group(the group no providing information) got significantly higher scores on the basketball free throw than the internal attention focus group did. There was no significant difference between the controlled group and external attention focus group. These results indicate that there were differential effects of the information inducing external attention focus on learning basketball free throw of male high school students and the condition without information can be an efficient method for learning motor skill. 본 연구의 목적은 외적 주의초점을 유도하는 정보가 비숙련자인 남자 고등학생의 농구 자유투 과제 학습에서도 차별적 효과가 있는지 검증해 보는 것이었다. 연구 대상자들은 충청북도 소재 Y고등학교에 재학 중이며 자발적으로 실험에 참여 의사를 밝힌 남자 고등학생 36명으로, 외적 주의초점 집단, 내적 주의초점 집단, 통제 집단에 무작위로 각각 12명씩 배정되었다. 실험 과제는 농구 자유투 과제로 습득단계 및 파지검사에서는 2.5m, 전이검사에서는 3.5m 자유투를 실시하는 것이며, 실험설계는 3×5 혼합설계로 독립변인은 주의초점 집단과 시행 블록이었고 종속 변인은 농구자 유투 수행점수였다. 실험 결과 습득단계와 파지검사에서 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그러나 전이검사에서는 외적 주의초점 집단과 통제집단이 내적 주의초점 집단에 비해 유의하게 높은 수행점수를 나타냈다. 반면에 외적 주의초점 집단과 통제 집단 간에는 유의한 차이가 없었으며 외적 주의초점 집단이 가장 높은 수행 점수를, 내적 주의초점 집단이 가장 낮은 수행점수를 기록하였다. 이러한 결과는 기술 난이도가 높은 새로운 환경에서의 수행에는 외적 주의초점을 유도하는 정보가 차별적인 학습 효과가 있음을 시사하며, 어떤 정보도 제공하지 않는 조건(통제집단)도 효율적인 학습 방법일 수 있음을 주장한 선행 연구의 가능성을 확인하였다.

        운동기술학습과 협응

        TIn physical activities and sports motor skill acquisition can be defined as the changes in movement organization that accompany the prolonged practice of a motor task. From the perspectives of information processing this motor skill acquisition was considered to be the process of organizing a motor program appropriate to the given task, schematizing the program to the memory system, and reorganizing it into an efficient scheme to improve motor skill performances. However, recently the dynamics system theory defines motor skill acquisition as a process of forming efficient coordination patterns to perform the given task and increasing flexibility to cope with the changes in features of environment and the given task. In terms of eco-psychology it is defined as a process of increasing coordinations between perception and actions to conform to the given task and environmental requirements in perceptual motor activity domain through practice and experience. This study starts from the eco-psychological perspectives regarding motor skill acquisition process formation of coordination patterns, and shows changes in the degrees of freedom and coordination patterns, perceptual-motor workspace, general understanding of search strategies, and the importance of formation of coordination patterns in motor skill acquisition.

        청소년의 성취목표성향과 체육수업 만족의 관계

        This study was for providing information about a value of physical education and efficient operating by grasping the relationship between individual achievement goal orientation and satisfaction of physical education in high school. With 400 high school students, we draw the conclusion by analyzing the relationship between individual achievement goal orientation and satisfaction of physical education using the written inquire of achievement goal orientation and the index of satisfaction of physical education. The difference in the achievement goal orientation according to sex was higher in male students than female students in the learning goal and the performance approach. The second grade students show high in the learning goal, the first grade students do high in the performance-avoidance. The difference in the satisfaction of physical education according to sex was higher in male students than female students in environment satisfaction, ability satisfaction and behavior satisfaction. While there was a no meaningful difference between grades in all that cases. The learning goal and the performance approach as a sub-variable of achievement goal have a positive effect on environment satisfaction, ability satisfaction and behavior satisfaction. The performance-avoidance has a positive effect on behavior satisfaction while it has a negative effect on environment satisfaction, ability satisfaction.

      • 스포츠 활동이 스트레스와 생활만족에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 지속적이고 능동적인 스포츠활동이 스트레스해소와 행복의 증진에 기여할것으로 사료되어 고교2학년 320명을 대상으로 스트레스요인을 분석하고 132명의 피험자를 선발하여 스포츠활동이 스트레스와 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사 분석하였다. 본 연구의 피험자는 스포츠활동에 참가한 피험자들은 6개월동안 스포츠 활동(검도)을 매일 2시간씩 방과후에 실시하였으며 참여하지 않는 학생들은 일상생활을 하도록하여 6개월한후에 스포츠활동이 스트레스와 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. 전체 피험자를 대상으로 스트레스척도와 생활만족도를 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 고교2학년 320명 학생들의 스트레스에 대한 영역별 분석을 실시한 결과 성적 (M=2.899)이 가장 높았으며 다음으로 대학진학(M=2.809), 학습방법요인(M=2.738)의 순으로 나타났다. 2. 스포츠 참여집단(62명)과 비참여집단(62명)의 스트레스척도에 대한 비교 분석 결과 유의한 차이를 나타났다. (P<.001). 3. 영역별요인 분석에 의하면 스포츠 참여집단이 비참여집단에 비하여 성적, 학습방법, 분위기에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며 교사, 교과목, 이성문제에 있어서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 4. 스포츠참여집단과 비참여집단의 학교생활에 대한 만족도를 비교 분석한 결과 두집단의 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았으나 전체적으로 스포츠참여집단이 비참여집단에 비하여 높은 만족도를 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analize athletics activity's influence on stress and life satisfaction under the assumption that continuous and active athletic activity would get rid of stresses and improve happiness. For the study, research drew stress factors from 320 2nd grade high school students and checked 132 students on stress and life satisfaction degree. 132 student were divided into 2 group. The half(G1) was students who were not involved in athletic activity and the other(G2) was students who were involved in athletic activity (2 hours a day) 6 months later, Those 2 group were examined to check the athletic influence on stress and life satisfaction degree. The conclusion is like the following. 1. Measure value for 320 students on stress factor was shown orderly academic achevement(M-2.899), entering upon studies (M=2.809) and learning method factor (M=2.738). 2. The difference for stress measure value between G1 and G2 was meaningful(P<0.001). 3. G2 showed more meaningful difference in academic achievement learnign method and mood factor than G1, but not in teacher subject, and association with opposite sex factor. 4. satisfaction degree in school life between G1 and G2 was not meaningfully different but in overall view, G2 showed higher satisfaction than G1.

      • 대학생들의 댄스스포츠에 대한 인식 조사 연구

        이 연구는 대학생들이 댄스스포츠에 대해 어떤 인식을 가지고 있는지와 참여의 정도를 설문조사 함으로서 대학 내의 댄스스포츠에 대한 재인식과 생활체육으로서의 댄스스포츠의 그 위치를 확립할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 대전시 및 충남에 소재하는 4년제 6개 대학교 2331명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하여 조사한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 댄스스포츠에 대한 개념 인식 첫째, 댄스스포츠의 개념은 남 · 여학생 모두 잘 인식하고 있으며, 학년간에는 3학년이 가장 높게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 사교댄스, 볼륨댄스 및 댄스스포츠와 관계는 구분할 수 없다가 더 높게 인식하고 있으며, 학년간에는 1학년이 가장 높게 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 댄스스포츠와 체육과의 관계는 서로 같다가 가장 높게 인식하고 있으며, 학년간에는 2학년이 가장 높게 인식하고 있었다. 2. 댄스스포츠의 관심과 경험에 대한 현황 첫째, 댄스스포츠를 접해본 경험은 여학생이 남학생보다 더 높았고, 학년간에는 3학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 댄스스포츠를 알게된 것은 영상매체가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 1학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 댄스스포츠를 추어본 경험은 여학생이 남학생보다 더 높았고, 학년간에는 3학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 댄스스포츠를 추어본 장소는 학교수업에서가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 3학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 경기용 댄스스포츠의 인식은 모른다가 더 높았고, 학년간에는 4학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 3. 댄스스포츠에 대한 가치 인식 첫째, 댄스스포츠의 운동학적 가치는 약간 있다가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 4학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 댄스스포츠의 정치 ? 사회적 가치는 약간 있다가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 3학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 댄스스포츠의 오락적 가치는 약간 있다가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 4학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 댄스스포츠의 교육적 가치는 약간 있다가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 3학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 댄스스포츠의 예술적 가치는 약간 있다가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 3학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 여섯째, 댄스스포츠를 전문적으로의 인식은 평범하게 생각한다가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 4학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 4. 댄스스포츠의 발전 방향에 대한 인식 현황 첫째, 생활체육으로서의 댄스스포츠는 매우 적합하다가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 3학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 댄스스포츠의 사회·문화적 가치는 약간 기여한다가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 3학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 댄스스포츠의 필요성은 약간 필요하다가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 3학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 댄스스포츠의 교육적 효과는 매우 많다가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 4학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 댄스스포츠의 발전 가능성은 올바른 방향으로 활발해졌다 더 높았고, 학년간에는 4학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. 여섯째, 댄스스포츠를 배우고 싶은 장소는 학교교양강좌에서가 가장 높았고, 학년간에는 3학년이 가장 높게 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to provide basic materials available to establish the recognition of dance sport on campus and the status of dance sport as sport for all. For this purpose, this study used th questionnaire research so as to investigate how college students were conscious of dance sport and the level of their participation in dance sport. In conducting the questionnaire research, questionnaires were distributed to 2331 college students attending six 4-year universities located in Daejeon and South Chungcheong Province. Based on the study results, the following conclusion was drawn: 1. Consciousness of the Concept of Dance Sport First, both male and female college students were well conscious of the concept of dance sport. And juniors were most highly conscious of it in terms of academic year. Second, college students were more highly conscious of the indistinguishable relationship between social dance, ballroom dance and dance sport. And freshmen were most highly conscious of the distinctive relationship between such types of dance. Third, college students were most highly conscious that dance sport was identical with physical education in terms of their relationship. And sophomores were most highly conscious of their relationship. 2. The Present Situation of Interests and Experiences in Dance Sport First, female college students had more experiences in dance sport than male college students, and juniors had the most experiences in dance sport. Second, college students came to know dance sport through the picture media, and freshmen got information on dance sport through the picture media most. Third, female college students had more experiences in performing dance sport than male college students. And junior had the most experiences in it. Fourth, college students performed dance sport at the place for school hours as the place for performing dance sport. And juniors performed dance sport at the place for school hours most. Fifth, college students were more unconscious of competitive dance sport than conscious of it. And seniors showed the highest level of unconsciousness of competitive dance sport. 3. The Value of Dance Sport First, college students were most highly conscious that dance sport had its value :as spo- isAence. Seniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it. Second, college students were most highly conscious that dance sport had its politico-social value. Juniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it. Third, college students were most highly conscious that dance sport had its recreational value. Seniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it. Fourth, college students were most highly conscious that dance sport had its educational value. Juniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it. Fifth, college students were most highly conscious that dance sport had its artistic value. Juniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it. Sixth, college students were most highly conscious that dance sport was ordinary in terns of professional job. Seniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it. 4. The Present Situation of the Developmental Direction of Dance Sport First, college students were most highly conscious that dance sport was very appropriate as sport for all. And juniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it. Second, college students were most highly conscious that dance sport made some contribution to its socio-cultural value. And juniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it. Third, college students were most highly conscious that dance sport was slightly needed. And juniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it. Fourth, college students were most highly conscious that dance sport had the very educational effect.. And seniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it. Fifth, college students were most highly conscious that the development of dance sport would go in a right direction.. And seniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it. Sixth, college students were most highly conscious that the place for learning dance sport would be the place for liberal arts. And juniors showed the highest level of consciousness on it.

      • 운동종목간(복싱.펜싱.검도)의 준비운동과 주운동후 전신반응시간 비교연구

        본 논문은 효율적으로 운동수행을 위한 준비운동의 부하량과 운동단계별 반응시간의 비교를 통한 훈련 기초자료를 제공할 목적으로, 남자대학부 운동선수(복싱 15명, 겁도 21명, 펜싱 18명) 54명을 대상으로 각 종목별로 준비운동 실시전과 실시후, 기본동작 연습 후, 주운동 후, 정리운동 후 모두 5번의 전신반응시간을 측정하여 안정시의 전신반응시간과 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 안정시에 비해 운동부하후의 전신반응시간이 빨랐으며, 특히 기본동작 훈련후가 가장 빨랐다. 2, 운동선수집단의 운동단계별 전신반응은시간은 복싱, 펜싱, 검도의 순으로 빠르게 나타났으며, 전운동집단에서 휴식시와 기본기술연습휴의 전신 반응시간이 가장 큰 차이를 보였다. Warm-up has been considered as an essential procedure for peak or effective athletic performance. Little research, however, have performed for effective method of warm-up. This study was performed to find out the adequated time length of warm-up by measuring whole body reaction time(WBRT) of the athletic groups(fencing, boxing, kendo) in the university. The WBRT at rest, WBRT after warm up WBRT after basic skill training WBRT after main exercise, WBRT after cool-down were measured. The results are following; 1. The WBRT after the warm up was faster than that of the rest. Especially WBRT after basic skill training was the fastest in 5 exercise levels. 2. The WBRT of boxing players was the fastest in the athletic groups(fencing>kendo). 3. The difference between the WBRT at rest and the WBRT after basic skill training (about 35 minutes long) was the most.
